WrapWithUs Horrible

Needless to say, I am very disappointed I had to deal with them. And I regret I hadn't chosen a different company for ordering favors.
Speaking of them. I was helping my sister with her wedding planning including ordering favors. I don't know what I was thinking when I chose WrapWithUs. I ordered 90 pieces, but received only 50... I was so busy with everything that didn't notice their mistake and didn't count them. When I started giving them away I understood everything, but it was too late.
Our money was lost. And we were forced to look for different options...
It was disgusting.

WrapWithUs The worst company ever!!

My item arrived in a terrible condition and looked nothing like pictures on their website! When I contacted WrapWithUs customer service they were very rude and demanded some pictures. After I sent them all the proofs they said that they can send me a replacement. I asked for a refund but they refused and said that it was their final decision.
I agreed and asked for the return shipping label, but they said that I also have to pay for the return shipping! The worst company ever!

WrapWithUs Horrible services and no delivery – avoid them

I ordered some stuff for my wedding from the website www.wrapwithus.com. It was horrible experience, ‘coz the seller provided fake tracking number. When I found out about it, the seller told me that he would change it, but he did nothing. It was simply lie and nothing more. I told him to provide my order faster, but he again ignored my request. The worst services and company ever, so please share your views about this company.

WrapWithUs false advertising

I ordered a dozen table cloths for a catered party I was having for my son. I was very displeased with the look of this product upon receipt. On the website, you cannot tell that the tablecloths are see thru. The picture on their website of these tablecloths is VERY misleading. I'm not sure how this company feels they can get away with this? They charge a lot of money for shipping, and of course because I returned them, I had to pay for the shipping again. The lesson I learned was to NEVER use this company again. I ended up finding another online company where the tablecloths were beautiful, and just a tad more money than these cheap, flimsy, see thru things.

WrapWithUs WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered (30) Elegant Butterfly Design Place Card Frames for my best friend's baby shower to be given out as gifts...more than half of them were defective to one degree or another. I contacted the company immediately and they promised replacement items to be sent out same day all personally inspected for defects to be delivered to me in time for the shower. They went out the following day and the UPS tracking confirmaton that I received showed that they would not be delivered until the day after the shower. I called the company immediately and left a message to see if there was anything I could do and called repeatedly the next day...no one called back. I had to go out to at least 5 stores in order to find something we could use instead. Luckily I found a replacement in time and was able to still do the gifts no thanks to Wrap with Us. I am still trying to get my money back and they are refusing to pay for the shipping back stating that's on me even after getting the BBB involved...HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED?! I will NEVER use them and hope no one else will use them as well...WORST customer service and a complete RIP OFF

WrapWithUs Beware of ordering from wrapwithus.com

Beware of ordering from wrapwithus.com! I placed an order by phone on a Tuesday to ensure that I would receive the order on time by Friday. The girl who took the order told me that I would get the order by Friday if I paid $15.99 for a 3 day delivery. She said that the order would be processed and shipped that same day. Thursday I get an email from UPS stating that they had just picked up the shipment and it would be delivered by Tuesday, 4 days later than what I was told. I then called and explained I needed these favors for a party for Saturday and that by Tuesday they were useless to me. They simply said well just return the order when you get it and we will give you your full refund. I asked them if they would overnight another order and I would return the late one. They wanted to charge me $104.00! I told them that I felt they should pay for that not me, it wasn’t my fault and I had already paid for a faster delivery. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do because I didn’t get the name of the girl who took my order. BULLS**T! Any proficient company would have the employee name or ID# in an order that is placed. She tried telling me that I had just placed the order on Tuesday it was my fault…… Had I been told that I would not be able to get the order on time I wouldn’t have ordered it and paid for faster shipping…..HELLLLO! My blood was boiling and I told her that they had poor customer service; she disagreed and refused to take any responsibility for it and then hung up on me. I called them back after I received the order so that they could send me a shipping label…. “We are not responsible for paying or refunding the shipping charges.” PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY SUCK! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM WRAPWITHUS AGAIN!

I have called now over TWENTY TIMES! Left multiple messages. I just want to discuss an existing order placed with them...but they don't answer (I am calling during posted business hours) and they haven't returned my call. Guess they only want to deal with emails and the customers are just anonymous electronic wallets!...that about sums up how important we are. You may want to consider a different company if you haven't already put in your orders.

WrapWithUs Awful customer service

I called cusotmer service as a result of a duplicate order placed.

I originally ordered from www.wrapwithus.com and their internet went down as I ordered. So I tried to place it again and it didn't go through, but the same error message came through. I tried one last time and this time it finally worked and the order went through. I received a confirmation email for one order of 30 items. I sent a follow up email with the company and was sent an email the following day stating someone from customer service will call me.

I received a call the following Monday stating they noticed I made a duplicate order and cancelled the one order and I should be receiving the one order the following day.

The next day I get two orders of 30 items. I called to complain and sat on hold for a customer service rep to help me for over 15 minutes. When someone finally picked up Liz says, "Are you being helped?" Highly unprofessional and extremely dumb. I advied her I've been sitting on hold waiting for someone from customer support. Liz tells me "oh that's me."

So I explain my issue telling her a rep called me to advise me they cancelled my dup order. Liz tells me well you ordered three instead of two. So I said the lady, who didn't leave her name on my voicemail, told me there was only 2 and she cancelled one. Liz tells me nope you have three and she only cancelled one. So Liz tells me she will refund my order when I return it. But I will have to pay shipping and they will only return my oringal amount for the item, not shipping. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain to her I would have called and cancelled the 2nd order as well but the lady on the voicemail told me only two were orderd. Liz proceeds to tell me that its not their fault I pressed the button 3x.

I will NEVER do business again w/ this company nor should anyone else. A lot of my friends are in the process of getting married and having children. I advise you NEVER to use them because they can't get their head out of their own butts!

I made an order a month before my event and they keep getting it wrong. You can never get anyone on the phone and their website is down. Worst company ever. My bride name is Konah and they keep spelling it Konnahy. No bride wants her name misspelled on something they paid for

I disagree with this complaint about Wrap With Us. I ordered from this site multiple times and I never had one bad experience with them. My favors always arrive in time and they have the best prices on the Internet!
