I hope I'm not the only one think that way. The next day a CSR named Alexis replied, ask me to show her a screen shot proof of the on sale price, she said she couldn't find the items with the prices I saw. I was shocked the "No.1" watch selling website couldn't pull out their own prices records! I summit my request when they were on sale, you replied me one day later after the sale, is that my problem? I mean, there's no description of how to apply for this "30 day price match guarantee". So I wrote back that I didn't know that I have to have a screen shot for this. Then she called me back with an attitude, basically told me to wait until they have another sale then take the screen shots to proof.
