The Office for both WordSmart & Smart Prep center. The "BUILDING" name is still WordSmart! The Gen Manager for both companies is Gina Payne... if you want a refund start there... or drive by the phone-room/office,

Contact your credit card company immediately! I had this happen once before where the company was uncooperative, rude, and stated that I had missed the return cut-off when I did not (they calculated from the date the order was placed, not the date I received the order - which was an 18 day difference). My credit card company told me if I had made a concerted effort to resolve the issue with the company and not gotten anywhere, they would suspend the charge until it was resolved. The charge was taken off my statement and I was never re-charged. JUST DO IT ASAP AND DON'T WASTE TIME.

After agreeing to purchase Smart Prep, the company continued to send me cd's monthly billing my account monthly ($185 purchase price PLUS $60/month for 4 months for the complete set). I had no idea they were going to continue to bill me. When I called to addrese issue with the company I was told they would re-play the recording of me accepting the offer. They agreed to stop sending the monthly cd's but wouldn't take back the other cd's, even though one was within 30 days of receipt. Compaines should not be allowed to do this to us. And they charged exorbitant shipping charges. I hope no one else purchases their product.
