Wells Fargo refused accom according to ada requirments

In I asked for a disability accommodation; and they refused me access to that right of the ADA law. I simply asked for a date change of due date to meet the other bills that I have so that I could remember my due dates all together, that would re-insure my timeliness with out fail. Due to an accident beyond my control I requested this again...and again today and received the date change finally, however I'm stuck with late fees that Wells Fargo Financial Corporation refuses to help me with...or work with me at all. They appear to be a Very, Very GREEDY company, and not willing to help a person with a problem after spending approx $2, 700.00 with in a year without missing a payment. If you ask me a person that is to be considered rather an expert at dealing and helping others succeed in the business world of social media. The mere fact is; if I had that business this isn't the way you treat customers, nor other business owners customers that are you're ... business partners. Wells Fargo holding check deposit

I opened a new checking and savings account at Wells Fargo in San Mateo California with a 7460.00 check from my 401k plan. I was told they were going to put a hold on my account for 7 days because the amount of the deposit was over 5000.00. I looked online in my account to see if my check had posted to my account, and the check is still being held from my account for the same reason, now my waiting period is 9 days! Hello! I have bills to pay! The check is from my 401k Fidelity account I doubt very seriously its going to bounce! This is plain ridicules! I plan on withdrawing my money and going elsewhere.

Wells Fargo defamation

Have been caring for my 89 year old Mother for many years now. Took her to the Wells Fargo to have my name added to her accounts in order to assist her with her finances. Branch manager, Susan Churchill refused to assist even though my Mother was present at the bank. After leaving the bank, I received a call from Adult Protective Services indicating Susan Churchill had contacted them and advised I was trying to steal my Mom's money!
I told the investigator that my Mom's Neurologist advised me to have my name added as she was dealing with Alzheimer's now. My Mom doesn't remember her PIN number and hasn't paid her bills in several months now so, everything is just sitting. Not being paid and collections letters being received.

I did have power of attorney and presented it to her. she was just being difficult. She wouldn't even assist my Mom with changing her PIN because she forgot her old one. I have no issue with somebody trying to protect my mom. I do however, take issue with some halfwit manager thinking she can judge people when it's none of her damn business and the suggestion to have me on the accounts was at the Neurologists recommendation.
It's all good, all of the accounts have been closed and a new bank has been fantastic in assisting my mom in anyway they can. Screw Wells Fargo. Bunch of incompetent ###s.

She did the right thing. If you are on the up and up, no loss. Be glad that someone is protecting your mother. If your mother is clearly not in a state of mind to make a decision, the bank officer is not going to take your word for it. You need to get a lawyer to make you her proxy or give you power of attorney. If your mom has checks use them to pay the bills.

Wells Fargo incompetent tellers

I went into Well Fargo Bank in Elk Grove, CA, on 2/11 to deposit a business check someone had given me, The check was for $2, 214.58. I only had $1, 600 in the bank before I made the deposit. The teller took a long time with the transaction. She never said anything. Finally she gave me the deposit slip. I ask her when will the check post, and she told me at the end of the day. The next day I drew $1, 999.76 out to send to the lady whose boss sent her pay check to me by mistake. She wanted me to send her money back to her through Vanilla download cards. This lady was deaf and she did not have a credit card. The teller had no problem giving me the money. I sent the money the way she requested I looked at my account later that evening and I was $420. Overdrawn. I knew that had to be a mistake! I called the bank to see what was going on. They told me they could not verify the check and it should be verified by 2/14. That morning I looked at my account and the money had posted to my account, later that evening I went back into my account and it was back to negative $420. At this point I am furious. I went back to the bank to see what was the problem. I had all my information, They proceeded to tell me the check was fake! I was very upset because I was not informed by the bank that I needed to wait 3 days before using that money. My issue with this situation is that the teller who let me draw out the money should have told me the check was on hold or at lease print it out on the deposit slip. Neither happened. I trusted the bank to have my back in a situations like this. Why would the teller give me more money than what I had in the bank? If that check had not cleared? I think the bank should at lease return my $1600 for the negligence of the employee and then fire both of them.

