Wells Fargo mortgage modification

I was behind on my mortgage payments due to me being a Realtor and the Real Estate market being the way it was and still is i was unable to make my monthly mortgage payments. I paid every payment i could when i did get some money.

Then finally after almost a year with no luck finding any work i found a job that now could pay my mortgage on time. So the called Wells Fargo and explained (which i was always in contact with them) So Wells fargo set me up on a 3 payment plan which was $150 a month higher than the current mortgage payments.

I paid this ontime then the bank told them to call back and they would modify the loan when all 3 payments were on time. i called in wells fargo sent a new modification (so called relief) stating what was owed before and now the new terms interest went down about 1% 11k late fees and all other back payments added to back of the loan not intrest free mind you which most of this money was already intrest and now i have a new 30 year mo rtgage for more than i paid for the house five years ago mind you in a good market.

So i called Wells Fargo and said this is unaceptable, Wells fargo in short simply said take it or leave it.

Now since i feel on hard times i will pay $8336.22 more for this house when today it is worth maybe 60k i owe 107k I asked them about this hope for home owners program and they would not talk to me. I owe the back payments for sure no disput there but i do not expect to pay more money now for the house then when i bought it 5 years ago the money i owe was intrest and should not be costing me more intrest over 30 years.

and Wells fargo if you are reading this i want you to know i am filling complaints with everyone and thing i can.
and since i can not upload photos here for some reason have alook at the actual documents to prove you people are GANGSTERS

I've tried twice to get my mortgage payment down with these people and for various reasons have not succeeded. Wells Fargo is pathetic. I half of my mortgage every two weeks and still get phone calls because it is "late" when it is simply a timing issue. They claim they put notes on my account but I still get calls. I would be embarrassed to tell people I work for Wells Fargo.

We have had our home for over 30 years & down to a little over 30K left to their pay on it. We were with Wells Fargo & here in May it all got changed over to Wells Fargo Financial. They changed my account number. The first time after the change I tried to pay my payment online it wouldn't work. I called their Customer Service & they told me it was all being changed over & they gave me a new account number & that the following month I could use the same info to get online & make my payments. The following month, I get online & guess what I can't make my payment. I try & re register and still can't get on to make my payment. So once again I call Wells Fargo Financial, they can't find my account by my new Account number, or by my old account number or my social security number. so I can't make my payment. They said that they would get back a hold of me as they were going to look in to it. so this goes on for two months trying to find my account. Then I get a letter from them saying I am behind in my payments with another account Number. So I try online again with that account number. Still can't make my payments. So I once again call their Customer Service. The first person could not find my account with any of the numbers & with my social security number and my name. They send me to another person. He finally finds it & says yes here is your account. He takes a payment & waives the feed by phone. We try & get it up on the Internet & guess what it won't work. So he says that he will get someone to work on it & get it so I can get on line to make my payments & will call me. Alls I have gotton is harassing phone calls from WF Financial saying Im behind in payments when they couldn't take payments anyway as they could never find my account. so in 3 mo payments behind I should only be 1250.00 in the hole right - NOT they want over 4000.00 due to NON Payment. What kind of scam do they have going on?

they did the same to me and extended my loan out to 40years
now they are trying to increase my escrow 102.00 per month when the value of my house has gone down 50k of which i am now upside down on my mtg.
do they want the money or the property. I could move into a larger house with a smaller payment thru a different bank...

I'm sorry to hear about the money you were scammed out on. They are many companies that are legitimate and can help homeowners stop foreclosure and keep their homes.

Mortgage Assistance Group is one of those companies that holds an "A" rating with the BBB and has help over 500 homeowners keep their homes.

They give a discount to the homeowners who have been scammed and treat each client with respect and dignity.

You can reach them at [protected] and at www.mag-az.com.

Thanks and good luck,

I was told by a representative Karen Pisaneschi I could trust her. Went to http://pa.courts.state.mn.us/default.aspx AND put in her name. How can you trust someone like that? How can they hire someone with total disregard?

