On 5/5/2015, I received an email from WF that my attempted transfer of $2, 588 did not go through. After calling the other institution, I found out it was rejected because of a recent deposit had not cleared. OK no problem, so I thought. I then called WF 800 number and explained why the payment was returned, and the agent told me he "would take care of it" and asked for banking info to confirm. Well, that agent ran an additional 2, 588 transaction, and the previous transaction ran a second time and WF with a double payment totaling $5, 176 out of checking account that cause havoc on my check account. I immediately call, and I was told the credit would be returned. After five days, no return and I called to be told it could take up to 30 days to return my 2588! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WF made an error and took a large amount of my money, and I have to wait 39DAYS? It's absolutely unacceptable, and I want my money now and they should have to pay interest!

'together we'll go far'? Try again. Their new motto should be 'together we'll bleed you dry'. Ive worked at wells for a year and they are the most corrupt company I have ever seen. They don't see customers as anything but a potential fee. And the employees hold no value. Stay away or you will become a statistic of the banking industry

There is a teller by the name of Nikita Cofield working at the 1459 Moreland Ave location, she is a convicted felon and lied on her application about never have been arrested before.

I am fed up with the outrageous fees you charge. If I do not get my overdraft fee from October removed, I am closing my account and i not only never recommend your bank to anyone, I will recommend they go elsewhere, as I also plan to do.

I want the $35 fee from the ATM overdraft in October removed. Otherwise, I will close out my account and go elsewhere.

I bought a car and was accepted for the loan from Well Fargo. They sent me a letter with my account number, payment info and due date for payment. Four days later, they sent me a letter declining my loan. I already got the car, signed all the papers, received an account number and payment info, and now they say they declined our loan request? I don't know what gives with this company.

Wells Fargo has decided to add a $10 dollar fee to my checking account. I have had my account for about 5 years and when I opened it I was told that my account would not have any fees. I never made a agreement to have fees attached to my account. Now they tell me that because I am a customer that I automaticlly agree to the additional fees. So what does this mean ? The bank can take as much money as they want from me when they want to?

My child was given a $5 birthday present by his grandmother via a check drawn on Wells Fargo. We walked into the Wells Fargo across the street on the way to the mall to cash it only to learn that there would be a $5 fee!

My bank, First Republic, would NEVER stoop this low!

wells fargo never paid my home owners insurence. Talked with them triied to make them pay. Never did so now I find out that it has been cancled for four months. I do not want to escrow anymore. It is a bigger risk to have the bank pay than me pay. By the way they are making interest off my money and charging me to do this. They will not let the escrow go, they say i cannot do that.

Purchased a car 5 years ago was just three months behind due to job cutting hours went and got a second job and tried to pay half the money five hundred. They refused to take the payment and took my car after five full years of payments. I think this is unfair because they wouldn’t work with me and the man I was supposed to speak too never was available.

after paying a morage of 2862.00 a mouth for 3 yrs and because of that hurt my credit to a point were no one renew my morage when it came do they wanted me to sign a morage for 4355.00 a mouth they are out of there mines if they think i would pay that...so now they have forced me out of my home..they are a bunch of

Complaint with Wells Fargo NOT following guides for "Unemployed Homeowners program" denied for HAMP and UHP because I am not delinquent. Program state if delinquent or forsee forclouser you can apply. They will not let you. You need to create bad credit, forclosure from them and them maybe or maybe not. Hear my words beware. sign taxpayer - homeowner - US citizen

Wells Fargo runs many different sets of kingdoms and consitantly does not follow employment labor laws.
Expect to be treated unfairly. Expect to be lied to.

Wells Fargo never resolves employee reimbursement submissions.
Wells Fargo expects employees to keep thier mouths shut, and not allow customers to know that
they are harrassed into doing the work of five people

Wells Fargo and FEMA are out to get the average person. They are requiring flood insurance on my property which has never flooded, they just decided to increase the map coverage area. WTF never flooded in 97 or 2009 when a lot of Richland County did. The cost of insurance was in the thousands, we are refinancing with a credit union, they care. The song by Jimmy Buffet "###s" must have been written about Wells Fargo and FEMA.