The check POSTING and CLEARING are 2 different things. The teller said the check would post at the end of the day. It always takes 2-3 days to clear.

Wells Fargo false credit reporting

On a merged credit report dated January 24, 2014, it shows a charged off account with Wells Fargo Bank Card Services. The account shows that I the consumer have disputed the account information.

Today, February 1, 2014, I called the number provided on the merged credit report to dispute the account again and to have it deleted with 72 hours. All of the representatives at Wells Fargo stated that they could not find anything attached to my social security number. I gave the account number listed on the merged credit report.

A representative of the Fraud Department with Wells Fargo disclosed the account was an equity line of credit account. I gave her a lot of personal information, and she stated that none of it matched with what they had on record. She still refused to have the account deleted from my credit reports, claiming she did not have enough information that matched the account. This did not make any sense. If the information does not match, then it is definitely not my account.

This afternoon, February 1, 2014, I sent a letter to the Mr. John G. Stumpf, Chairman, CEO, and President of Wells Fargo & Company explaining in detail the matter and demanding the account be deleted within 72 hours upon receipt of my letter and send written confirmation of such by return mail within 72 hours upon receipt of my letter. Also, I mentioned the derogatory account information is contributing to the Veterans Administration denying me a home loan. Last, I did state that if Wells Fargo did not delete the account and all account information within 72 hours upon receipt of my letter, they would leave me no alternative but to file suit in court for monetary damages and declaratory relief.

It is shame Wells Fargo Bank seems to think they are above the law and beyond reproach and can place anything they desire on a person's credit report, knowing it does not belong to the person whatsoever. They seem think they are above reproach. Note: The alleged account was opened in 12/94 according to the merged credit report. In 12/94 I did not own any property. Also, I have never co-signed any sort of loan for anyone.

I have a Home Equity Line of Credit, Mortgage Line of Credit, and Personal Line of Credit. I had signed a form for automatic payment to be drafted out my account for each of the above account. I have received several calls from the company that they are charging me a late fees of $39.00 and interest of $1.48 per day; and I was even told by Chris today that they don't have to honor their agreement on any of these loans. The statement date Feb 10, 2011 and due date March 7, 2011. I was asked today to pay $363.00 and I would still be late on March 7, 2011.

I have spoken with the banking directly in my town, and they had removed the late fees, and when I gotten my statement today, it was replaced back onto my bill. This is incorrective action by Wells Fargo Bank, and I am in the process of stopping all my direct deposit, and removing my account from Wachovia/Wells Fargo bank.

Wells Fargo breach of confidence

My mother made a deposit into my account at a local branch where she was told information regarding my account including my current balance. I could maybe understand if it had been a mistake thinking she was me. BUT I live in a town starting with T while shes in one 3 hours South starting with a N, Im in my 30s and shes in her 70s, and my name is nothing even similar from first to last. Nothing on that screen should have indicated otherwise. Even if it had, I do not bank with this branch nor does she therefore so type of identifications would need to be to presented to get ANY information upon it! CLEARLY A BREACH IN CUSTOMER CONFIDENTIALITY! Ive already had to take an anxiety pill after having to hear about it from my parents. What was worse that the corporate office number representative said Im sorry but didnt even act like it was a big deal. I contacted that local branch and they still didnt seem to act like it was a big ordeal... I hope they can spell ILLEGAL!

Wells Fargo mortgage short sale

In June of 2013 I moved to another state and needed to sell my home. Wells Fargo has made this a horrible experience. My home did not appraise for enough so my Real estate agent suggested I try a short sale and Wells Fargo agreed. I had never been late on my mortgage payment and kept it current through the short sale process. I received a cash offer of $50, 000 on the home and another offer that needed to obtain financing. Wells Fargo counter offered for an amount higher than the payoff of the mortgage. I then stopped paying the mortgage (I can't afford to keep up 2 properties) and now after 6 months Wells Fargo sent me a letter saying they would modify the mortgage based on a $50, 000 value. It's too late now, my credit is ruined and I'm having to file bankruptcy. Why are they able to accept a $50, 000 value now, but not when I had an offer? I hate Wells Fargo and will never bank with them again.