Wells Fargo re-imbursement of land survey

Main Contact - Eric Marin - [protected] ext# 40505

I, Gregg Wilson and my wife were lowering our interest rate from 8.75 percent to 4.25 percent with the same comapny, Wells Fargo Mortgage. I have had them for 17 1/2 years as my mortgage holder. I was assured no problem along the way so when we returned from a trip I was called and told I had to have a written confirmation from my Investment Firm/IRA company that I would be drawing the same amount of capital for the next three years or until I am 62 years old. I have a 72T that I am drawing from, one last time this year for next years expenses and was told that would be okay. Well the person on the phone said it wouldn't, well I couldn't get a gaurantee from my Investment company since I will probably change companies next year. They cancelled my mortgage re-finance! I am mad about it but more than mad when they said they wouldn't pay for the land survey that I paid 480.00 to get! They requested it, said I had to have one even though nothing has changed on my property since I bought it 17 1/2 years ago! I talked to Eric Marin and he said he would see what he could do. I got a call from Lisa Underwood who said they did see that they should pay it since I wouldn't get the gaurantee from my financial advisor, even though the amount would continue with whomever I choose as an investment company. I tried to resolve this issue. It was their request that cost me 480.00 out of my pocket and no new loan at a lower interest rate. They should re-imburse me.

Wells Fargo make home affordable

I contacted Wells Fargo on August 6th '09 to inquire about the "Make Home Affordable" program and was told I in fact did qualify. I was told to fax my information to them which I did on Aug. 6th. Since then I have faxed the info 5 more times. Once to a fax number they gave me and later said they did not recognize the number. This was all my personal and banking information sent where? They didn't know and they stated at that time they had placed my home on the foreclosure list. My home has been on and off their foreclosure list several times since. They admitted they made a mistake and would expedite my request. Ofcourse this did not happen. I simply asked for lower interest at the current rates. I feel I will eventually lose my home due to WF's deceptive practices ~ they are nothing more then predators. I have nightmares and can not sleep for fear I have made a huge mistake by contacting Wells Fargo. I have NEVER been late with a payment although my income has been reduced by over half due to the economic situation. I simply asked to be included in a mortgage streamline, a restucturing of my loan or any help at all. They have made my situation much worse and in the meantime scarred my credit score. I don't know how I can hang on much longer ~ Wells Fargo waits in the wings hoping I will default. I am a retired postal worker with over 36 years of service and fear I will be homeless soon due to WF deceptive practices.

This is almost the exact experience I had helping my aunt. They contacted her to apply for the Making Home Affordable program. She had been late on a couple of payments, but her account was up to date before she applied for the program. She made every payment they told her to make in the trial period, and after 4 months ( and hours and hours on the phone with her & them sorting out all the conflicting information that their computers spit out) they told her she did not qualify and she had to pay over $3000 to get caught back up on her mortgage payments! They never disclosed at the beginning that you had to make up your "trial period" payment if you end up not qualifying. She ended up in a worse position than if she had never applied! And they were the ones that contacted her to apply!

I kept calling and asking questions to find out why she didn't qualify, and they finally approved her. It was either our luck in finding a helpful person, or maybe because I was going to see a lawyer about that $3000 payment they wanted. It's been 4 months since she was approved for the modification, and we still keep getting confusing and conflicting info from them. I keep thinking "thank God this is over" and then they screw something else up, and we spend more hours on the phone to straighten it out.

Their people have been helpful, but they are often un-knowledgeable, and the system is a complete disaster, if not purposely deceptive.

