The only thing I can say is absolutely poor service, and cannot get your deposit back. DON'T EVER USE WHY BUY RENTALS - it has been a great disappointment!!

i have being with why buy rentals from December 2007 until now i am absouoltely discussted with the poor service and feedback, they do not return phone calls or folow up on townhouse faults. i am trying to get out of the lease and they do not wnat to help me, i have to do everything myself they are not interested, i will never recommend them to anyone for such poor service