Wells Fargo non explanatory contract / electronically deceived signing

I opened a business account on december 2012 and was offered first data's wi-fi credit card slider by the wells fargo employee wich was opening the account, he put me on the phone with a first data representative named Jason who explained the benefits and costs of using the terminal, I declined on first ocassion saying that I needed to see how the business performance was going to be, the teller insisted and called the representative who said that i was going to pay close to 40 monthly for the lease (it's 44.78) and 15 a month for processing fee, wich was all going to be tax deductible (only the lease can be writed off and I'm not sure about it yet), I refused again but Jason with the bank employee complaince that i could use it a month or two and returned if it wasn't working for me (that was their first lie) so I electronically signed on a screen for my new account with terminal, and come two months called first data, and a person in a call center in another country tells me that I had signed an electronic agreement for a 4 year non cancelable lease and had to pay like 4500 dollars to resind it, i was shocked about this, I decided to keep the terminal for a full year, and called recently and had the same negative answer, to the previously mentioned fees they added a 25 membership a 40 tax collection a now Jan/2014 55 more dollars for the same things for this year, i haven't run a single transaction on the terminal ever, I'm thinking on closing the account where the debit occurs but I dont want any legal troubles, joining a class action lawsuit seems a chance of being heard and do something about this huge scam that banks are doing to hardworking people that try to start a small business, thanks for reading, my name is martin piatti and my business is called overhead doors solutions llc, I'd appreciate any insights you have on this matter

Wells Fargo holding my money over christmas

Tried to re-fi a 4-plex my wife has owned for 10 years. We have been married 7. Never late on a payment. I have good credit and a good job. Reason for not appoving is they said I had to many inquires credti checks. Most of them were all from wells fargo... We had bought two properties. Once produces income the other is a summer place. They pulled money out of my checking account to cover the cost of an appraisel.. After months of not hearing anything we called to find out they did not approve it. I checked my account two weeks later and they had never returned my money for the appraisel the was never done. This was on a thursday.. Then I notice a fee charged against my account that friday but no money. I called them again and the guy said he would look into it and get back to me. Well here it is tuesay december 25th and they did reverse the fee but no money was returned to me account. They said it would take 24 hours from when first requested. I really hate the way the have treated me in this matter. My news years resolution it to find another bank or credit union to work with. I have had so many bad experiences with wells fargo over the last three years. Not sure why I have not dumped them sooner.

Wells Fargo password reset

I have spent over an hour today speaking with 5 different customer service people trying to reset our banking internet password. They tell me I can't provide enough information to authenticate myself. I bank online exclusively. I have two accounts. A credit card -- which I've provided the number for and a line of credit which I don't know the number for since all banking is done ONLINE. I don't receive any paper statements. So I cannot give them what they are asking me for. I've provided them with social security numbers, account balances, last payment dates and amounts paid yet they insist it's not enough to confirm I am who I say I am. All I want is to reset my freaking password. That's it. I know it's not the fault of the customer service rep but this banks policies are so STUPID. They suggested I could go into a local branch to show my ID however, the nearest branch location is an hour away and I highly doubt that the attendant bank teller will be able to reset my password. Ridiculous. Congratulations Wells Fargo... today you lost a customer you've had for 10 years.

