I was outraged when I looked at my checking statement to find that I had been charged twice from wu-yi source! I ordered the tea 27 November 2007, after two weeks if I kept the tea my credit card was suppose to be charged $37.00 dollars. On 18 December my credit card was charged the $37.00 dollars that was fine, but then on 02 January 2008 my credit card was charged 54.95! I spoke with Shane (2577310) he told me the charge was for additional 2 month supply that I was apart of a membership which I never authorized.

I still have my original order online which stated absolutely nothing about joining a membership after initial purchase. Basically a illegal purchase has been made on my credit card not to mention, the company only does refunds every two weeks.

I totally agree with you there.

I thinkthis company is a scam. i have ordered the tea 2.5 weeks agao and still have not recieved it. Today they charged me $37 on my credit card and it clearly said on their website that i have a 14 day trial period. I have tried to call and some one in India answered the phone saying that I had the wrong number and that I called Mesh Tech Support company, or something.

I just failed a claim with my credit card compnay and am hoping to get the money back.

I cannot believ that i fell for this and advice everyone to NOT order tea through them.

Same thing happened to me - ordered product 12/28, billed the $6.95 12/31 - didn't receive the tea til 1/10, then billed the $37 on the 16th!!!! A Totally UNETHICAL business. I'm changing my credit card now - I'm scared of them billing me again, too!!!!
What really makes me sick is that I got this company off of Tarot.com - I sent them an email about this - I was SHOCKED they had such a company on their "Spiritual" website...I asked if they didn't check out their advertisers they immediately sent an e stating they would forward my complaint to their advertising dept. I hope so. I hate to see ripp-offs like this; first time for me......

YEAH I AGREE WITH ALL OF YOU...

I HAD ORDERED THE TEA TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO GET IT TO ME... BY THAT TIME I DIDN'T WANT IT ANYMORE THE CRAZE HAD DIED DOWN.

SO I FINALLY GOT THE PRODUCT ON THE 8TH OF JANUARY AND SENT IT BACK ON THE 10TH GOT TO THEM ON THE 11TH.

MIND YOU THAT IS A WEEK BEFORE MY TRAIL OFFER WAS UP AND SCOTT ONE OF THEIR SO CALLED WORKS ASSURED ME A WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THEY HAD RECIEVED THE PACKEAGE.

WHAT HAPPENS CHECK MY ACCOUNT THIS MORING THEY CHARGED MY ANYWAYS AND SAID I CAN'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK TILL THE FIRST OF FEB.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM AND TELL EVERYONE THAT YOU KNOW NOT TO DO THIS.

I canceled my order before I even got it because it took too long to get here. I was told that I would have to send the tea back. I kept the tea and thought I would be done with this company. Little did I know that I would be charged a fee from another company through them that I'm not getting any service from. When I contacted the name (living lean) of the company that I thought made the charge. (The charge really came from 'iving " ean). They referred me to Wu Yi Source because they have been getting bombarded by angry calls + emails. In discussion with these people, they have all bought something from them. Avoid the trouble don't buy nothing from Wu Yi Source.

The product is fine, but overpriced. I tried the tea and compared it to Oolong tea I get from my local Chinese Store. I spent $1.69 for 6 ounces of loose leaf Oolong tea which is a huge difference to the advertised price from Wu-Yi Sourcde. My experience with both teas wereidentical. I can't add to any weight loss testimonials the company focuses on. I am more focused on maintaining my weight, and I thought a fee trial was harmless. I read the terms and followed them closely...I returned the remaining portions of the tea following every detail provided by customer support. I never received a refund.

I agree this place needs to be shut down. I cancelled the same day I ordered January 22 (read the terms & conditions) after I placed the order(which I never got a confirmation) but between calling numbers (they have many phone #'s) and emailing (many of them also) and Online Chat rep it took 9 (nine) days to get a credit.
Now on Feb 25th I was charged 19.95 for LIVING LEAN subscription...I was told that everything including this was cancelled on January 30th. So I called the 24/7 phone # got a recording.....Online Chat rep got them "Anthony" said he would take care of everything right away. I had all my infor down and told him I already reported this to my cc company
So we will see when I get a credit.
This place is really bad and the Tea does not work

WOW, how can Wu Yi Source stay alive? I too have been scammed by them? or at least by the affiliate IW/Living Lean who has charged my CC $19.95 twice since I cancelled my subscription with Wu Yi. I have an e-mail from Wu Yi Source assuring me that they had cancelled my subscription for the tea. I faithfully kept the trial, agreed to pay the $6.95 then $37.00 and cancelled. They assured me that I would not get anymore tea and everything was settled, but ohhh nooooo, these UNAUTHORIZED charges from LIVING LEAN keep appearing on my CC. I have filed a dispute with my CC and told them not to accept any more charges from Living Lean, but I am afraid my $39.90 may never be returned. I will fight this to the end and warn anyone not to get involved with Wu Yi Source. SHAME ON YOU WU YI SOURCE!!!! and the tea did not work for me, after all that.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM!!! Wu-Yi is a SCAM. Only way to describe it, I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. They sent me my free trial, then charged me for no tea AFTER I had canceled AND have been charging me monthly $19.95 for this stupid Living Lean support joke.

I ordered this tea a couple months ago. They said if I did not like it I could cancel at any time. I had cancelled this at least 2-3 months ago and just recieved my bank statement which showed a $19.95 charge. I am so frustrated with this company!

I ordered the tea like everyone else. The last charge was for 54.95. I sent the package back unopened. Return, refused. a month and a half later, still no refund. I called my cc company and they connected me with WuYi. They refused to refund my money because I didn't call them first before sending the package back! They want a tracking number before they will refund my money. For a package that was shipped back a month and a half ago. Don't fall for the same scam. Learn from all of us.

Just say No!
Like the above victims, We ordered and found the product to be worthless, But not before being charged for additional shipments that we did not order or did not know we ordered.
Trying to get a refund is a joke. There real scam is signing you up in 3 seconds and signing you off when you die.
It seems that the scam headquarters is in Israel and mostly immune from US law. (Nobody wants to be labeled antisemitic)
If you push the issue about refunds there representatives are instructed to hang up.
Good Luck, and lessons learned.

Strongly agree with all of you. Wu-Yi Source is a SCAM. now, I think i'm gonna have to cancel my credit card to avoid anymore unauthorized payments.
