I wanted to try Whitening Brites, gone on trip came back to find out I was billed for this product before I even tried it. It was a free trial. I was to discontinue the billing before the 14 days dead line. The 14 days start the day you fill out the information to try this free trial.

If this is a free trial why was I charged $88.97 and $9.99 before given me a chance to try Whitening Brites? I want my money back. I will not buy this product now.

Ruth,
They tried the scam on me in a similar way. They are very devious about the terms and conditions. Read them carefully. There is no way to get back the $9.99 however the $88.97 is another story. First, you must call and officially cancel the service (there is a number on the website). Then, I sent them the following 2 emails, since they did not respond within the 24 hours in their terms, and then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Their charge was removed and the money ($88.97) credited back after an investigation period. They work under many different names, but, it's the same game. They're counting on you not going to the trouble of fighting back. Good luck

It has now been longer than 24 hours since requesting the RMA for return of purchase. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will pursue accordingly.