Wells Fargo bad business practices

I called back Wells Fargo back on February 1, 2013; to verify if and a small investment account I received from a divorce settlement, had been properly set up. After a very, very long & frustrating process with their automated call system, "I was connected with a receptionist, I first explained why I was calling then I was finally connected Jennifer. Once again I had to verify my personal information and since I was told the automated system could not identify me and I could not provide them with the birthdate they had on file; I would have to create an online account first, "in order to do any business with their company." Jennifer had wanted me to be able to identify exactly "which part of my birthdate was inaccurate." Since my ex-husband had been the one to set-up the account and provide them with all this information. I had no way of knowing exactly which part he got wrong. "Don't get me wrong, I am all for great security, but this was getting ridiculous!" After being told I had to create an account on-line in order to be able to do any business with their company, I was also told I would have to log in with the inaccurate birthdate of which I had do idea what that was. After much coaxing, I was finally able to get that much needed information...after all they did have I had already mailed them all the necessary court documentations they required. Once my online account was set up, Jennifer told me that it would require verification of my birthday on their end which could take 3-5 business days.

Once again on December 9th I had to call Wells Fargo for help with a hardship withdrawal. I have been disabled for many years and not gainfully employable. I was able to work a small part time job from home of which I had just lost most of my hours of, due to the recent injuries and illness effecting ability to keep up with even 40 hours a month. This time I waited on the phone for 20 minutes before getting to speak with Crystal, only to find out over 10 months later, they still have not corrected the birthday error! I was again led to the website, which would not take any of my information except for my user name. We had to on more than one occasion reset everything from passwords, pin #'s to security questions. Even though I had every correct answer written down in front of me and watched carefully as I inputted each one, their website refused to cooperate. Crystal also gave me incorrect information on more than one occasion on what I could or could not input. She also told me, that it would take 3-5 business days to correct the birthdate error, another 3-5 business days to disperse a check and if I wanted to put a rush on it, I would have to have an account with Federal Express. When I asked if they took any other form of payment, "she, said No!" We had finally given up after and hour's worth of trying and since she was only trying to by some time for yet another very long hold, to get me to the correct department that would need to update my birthdate. Now, I get to speak to Jouverns of whom I could barely understand. He spoke to fast, not loud enough, and could not speak very good English, I certainly, don't mean any offense to him in any respect. At this point I am very annoyed and feel badly that I have to keep asking him to please speak up, and talk slower because I was having a difficult time understanding what he was saying. Jouverns is not very helpful to say the least, after 25 minutes of him telling me, how busy they are and how he will have to write up a ticket and get back to me I asked to speak with a manager. I get put on hold yet again, I've have lost count by now as I was put on hold multiple times with Crystal as well. Jouverns tells me that none of the managers can take my call either, everyone is way to busy they will have to create a ticket only to call me back within 48 hours, "just to tell me if they are even the correct department to handle making the change I need!" The change they were supposed to take care of back in February. I refuse to relent, yet to no avail I get absolutely NO WHERE! I ask for the name of the CEO, or president of he company, so I can write a strongly written letter of this experience. I am then told that Jouverns, does not work for Wells Fargo! I say, "What, you don't even work for Wells Fargo?, No he responds, "I do; I just don't work directly for them, I can't give you the name of the people you request, I'm sorry, I don't no their names!" So, who may I ask did I just give all my security information to and what kind of company is Wells Fargo running? I have looked up the names of the president and CEO of the company and I do plan on writing a strongly written letter Mr. John Stumpf the President/CEO of the company. If I could look his name up on their website, don't you think their employees should know either be able to do the same if they don't know who they are employed by?

Wells Fargo handing counterfeit money and insulting

I have never felt this insulted in my life. I cashed a check at Wells Fargo, Cherry Hill, New Jersey location and I did not know the money you get from the Bank cannot be trusted. I cashed a check and took it directly to my Bank (TD Bank) to make a deposit and the teller noticed that one of the bills were fake. The teller then wrote up a report and submitted it to Secret Service. I told the teller where I got the cash from and even showed him the receipt from Wells Fargo. It really made me feel like a criminal and was really insulting to me. Not only I was shortened the $100, now I have the stamp of a criminal in front of my bank where I usually do business.

I am very offended by this and want to make sure no one else gets treated this way. It may not have been the branches fault but big banks like Wells Fargo MUST make sure this doesn't happen again.

