The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This companies keeps calling 5-6 times per day wanting me to give them money so they can show me thier designs. I have repetly told them im not intrested but they keep calling. Have asked to speek to the manager but they say there is not a manager there. They just wont take no for an answer. if you hang up on them they just keep ringing and then hang up when you answer your phone. How can i stop them? they use a withheld number to call you.

saya lebih suka menggunakan Viabox. saya rasa Viabox lebih baik. selain harganya lebih murah, pelayanannya juga cepat. barang diproses dalam waktu 1 hari dan saya bisa minta untuk dikirimkan gabar produk tanpa dikenai biaya sedikitpun.

I have been using Viabox for all my shipping needs and without doubt I would recommend the same. They are experts in this field.

This is a good company. It gives a lots of benefits and advantages if finding even the walking clients. They deserved it in their good job they deed.

Shocking company, WSERVE found at www.wserve.co.uk are the worst web design team in the business. If you decide you want a website done then avoid this company, just look at there website and try the live help... doesn't work, or try post trouble ticket the page doesn't exist... oh why not peruse there happy clients websites via there direct links, you guessed it doesn't work on the majority of pages, BE WARNED DO NOT USE WSERVE, I speak as a web designer from a large company who has just spent 4 months trying to obtain 2 domain names like the person above without any joy, cue letter to trading standards they need shut down

I agree to what is said above. I was approached by Idreams Studio which hence later i found that was a same guy who used to work in Wserve. Its pointless to talk with this guy as if i have business with this guy, i will loose money. Its a new way to tackle problems i guess as Wserve already have lots of complaints, hence if they change company's name, they wouldn't be caught. But thats WRONG.

Get your client to report them to the trading standards - businesses cannot.

Also take this up with your MP as they are trading under the diguise of a normal English company but they ignore English Court Orders as they have no assets to claim against.

This type of company practice should not be permitted or able to register in the UK without dipositing a substantial sum.

I now refuse to pay a penny up front or even stage payments.

I live and work in the UK. I have been asked by a customer to get control of their domain name which was registered by wserve. Wserve agreed to transfer it and have taken £30.00 admin charge from her but after 2 months have not transferred the domain name despite many emails. Bizarrely I was phoned by someone called Pete from wserve who gave me a ridiculous story about why it was proving difficult (I guess he didn't realise I was a web professional) and then, when I tried to say something, he shouted "###ing shut up and listen to me"! This is a fraudulent outfit, don't go near them.

Its true the service of both wserve and idreams is not professional at all. I have found that idreams is run by the same company, wserve, so its not worthy to have business with them. My recommendations say 'NO' to Wserve or Idreams. The same company's senior manager had launched a Group 'HINTL Group' I had service with them and they are really good and are professional. I must say i got the value of money. I would strongly recommend this group of company as this company have got most of the senior management team of Wserve.

Wserve & iDreams operate from the same address :-
54 Whitmore Street, Walsall WS1 4LG, England (UK).

There are two phones that are connected direct to Nepal.

They have franchises or branches in a number of countries including - Australia ; India : USA & UK.

They quoted for a large quality site they said would take 22 days.

After 122+ days the site was not fit for purpose and they were ordered by the UK court to repay with interest the funds paid up front. This they totaly ignored.

Based on this experience I would advise everyone to go elswhere

They have franchises in a number of countries including Australia, India, USA & UK.

They were commissiones to do a large site & they said 21 days - after 122+ days the site was not finished ; what they did was not fit for purpose.

They were ordered to repay funds paid up front but have ignored the court order.

I would not trust them with anything and would - based on our experience with both - would advise anyone to go elswhere

This happens to us several times and the worst is when I called your [protected] assist, to complain the situation and same time to request if possible to have all these unknown callers be registered into our bills together with the owner's or establishment's name to enable us forward a very formal complain, the AT&T operator on the other end could barely speak due to loud laughters and howling...I thought these calls are monitored for security purposes! Since we cannot hear each other, the unprofessional lady operator just hanged up. I made the second call and explained what happened plus the REAL complain per se, her name is Cristy from your Texas branch..same thing she hanged up...what's going on? So many disrespectful callers and your being providers cannot assist us your customers...WITHOUT US YOUR CUSTOMERS THERE CAN NEVER BE AN AT&T COMPANY EXISTING... PLUS I can teach your operators GOOD MANNERS AND RIGHT CONDUCT FREE OF CHARGE 24/7 HOURS...if you cannot, just get REAL PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS OR EMPLOYEES. The number I was complaining is [protected] ... and many other unprofessional telemarketers and mystery callers...
