abuse, trauma, pain and suffering. derogatory statements by shaun the principle dealer, defamation of character. fraudulent letter of assurity. empty promises. after three complaints about the same problem i was ignored and again abused. my car is completely faulty from the very day i drove out of west end motors, after purchasing the vehicle out right cash, my vehicle has seized on numerous occasions, i do not even have enough fingers or toes to count the many incidents where by my car has totally seized whilst stuck in high risk areas, with no help whatsoever from west end motors. apparently this is my fault, i must be a bad omen and no one of god as has been accused by shaun. blame shifting, no one took responsibility or ownership. my rights as a customer have been breached as i was informed that the vehicle was of highest quality and had legitimately been through aa and passed road worthy compliance. underhanded and an outright lie. myself, my partner and father were involved in a smash and grab, when this vehicle seized again on the high way, people including myself were severely physically injured, and traumatized by two men. seizures. fear. please i beg and plead with each and every one of you whom are considering purchasing a vehicle from west end motors to seriously reconsider your decision, if you value your life and those of the ones you treasure most, your family, your friends please look elsewhere. should anyone wish to hear more, or cement their understanding of these crooks please feel free to contact me. my email address shall follow and, i would be more than happy to prevent this from ever happening to another person. now take this seriously because your life is at risk when you enter west end motors dealership.
