Double charged!

I canceled online, but called customer about a double charge when first trying their product. I was not impressed by a double charge so I canceled without finishing their product. I was assured I would not receive any more product or charges. I now have 4 extra boxes that I canceled plus the charges (They do not put invoices in the packages so you do not know its 2 different orders). Why would anyone order the exact product under the exact same name, address, & e-mail on the same day? IF I canceled, why would they not tell me it was listed twice? Customer service on 5/20/08 was rude & sounded if he was based in India not the US- he hung up on me even though I had not cursed him.
Hopefully the live chat canceled ALL my accounts. 60 day guarantee is a FARCE!!! FREE trial will cost you > $100 (if you are lucky.)
