Been live in Snug Harbor for about 10 years. That been telling the office about our A/C that have went out the maintenance man come over to fix and then about six month later the A/c stop working again went the office an see what they was going to do about the A/C one of the office personal told me to that they want fix it until we pay $ 20 dollars for late fee that we own and I told her that it been as couples of year that they A/C been going off an on not working. The last management team I told about the A/C that the unit will might be replace. but one of the maintenance do some to it work for a while the its now not work they have to replace the out side unit and it has been going about one month back and forward about the A/c you have to come home to a hot apartment and it make it bad when you have asthma and don't have any else to stay until they get the A/c fix about time we pay the rent and all bills don't have any money left to get a room at a hotel until they finish fix the A/c if it get fix they been saying they going to fix it been they come and look at it they have to call someone else to help them to see how to fix it then that person they call don't know either how to fix the A/c bye now they have 3 maintenance man trying to fix the A/c thats is take one whole month to fix they order parts for it then one part is one work. I try to reach the corporate office left about 3 massages have not got a response from the corporate office.