They steal money from your account without shame. When you find out they're stealing from you, they tell you that your account has been closed administratively, and that you can't touch YOUR money until it is completely closed. Also it is closed in one month and a half, after that you have to wait 15 days for th to send you a check of how much money was in the account, without any explanation, just because I didn't let them keep stealing my money. So if you want to have your money stolen go to Wells Fargo. Personally I will never use that bank again.

I and sending this letter in regards to the conversation i had with ms. Deanna march on 11 / 19 / 2013 about the assumption i file to help with my home on 4914 parrish street. Ms. March was very rude and unprofessional when speaking to me the day she called. When i tried to ask question she was very short and spoke to me like i was a piece of trash and acted like i was lying to her about my home. She went on to tell me that my home had renters insurance which is also a lie i have been with the same insurance company for over ten years now, and when i tried to explain that to her she as much as called me a lire. If wellsfargo do not want to help me then say that, don’t call me and try to tell me i do not live in the property not only do i live there i have children that go to school there and i still work there also. What i want wellsfargo to know is that i have worked with the public for over 25 years and the way that women spoke to me, she should not be working and dealing with people. We all have feeling and she really made me feel like something she could just walk over, say what she wanted, and it’s done. If wellsfargo need to know anything about me and my home at 4914 parrish st then come around there and ask my neighbors i have been a resident for over 35 years and who don’t call me mom, call me auntie, and they will let you know who is and is not in the property. Ms. March was out right blunt, short, and demanding when she called me. The way she treated me and spoke on the phone she should not have even called, just send me a letter telling me why i was not getting the assumption. She made me feel helpless and like i was lying. I also have minor children that still attend school in the philadelphia area ms. March should have looked that up if it is so ease for her to find out everything else about me. I am appalled, upset and discussed at the way i have been treated by this company and this women. I wish i did have a lawyer so i could file some kind of suite against her oh that’s something else she said i had a lawyer she even said she spoke to them. Tell ms. March to tell my lawyer to call me so i can speak to them myself, and to get the help i need to save my home. Loan# [protected]

Sincerely,

Wells Fargo denial of modification loan

I had been unemployed and I had to file bankruptcy and my home went in to foreclosure. I have been able to obtain employment and I am attempting to keep my home. However, Wells Fargo has made it difficult for me to apply for a modification loan I had to speak to several individuals and departments. Also, they have made it difficult for me to appeal the denial of a modification loan. 10/22, Jaime Ruiz said I was denied due to lack of income and would send me the denial letter and instructions to appeal. On 11/4 I spoke with Ms. Ruiz and she told me she sent it to the lawyer but would send it to me. 11/17 of this date I have not received the letter, when I called on 11/11 I spoke with Michelle same department as Jaime and she told me I was denied because my home has equity and they would not approve the modification. On 11/12, I spoke with Jaime who was now in the office. I told her I still have not received the letter and she told me that she sent it to my lawyer. I told her again I did not have a lawyer representing me. Previously before the denial she had sent me documents directly to my home on 10/3, 10/4 and 10/9 without a copy to the lawyer office. When I spoke to her on 11/12, she said she was instructed to send the denial letter to the lawyer and could not help me. Also, she refused to give me a copy of the appraisal. I was told by two other WF employees that I could get a copy of the appraisal. I believe the appraisal is incorrect, 3 homes in my area have sold less than what my loan is worth. My deadline to appeal is 11/26, however, the bank has not provide me a copy of the denial letter to in order for me to appeal. I also have obtained a renter in order to increase the income of the household if in fact I was denied due to lack of income. At this time I am not certain what the real reason for my denial is.

