This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

My husband and I paid almost $10, 000 for new windows in our home in October of 2010 - we were promised a lifetime warranty, however the company has since shut down and we are left with defective windows that do not open, close, or lock.

Their website has been shut down and their phone numbers are out of service. We have no way of getting a hold of anyone and have heard on the news that their company has shut down, leaving thousands of customers in the same circumstance as us.

Window Wizards 6119 Greenville Ave #160, Dallas TX 75206 Robb Hueston contact. Window Wizards scratched our windows at the time of a cleaning. This company used razor blades to remove paint without prior approval. The windows were scratched by the razor blades used by the cleaning team. The cleaning team notified me that they used razor blades after the cleaning had been completed. Robb Hueston with Window Wizards refused to acknowledge the damage was performed by Window Wizards. Robb Hueston refused to take responsibility of the damage. Robb Hueston refused the fact that his team used razor blades because we were not charged for paint removal. Now we have scratched windows. Robb Hueston was not professional at all. Robb Hueston answers his business phone with hello instead of a professional greeting with the company name. I would not recommend Robb Hueston or Window Wizards to anyone.
