Dear Sir,

I have cuctomer of ICICI Credit I purchase some accessaries from that after that i always follow up formy statement because my statement date is 18th of every month but today is 23rd but still i not received statement by email or hard copy when I call to customers service they say me that Baithe Baithe nahi bataya jata hai.


So pls take action against him and resolve my problem and send my credit card statement immediatly
