This Company is a new pop up company who are trying to steal from their previous employers. The problem here is nothing they are showing you is real. Even their testimonials are fake. On the very first page they show you Victims of timeshare. The sad truth is those same people have been seen before somewhere else. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2G11hGDrhc has these same actors talking about their situation, for a different company of course but which company was it that helped them. Surley not Wesley Financial. They have been open for less than 60 days and are telling their clients it takes a year tyo complete the process. So, with not having been open for more that 60 days and the process taking a year, How can you have anyone giving a testimonial? Its a shame, some people will never understand the bigger picture and only look at greed and money Watch Both videos, the one of youtube from TAI and the one of Wesley FInancial. Sad! If you cant find anyone to say anyting goof about your company, Why not pay actors.

This is Chuck McDowell (CEO and President of Wesley Financial) Sean Austin and I were the very first people in the timeshare cancellation business. THE VERY FIRST. I formed and owned an insurance marketing company called Wesley Financial Group back in 1989. After a several years as CEO and partner of the company Sean and I started I was offered a VP position with a company called Vo Group. This company had and still has a F rating with the BBB. I was promised this would be fixed and their service was top-notch. It took me just a few short months to learn that was not the case. They do provide service but it was not up to my standards so i decided to reform Wesley and provide the type of service I think timeshare owners deserve. SO... Yes this is a new company but NO I'm not new to this industry and to call these fine people "fake" is something that upsets me greatly. They are great people that donated their time to help me because I helped them cancel their timeshare and get every penny back. Some people will do anything to try and make others look bad. NOT SURE ABOUT THE TESTIMONIES. HOWEVER, I DO KNOW THAT THE SALES REP CALL OWNERS OF TIME SHARE AND TELL THE OWNERS THAT THEY ARE CALLING BECAUSE OF COMPLAINTS ON THEIR FILE. BIG LIE...EVERY REP DOES IT AND IT IS IN THE SCRIPT FOR PHONE CALLING. IT IS A WAY OF USING AN EXCUSE TO CALL THE TIMESHARE OWNER, THEN THEY START ASKING ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH THE TIMESHARE.

WHY DON'T THE REPS JUST START OUT AND TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE CALLING TO " FIND OUT" IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ANY ISSUES WITH THEIR TIMESHARE INSTEAD OF NOT TELLING THE TRUTH AND STATING THEY ARE CALLING BECAUSE THEY HAVE COMPLAINTS ALREAD REGISTERED BY THE CUSTOMER. BIG SCAM UP FRONT. MAKES ONE WONDER WHAT THEY TELL CUSTOMERS ON THE OTHER END OF THE DEAL.

I worked the first couple of weeks for the company in January. It really is timeshare in reverse. They do a combination of buying a timeshare by canceling it out and charging a fee of several thousands of dollars to do so, or have the customer refinance their loan amount and tell them they can get the vacation resort company to undo their loan amount for another fee by selling the customer more points on their timeshare. They also record their customers and legally do so, but they also listen into the conversations with the customer and sales rep without their knowledge. Most of their managers are all former time share people and they act like it. They give high " fives" when they can get a $ 20, 000 check from a customer, not because they helped the customer, but because they got money from a timeshare owner just like the timeshare people do. Their motto is " don't chase the customer" just make them feel BAD about the money they spent on timeshare. How about the money they are spending with Wesley Financial !!

whats interesting about Kyle Hoovers comment is that he is lying. There were no $20, 000 checks coming in during January so how does he know if there were high fives????? What a bold face lie!
Wesley Financial is in business to HELP those that have been lied to. There are no ifs ands or buts about it.
Wesley financial is a legit morally upright company that provides some of the best customer service...its their competition that needs to worry...

V.O. Group has a F rating with the BBB and the new Jersey attny general would have a lot to say about them...NONE of it good!

