My complaint now is...Why hasn't anything been done about this to close TLG Great fun? It's not like it is new and it definately seems it is ongoing.

I had the same issue. I tried to call several times from home (this was last year) early in the morning EST. When I called me credit card to complain as well, they tried the number before 10 a.m. EST and did not get an answer. I was immediately credited that one charge and the credit card blacked out any further charges.

My charges came up from an online sale, and pop up. Apparently, I did not check off the box and when I entered my information, it automatically signed me up. I think I was on a shoe site (2007).
