Wholesale7 I got myself ripped off by this chinesse #

I ordered 3 shoes from them. Then they told me one of my shoes is out of stock and asked if I want to be refunded or replace it with other item, so I decided to replace it since it was cheap and I really want those shoes judging from the pictures alone. Beforehand, I asked Kate (the seller) if there is any other item on my order that is out of stock which she responded 'NO' so I replace it with slightly more expensive than the initial item on which I pay within matter of minutes. Shockingly 2 days later Kate (again) sending me generated email telling me that my replacment shoes also out of stock. I became really upset and sent her long email on which she responded with only 'sorry for that' but have yet to answer why she asked me to pay more for item that is out of stock, I didn't replace that one cuz I'm already dissapointed but still trying to cheer myself of having a thought I will get 2 shoes anyway. To my horror, the shoes came only 1! And I again sent them email demanding why they do this to me and they only replied that two items are out of stock and they refund my money.

So I got myself ripped off by this chinesse ###! They didn't even reduce the shipping cost. I had to pay 35$ for 8$ shoes that weight less than 1kg. And I couldn't withdraw my remaining 47$ to my paypal because they only refund it into the website.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

So far for me everything good, sometime the item i order out of stock because wholesale7 not update the latest stock..so to avoid that happen again..my advise to all wholesale7 staffs, please update ASAP the latest stock & now i have problem with your website link so lagged, sometime i can't open at all~please upgrade your website.TQ

Wholesale7 this company is totally fraudulent

This company is bull$#*! i waited 5 days for preparation of orders and used DHL for my fast shipping. and now 2 days after they said that my orders are already shipped with DHL, a customer service told me that my order will be transferred to another shipping company from DHL to Dpex because of a very bull$#*! reason! my point is they didn't informed me earlier about this. they said they have shipped it 2 days ago! this is BULL$#*!

Wholesale7 their customer service are getting from bad to worse to unmanageable

Their customer service are getting from BAD to WORSE to UNMANAGEABLE. I have ordered from them thrice now.

The first batch was OK-OK, passable from a China quality product, not being picky or peculiar about their quality. Sizes are either too small, or TOO SMALL. Basically, it shows that their products cater to skinnier people?

The second batch was huge but I ended up with more defected products and sizes that does not fit. (I did warn my friends about unreliable measurements from the site) Worse of all, after I have made my purchase, Kate came back to me that some of my orders have 'Out of Stock' and required replacements.

I was fine with it at first, I decided to choose 1~2 replacements and the rest of the monies be refunded to me. But when I reflected back from my account, I did not realize that I was indirectly scammed in paying more shipping fee than I should (the weight of products heavily affects your shipping cost). Also, I have to nag them before they refund the money to my account in wholesale7.net (they don't seemed willing to refund back via Paypal.com)

Now, THE THIRD AND FINAL BATCH. I have only ordered and paid this recently, so I haven't receive my goods to judge the quality. Yet, being one length smarter doesn't get me anywhere.

Before I purchase in particularly leggings, I inquired if the size of my calves will fit into the cuff of the pants (cos I have bought one legging that my legs could not squeeze in AT ALL...) and if they are elastic. I haven't receive my last order at hand, so I do not know how it will turn out... As yet.

Finally, I've asked the seller if ALL THE ITEMS are available before I make payment and they replied YES and prompted me to make my payment quickly in case the item sells out. So I PAID. And guess what?

Kate just emailed me few days ago that ONE OF MY ITEM WENT 'OUT OF STOCK' and asked me to either replace the item, or refund the extra money back to my account in wholesale7.net (and what? earn the extra shipping fee from me again?)

When I complained about it and request a compensation by an extra item (of cheaper value), she refused and required me to pay the extra amount for the clothes. Talk about customer satisfaction huh...

I'm not sure if anyone of you tried to weight your own clothes (Since they put up the weight on their site to reflect the shipping charges), but I weighted mine. item HA030712: on their site, it stated '280g', on my weighing machine it was 140g. Half the weight. I tried another item YA033018, Site: 380g, Actual: 220g.

Please try yours and comment if it was the same or different from the site as well?

Even if they include the weight of the plastic bag... It won't bump up 2x of its original weight, right? So the way of marketing their products, was to make their item looks cheaper on the surface, but bump up extra weight of the product to earn 2x of the shipping fee?

I guessed I only managed to learn my lesson of avoid buying from that website after three attempts. Better late than never, eh?

Wholesale7 I won't use their company again

Very bad experience dealing with them. So hard to get a refund. Some of Quality dress is hollible can't send it my customer. I won't use their company again.

i bought a blouse, it cames with a terrible deffect. kate ask me for some pictures, i send with an email, she tell me the deffect is a style! i try some many times to negociate, in online chat she always say to send an email with photos but never answer my email. dont buy anything in wholesale.net, you will lost your money!

não comprem no wholesale7.net! comprei uma blusa que veio com defeito na manga (um remendo imenso!) entrei em contato com a kate que me pediu fotos para provar, mandei as fotos e ela disse que aquilo é o estilo da roupa! um baita remendão no meio da manga!? entrei em contato outras vezes mas ela não responde emails, no atendimento online sempre pede para mandar fotos, é uma pilantra! fujam desse site!

Wholesale7 my advice, stay away and find a better supplier

I cant think of one good thing to say about this company, they are very unprofessional and dont seem to care about the poor quality goods they send to their customers! Its almost embarassing having to tell your customers that they cant have the product they bought because it is so bad and looks nothing like advertised.

The majority of the things they advertise in the pictures are completely different and look MUCH worse in reality. If somthing is out of stock they simply neglect to update their website or let you know before shipping the goods!

You also have to hassle them for a refund... My advice, stay away and find a better supplier!

Site uses fake VeriSign, Paypal and McAfee logos. That is usually a sign for fraud.

Dont ever buy anything from this website. Very cheap materials, very low quality workmanship and very high shipping cost. Plus unprofessional and horrible customer service. The woman named Kate is very rude and irresponsible. Stay away from them or you will lose your money.

I wish i would have saw this comment before i place my order and receive my product, It really ticks me off the bad customer service they provide i was chatting with someone and the conversation ended everything i bought i could not fit therefore they make there clothes extra small for American you barely can fit your big toe in any of the garment. However i do like there jumpsuits just couldn't fit it the large in there high waist shorts were cute but couldn't fit them and the tops were just a cheap mess. I give credit when credit is due but for starting my first small business and on a tight budget I'm very unhappy with the customer service and quality i guess you get what you pay for :-(
