WholeBlossoms Do not buy from this scam website!

I've ordered a pink roses bouquet from www.wholeblossoms.com. It was a surprise for my wife. When flowers finally arrived they were completely dead and bouquet looked nothing like pictures on their website. I wanted to return the bouquet but could not find the address of the sender. I contacted Wholeblossoms customer service and asked their address but they replied in a rudely manner that they will not accept them back and will not tell me their address! Do not buy from this scam website!

WholeBlossoms I waited for the whole evening and got nothing

I ordered two bouquets from www.wholeblossoms.com. I got the confirmation info, but there wasn’t precise time of the delivery. I tried to reach these people, but nothing. No one replied. I left them messages, but they didn’t call back or provide any response. I waited for the whole evening, but these people didn’t deliver the flowers. Seriously, it was the worst experience in my life.

WholeBlossoms It took 3 days for them to reply and zero consideration to offer any compromise

DISASTROUS. i ordered flowers for son's wedding. we followed all instructions, allowing 4 days for the buds to open. 2 days went by and no signs of quality issues since the buds hadn't opened yet. when they did, the flowers were wilted and had brown spots, and only 27 of the 200 flowers opened. we had to scramble to find local flowers that day to have all the decor ready in time for the wedding. i reported it to them with pictures, and they eventually advised me that i didn't follow their policy instructions to report and return the flowers within 24 hrs of receipt. this, regardless of their instruction to allow these flowers 3-4 days to open. it took 3 days for them to reply and zero consideration to offer any compromise. DO NOT ORDER FROM WHOLEBLOSSOMS.COM - especially if you have a time sensitive event in mind. truly disappointing.

After ordering flowers online from this company I had someone use my credit card information and try to make purchases for laptop computers. I am not the only person who has placed orders for flowers online from them and have the same problem. It has now turned into a full blown identity theft. It is not a coincidence that other people have this happening also that ordered from them.
