I was "selected" to receive a free trial from Wu-Yi Source. It was supposed to be a 14 day supply for free; all I had to pay was shipping. Well, my package arrives and there is a 30-day supply. So, I checked my receipt. It says I will receive a 30-day supply for free abd that I only had shipping charges. Ok, cool. Well, 2 weeks later, my husband calls me wanting to know why there is a $60 charge to our bacnk account. I check and sure enough, it's Wu-Yi Source. So, I call the 866 number and talk to a person that I can barely understand. He tells me that only the 14 days was free and that they have to charge me for the rest of the box, which magically equals the charge for the whoel box. So, I tell the guy that my receipt even states that the 30 day supply is free and he tells me that I obviously didn't read the terms and conditions. Alll I saw in the terms and conditions was that I was signing up for a memeber ship and that if I didn't want to receive additional shipments I would need to cancel after 2 weeks. Nothing about being charged for the full box that was supposed to be free. Then, he proceeds to tell methat the only way I can get my money back is to send the entire box back to them and they will honor (ha!) their 60 day money-back guarantee. The only catch is that I have to have a tracking number so that they can process it. Needless to say, I told the guy what I thought of their company and that I would make sure that I warned people on every internet site I can find not to deal with them ever. They are totally shady and have no morals or ethics!

They took two charges from my account and told me they would not refund my money.

I returned my unused portion of WUYI tea and obtained a return receipt request form the Postal System. Two weeks later I received a signed acceptance receipt acknowledging receipt of my package. After 4 weeks, another shipment of tea was delivered via UPS. My account will be charged for another shipment to include the initial shipment. Any suggestion on how to resolve these fraudelent charges?

I ordered the free trial from Wu-Yi Source www.easyweightlosstea.com several months ago and after trying it I immediately called to cancel my order. I have since been charged 19.95 for several months for something I did not know I ordered. I saw the charge on my august bill after traveling all summer and went to the website listed on my bill www.livelivelean.net, which does not exist. Alarms were going off at this point. I subsequently called the number listed on my credit card bill 8002737813 and argued with the customer service person about the extra charges on my bill explaining that I have not rec'd any products or services for these charges and did not order anything for these charges, etc. Initially, they were not going to refund my current bill stating that I needed to cancel my order (which as I told them I already had done months before)...blah, blah, blah. I argued that this is a fraud because I cancelled my order immediately after receiving it, yet still have charges on my bill. I told them this is a fraud and I would be contacting the better business bureau because the website listed on my bill does not exist www.livelifelean.net and suspect I am not the only person this has happened to, which is now obvious. In sum, this company www.easyweightlosstea.com and affiliates are a rip-off and should be shut down and sued immediately.
Sincerely,
Lisa