This is Chuck McDowell, CEO of Wesley Financial and I want to one more time set the record straight. First of all Kyle Hoover NEVER worked here and is a liar. Actually NOTHING he/she stated makes any sense because he does not know us.. Next, I am here to say that I am sorry that one of my people let his emotions get the best of him. VO Group and the owner Adam Lacerda are good people. We/I have no problem with them and have no idea who is posting bad things about us and honestly don't really care. My guess is it's the resorts that are hurting the people we are helping. I do not want to waste my time with this. I would rather spend my time helping the retired couple I just spoke with that were promised they could sell their ownership back the the resort for twice what they paid for it if done within two years. They both had to go back to work to make payments and of course there is no buy-back program. This must be stopped! Stop the lies and Wesley and VO will not be in business! Simple.

Your contradictions are validating the red flags that readers should recognize. Something strange here about your past and present connection with VO Group. On 2/23/12 your post bashed VO Group by stating that they "still have an "F" rating with the BBB" and " think before sending anyone a check that has an F rating, it's there for a reason." On 3/19/12 your post stated "VO Group and the owner Adam Lacerda are good people." Something just does not sound right. Beware.

Wow. Beware that I say someone is "good people". Really? Good people can have different opinions on how a business should be ran. Adam thinks working till 7 on Friday and Saturday nights is correct. I think people should spend that time with family. That does not make Adam a bad person or say he doesn't love his family. Just a different opinion. He does not like the BBB and I understand his reasons. I think it's needed. Again. It's our opinions but we are both trying to help the same people. WE ARE NOT THE RESORTS MISLEADING OUR SENIORS INTO SOMETHING THEY DONT WANT OR NEED. I have a feeling you are doing a great job at that.

Just want to see fraudulent activities stopped, and the guilty held accountable by law, looks like that will happen. I have nothing to do with the timeshare industry just a concerned citizen who has researched and understands what is going on. Anyone can research what happened to your VERY FIRST cancellation service on the internet and then decide for themselves. (Should be ran should be could be run)

Hmmm... read that you and Sean Austin were sued for misappropriation of trade secrets and tortious interference with contracts. You signed a deal and had an agreed order with the courts. The order was broken by the aforementioned individuals and the lawsuit was renewed for violation of the agreed order. The docket and all of the court details are available on line.

oh my goodness! Adam and Ashley Lacerda along with a dozen other VO Group employees were arrested by the FBI on 4/17/2012! You are so lucky that you got out before the arrest!!!

do not give these people ANY MONEY thaey have already scammed 2.4 MILLION DOLLARS from innocent victims www.justice.gov new jersey will show the 96 page document from the FBI documenting their fraud and they were arrested on4/17/2012 awaiting trial we should all hope that they will be convicted and go to jail for their crimes!

As a former employee of VO Group I can tell you that Adam and Ashlee both lied to owners about paying off their mortgages. When the FBI raided the office in Nov 2010. Adam changed the pitch to avoid further prosecution. They will have their day in court and justice will be served. They bought their Bentley using money that was intended to pay off owners mortgages But somehow never made it to the Lender. I feel sorry for their children. Brittany would have been better off if her mother Ashley Lacerda kept her job as an exotic dancer and never subjected her to Adams abuse. Instead she helped Adam steal from those poor victims. She is just as guilty as he is.

What kind of an idiot remark is that? No you cannot cancel your timeshare... if you think that they are not con artists then I have a timeshare in the Bronx that maybe you would like to buy. The feds will get them and they will go to jail where they belong. Think this post is from one of those arrested who still are scamming people through VO Financial aka Vo Group? Adam Lacerda or his alias Robert Klein? Ridiculous!

funny how here in pigeon forge wesley financial group hires independant consultants, which are just telemarketers scrubbing leads and collecting financial information for company.after 60 days in business phones are cut off no word from management, chuck in the bahamas spendin the moneys he never had to pay employees .attorney wayne halper is outta the country as well.do you think the consumer benifited from a 60 day company.how do you sleep at night? NOW I GOTTA CALL ALL THESE PEOPLE I SCAMED WITHOUT KNOWING AND APOLOGIZE ..i am a good person . i wanna help timeshare owners not scam them cause they have already been scamed.
