We just lost $220 with this vacation package for time share visit. We were told that we could cancel our package at any time if we felt we could not go. The person who told us that left the company and everyone else says that's not possible. We were told that we were getting a hotel suite (1 bedroom + living area), which was important for us, with two small children to put to bed at 7:30PM. When we were ready to reserve, we were told that our certificate was good for a standar hotel room, not a suite. Of course, the person who took our money inthe first place for the suite is no longer around either!
After many calls to find someone who would hear our complaint, we were told that we could upgrade our certificate for $30 a night to get a suite. Forget it!!! Another $90 after $220 already spent for nothing?
These people will say whatever to get you to buy their package, and then you won't get it. Unbelievable. How do they get people to buy time share if they treat us that way?
