There is no website of this source. I'm very upset that they would advertise such a thing and not promote it. I would consider it false advertisement or false statement of some sort. I think they should be aware of what is happening and something should be done to fix this issue.

I dont get it.you got some people saying that the site doesn't exist and others saying the site is down and others saying they are filling out survey after survey ect.then you got another person saying it works fine .I cant find it whats the deal

On Saturday May 10, 2008 I was in the kmart in Camarillo, Ca. at 10:30am and i went to the courtesy desk and asked if i could get some help in kitchen appliances. I saw an additional item i wanted to purchase and asked if i was over looking it as i could'nt find the empty space. The clerk (Denise) told me were out of it and she did'nt even know what product i was looking for. I then asked if she would please call someone to assist me and if they would be able to check in back for me. She snapped at me and said "i told you we don't have it." I was so up set that i payed for my items and left. I go there and get stuff for the corporation i work for but now i feel my business and the corporation i work with had better go else where.

Today I was at your store #9336 in Independence MO. I paid for my merchandise some how I forgot to take my purse out of my basket. I got to Sears when I noticed that I didn't have my purse. Rushing back to Kmart, someone had turned my purse into the manager he was very nice. I'll always remember this experience.

In teaching courtesy in your training for clerks, could you include the cashiers closing by saying "thank YOU!" Instead of "there you go"??? It is so curt.