Wells Fargo is a horrible company. They would not work with anyone. The whole world is going through rough times. This is a time were we are facing life changing events. Unfortunately, this company has all the business but do not care about their customers. Customers are the reason that Wells Fargo is in business. Hello! Help your customers. The customer needs a bail out! All we are asking that you work with us!

Wells Fargo only generates a statement when mortgage payment is received. If you are ahead on your payments and/or forget to send a payment, they will not notify you but, wait in order to charge you extra fees. It is a very fraudulent type of practice. They should be thankful they got help from the government rather than be tricking customers!

I found on my statement that Wells Fargo is now charging deposit charges for depositing money in my account! I have plenty of money in my account beforehand, so the bank can't use that as an excuse for incurring this charge. What's next? I've been a client with this bank for 34 years. This is ridiculous!

My attorney was to transfer $ into my account on a Monday and dropped the ball and did not complete task until Friday. In one week, I incurred $175 in overdraft fees from Wells Fargo.94a22

They call and say your credit is going to get dinged for a past due debt but can't give more info without your social security number. The late loan is one you've already paid off. They demand a payment. Now I wonder if they are going to use my social security number. They have an address and phone number close to the real Wells Fargo, but different.

i told wells fargo ; i wanted to close both checking and savings ; i lost my job.they let charges go on my card . knowing i had nothing in my accounts. so here come the overdrafts. $349. to be exact. this is extortion!. so i have been getting calls from wells fargos overdraft dept. saying i better pay up. or they well make my credit worse than it already is. i tell them i dont have a job; what do you want me to do?. these people suck. ezekeil

wells fargo is terrible i cashed a couple of checks from my friend for 500 dollars there before but this one time i tried to cash it they simply made me wait for 2 hours and simply said NO! after waiting for 2 hours after asking for an explanation on why they couldnt do it they simply said we do not know wells fargo is terrible terrible terrible i advise you to switch banks if you do bank with them they dont give you YOUR OWN MONEY!

Posted something earlier and forgot to give the names of the investment advisors in downtown Cincinnati who claim they don't understand the risk of investing in startups. They are involved in a lawsuit and now a criminal trial. Their names are Peter Boland and Robert Prangley. Would you want their advice?

I saw someone else commented on the story of the two investment advisors with series 7 licensing who claim they were duped into investing in a startup company. Seems they are shocked the startup went south. Just warning everyone out there of the skill level of the investment advisors at Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo has been holding my unemployment insurance deposits for 3 or more days before they are hitting my account. I know this because the state tells you exactly the time your payment is issued and sent. This is very dirty, especially since the small amount of money is needed to live off of. Disgusting practice.

Can you believe I paid off my debt to Wells Fargo in full.I did not realize I had over paid them by $400 dollars which they refused to return to me?I called over and over and was treated rudely by their customer service representatives. Do not open a Wells Fargo Credit card they will treat you unfairly!

These thieves at Wells Fargo charge me a $2.00 fee for printing a canceled check image on the monthly statement that I have yet to receive. I called the idiots and they will not remove the charge even though Wachovia never scammed me this way. I am closing my account and I hope those idiots go out of business.

I submitted a refinance loan application through the HARP program and submitted all the required documentation. Wells fargo has drawn out the process for months, and I believe they have no intention of following through on the loan.

Stay away from Wells Fargo! After I lost my job I asked for help from WF and although I finally got a new job WF stated that I did not qualify for a morgage bailout. They stated that i did not send in the required documents in the allocated time.
Nonsense! These people are garbage.
Do not deal with WF.

Wells Fargo aka Wells Fk-o changed my billing date, , and did'nt bother to tell me about it, , This is one sorry ### company, I now take my car payment to a local branch & get a receipt, , all that have accounts with them you best watch them! Check your statements! I have been ripped off by this bank enough!