Wells Fargo don't care about anyone but them selves

Was getting behind on payments and ask to put a couple of payments to the end so I could get caught up, They said no so I got behind on a couple of payments only 2 found a place that finds someone to take over your payments within 30 days well come to find out the company was a scam,
Long story short Wells fargo dealer services didn't want to even try to work with me even though they knew the car had been reported stolen the car was taken in Texas and found in New Mexico had damaged to it and my insurance company tried to deal with them but they still wouldn't release any info the adjuster needed even after I told them to let him have what he needed .They told me they was going to auction of the car on a certain date even though the car was still in a investigation and they never made a claim on the car to the insurance. so therefore they was selling it like it was meaning they will take whatever they get and stick me with the rest. Good luck on that! this was a $14, 000 car but was probably sold for pennies on the dollar. if it was done right it would have been paid for and repaired in the way it was before getting stolen. But the people at Wells fargo dealer services don't care about anything but them selves. I hope all of them experience what I and other people here have and get what they give us which is nothing! I'll never get a loan from this company again even if I have to go with out.

This company is a loan shark. If you loose your job or have a finacial hardship they do not care and are not willing to work with you in any way. All they can say is find a way to come up with more money, well most of us do not have a magic wand to make money appear out of nowwhere. What I have learned is anything backed by Wells Fargo is Hells cargo. With all the complaints on the internet I don't know how these people are even in business? I pray this company goes bankrupt with all the people who are starting to boycott them!

Wells Fargo demeaning service

Called Wells Fargo today to get answers to my question about refinancing my auto loan through them. I thought I would stay with them rather than find another bank for refinancing. I was able to get a loan for a vehicle through wells fargo but no refinanced! Same credit, better income yet denied! I got approved in the first place for a loan so why is this different, actually this should be a no brainer! Upon calling and finding out options on refinancing and issues not making payments I was transferred to a collections rep by the name of Ernie! Never been treated so badly in my life! He talked over me, wouldnt' let me finish sentences, and flat out used a friends personal experience with seizures to trump my disability! He claims that my neurologist was wrong and that there is no reason why I can't drive and work! Like it is any of his business!? I don't have to explain my medical concerns with a wells fargo collections rep EVER! Especially when they act as if your lying! How is this right? I did not choose to have a siezure resulting in financial hardship! I am current on my loan and just wanted to hear my options to make it through without being penalized and as a matter of fact I was! I was discrimated against! He also claimed that he doensn't have to give me his last name becuse they are only required to give first names! I will do everything in my power to take this matter as high as it needs to go!

You are one of many persons who have had the bad experience with Wells Fargo. People, never use this company. I was a good customer, never had a late payment, excellant credit rating, yet, they denied my request to refiance my vehicle.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Wells Fargo, they have not customer service and people need to start leaving them again. The last time we left them, the changed their ways, I was in the last group but are now right back to the bad customer service. We need to send a message and by leaving them seems to be the only way.
Good luck to all the unfortunate people who use this company, you will need it.

Wells Fargo the most thieving bank ever

It is the the most thieving bank I've ever had, and I've had Chase, but to Wells Fargo is the worst.

Wells Fargo loan modification denied

The bank is violating the homeowner bill of rights act, they are denying my loan modification for improper reasons and not giving me the opportunity to appeal their decision which is based off of incorrect calculations computed by the bank. I have a sale date 10/2/2013. I need assistance on the postponement and fee that I am being treated unfairly and illegally.

Dear rhcastaneda,

I truly hope that I am not too late to help you and others in you situation. In the unfortunate event that your home sold already, you may still have foreclosure rescission rights based on the foreclosure abuse you suffered at the hands of Wells Fargo. You are absolutely entitled to an appeal as well as a clear explanation for your modification denial and those rights are backed by multiple regulatory agencies like the CFPB and the FTC. I have fought on behalf of many clients that have been in the exact same situation yet I have been able to not only stop the foreclosure but also to force the lender or servicer to extend modification options to the clients by challenging the validity of the debt and uncovering servicing violations. Please access our firm at ConsultingEND dot com or me directly via email at Dana at ConsultingEND dot for more information.

