I ordered this teeth whitening product off the internet, from a company referred to as Whitening Brites... I only wanted the trial offer, Clearly explained that when i called to cancel the contract 10 minutes later... They wouldn't allow me to cancel they told me that i couldn't cancel until i actually recieved the product and that they would give me 15 extra days, so that would be a month that way i could try the product and try and see the results...Called back and I was on hold FOREVER... couldn't get through... Then with in the next couple of days I see a withdrawl from my checking account for a total of 98 dollars and some cents. I was Very mad and upset, called to get my money back and they tell me they dont do refunds in that department, That i have to e-mail this Support@whiteningbrites.com which is the billing Department.. This makes no sense... I didn't have to e-mail the billing department for yall to take the 5.99, the 9.99 other 89.99, This is some bull crap, so i e-mailed the website cause i want a refund.. it says please allow 24-48 hours for some one to respond, Its been 2 1/2 days no response.. Called back up there, they say mam we cant help you.