END Consulting is a full service strategic debt and credit consulting firm started in 2006 with expertise in debt negotiations coupled with an exceptional track record of strategic consulting to include the real estate industry with a formidable business foundation. We have successfully assisted over 100 clients in the past year alone in achieving desired results with regards to their mortgage loan(s) by stripping down the validity of the debt and forcing the lender or servicer to work with our clients to provide ethical, legal and affordable mortgage workout solutions. The results that we negotiated for our clients were not on the table for most when we took on the client as it took regulatory muscle and aggressive communication to achieve the desired debt restructuring resolutions.

Please call or email me as I would be more than happy to discuss your situation in full with no cost or obligation to you to uncover the possible options that exist for you regardless of the status at this time.

Look forward to hearing from you and sorry for the abuse at the hands of Wells Fargo...they should be held accountable for their actions!

Wells Fargo fraudulent overdraft fees and demurer issues

Overdraft fee charges...demurer 09/[protected]@

Rebecca, mac a0346-021. sophia ancheta atm/debit card executive office customer care

Debit card merchant claim [protected].

Dispute- motel 6 san diego ca charge: $101.27

There are a large quantity of suspicious, overdraft fees transactions, that have resulted from a false charge on july 4th, to my wells fargo checking account.

The charge info in dispute: (to my wells fargo visa/debit card account number: $101.27 on july 4, 2013.)

07/08/13 check crd purchase 07/04 0014 - motel 6 san diego ca 434256xxxxxx7212 [protected] ?mcc=3700 $101.27

I did not make the charge $101.27 to my wells fargo checking account on the 4th of july, 2013, at the motel 6 in mission valley in hotel circle.

Motel 6 required my visa/debit card account number to reserve a room for 07/04/1013.

The charge did not post to my wells fargo checking account until the 8th of july and is the cause of return check fees with capital one and many overdraft problems thru 08/12/2013.

My visa/debit card account number was used to reserve a room for 07/04/2013, but i was not able to check in before 6pm on 09/04/13 because of holiday traffic problems in the hotel circle area near the mall and qualcom stadium. the streets in mission valley were too crowded that afternoon to make it to the motel from la mesa by taxi, on time, at the 3pm check in time and the sd mts bus was running on a holiday schedule.

The room was rented after my reservation expired at 6pm, 3 hours later, or shortly there after. it was the 4th of july holiday, motel 6 collected double rent, thus, i will be reimbursed.

I did not charge $101.27 to my checking account and was keeping track of my apparent/actual balance until july 8 when the $101.27 motel 6 charge posted to my checking account, unexpectedly.

The $101.27 motel 6 room was charged to my account number(s) for 07/04/2013, after 6pm, but i wasn't charged anything for 07/05/2013. my reservation was for 2 nights, 07/04-07/05.

Please dispute the $101.27 charge from motel 6. it is a false/fraudulent amount.

Will davis cell#: [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

This interference with my 'pending' charges has cost me over $350.00 from 06-09.

Wells Fargo customer service unavailable-literally

I have been attempting to contact Wells Fargo Financial Bank for 2 weeks straight! I have kept a log of how many times I try, and the list is now at 37 times. Ridiculous! When I call the number on my statement, I am able to hear the automated in-formation (payment, account balance, etc.); however, when it gives me the option of pressing "0" for a representative, I immediately get the message "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I have looked everywhere online and that is the only number listed. I called a local Wells Fargo bank and explained my situation and they said they were unable to even look up Cash On Demand accounts, but they also had the same contact number listed. The woman I spoke to tried to call the number from the bank and she even got the same message. There is also ZERO email/contact information for this company. POOR customer service! Since it obviously is not a problem with my phone and is an issue with their line, are they not wondering why the phone isn't ringing? I need to speak to someone immediately regarding my account, but sadly, that isn't happening. I decided to just not make my payment because guaranteed I will get someone on the phone then! This is so pathetic that people -have to resort to these measures to get a customer service rep on the phone, but if you are late, they are calling every 5 seconds. As of yet, they have NOT called, but it is only a matter of time I am sure. The 2 numbers listed on my statement are: [protected] and [protected]. NEITHER WORKS! After pressing 0, you get the same message about not able to complete the call. If anyone has a secret of getting them on the phone, please share!