Wells Fargo insurance

I have been being harrassed since April of this year. They have tried to say that I have not provided them with current insurance coverage after I changed insurance coverages. I had my Insurance company send the information to them at least twice, I then had to get onto a website to enter all of the information myself. Now even though they know I have never lapsed on insurance they continue to keep adding the extra insurance to my payment and they expect me to pay this extra charge along with late charges then they will credit it back to my account is what they tell me. I feel as if someone in this company can figure this problem out and take these charges off of my account and cage up the collections team who are rude to customers. I work in a service industry and I hope that some day these people collecting debts would realize it is not they're personal monies and that in some instances the customer is right there has been a mistake.

Could someone please help me?!?!?!

Wells Fargo loan settelement a joke

In about April 2005 I made my first payement to Wells Fargo Auto Finance ( Acceptance) on a 2002 Chevy Suburban loan Amount about $22, 000.00. We are a family of six and my wife stays at home with the kids School etc. Well after several months of paying my loan and yes I was late on occasion and even had to get a extension or two, during hard times (food or loan). Wells Fargo was always nice to get along with and had no problem BUMPING that payment for me(if I only knew). I eventually needed a new Transmission for the Suburban and that was going to be around $3, 000.00 to fix, and it was broken NoGo. I called Wels Fargo to see if I could Get Some Help with this and they told me NO. I ended up having a friend get me a GM Reman. transmission and it turned out to be $1, 900.00 installed with the Homie Discount Wells fargo Did not want to help with that, Oh and that took an Extension. later I had the same problem but with a Valve Train Problem, $1, 500.00 had to go to shop. No Help again from WFAF.
I lost my Job on Sept. 31st 2009 and I wanted to Pay off the loan borrow from my 401K so I would have a payment. I found out that I had payed about $24, 000.00 on the loan and my pay off is $11, 000.00.
I found out that because I have been Late I have been a bad customer so I got penalized and all Wells Fargo could tell me is that I should not have gotten the loan if I could not pay it.

I called Wells Fargo and declared a hardship and asked for a settelment and the are demanding $9, 800.00 for the settelement because that is the Market value for the Suburban. If I could not pay the $9, 800.00 Wells Fargo is going to REPO the suburban and make me pay the remander after it auctions.

So I am having to PAY WELLS FARGO ABOUT $33, 000.00 on a $22, 000.00 loan for not paying on time and setteling or paying the current loan and end up paying almost $50, 000.00 to the loan term (including intrest late payments extensions etc. I am unemployed so I am now 60 days past due) I am willing to work with this Company but they LIKE MY MONEY and MY SUBURBAN and want to take both.

Wells Fargo needs to be shut down. I owe just two more payments on a recent loan and like every one else I was late falling on hard times. They call my house from dawn to dusk. One customer service rep who apparently was a females was rude and disrepectful and didn't want to work with me. They act like people doesn't have other bills to pay. And what really gets me is they want your money but they treat their customers like they're not worth a damn. And they have forgotten that we as the taxpayers had bailed them out at one time and this is the thanks that we get

Wells Fargo collection policies; insurance fraud

Wells Fargo Auto Finance are a predatory, deceptive, dishonest organization. They prey on people with less than perfect credit and provide extremely high interest loans that they then proceed to increase further by tacking on "insurance" (claiming that the customer has not maintained coverage on the vehicle, which is not true) and by charging "late fees' when payments are sent well in advance of the 10 day window recommended. They have now made it where you cannot take advantage of their online bill pay service (the only real way to ensure they "receive" it on time) unless you have a Wells Fargo checking account. Adittionally, they have harrassed me at my place of employment when I paid them over 2 payments one day ago, leaving me just 2 weeks behind on my bill. They yelled at me and when a coworker answered the phone and indicated that they did not know who it was, the rep from Wells Fargo yelled at her and accused her of lying.
This company is a true example of everything that is terrible about loans in the United States, and represents the very worst of what can happen when you find yourself unable to work and fall slightly behind on your bills. Add to that the additional $100/month they charge me for insurance I do not need and there is a serious issue. I have gotten the run around from them so many times and submitted the proof over 5 times, only to be charged the extra $100 again this month. Amazing..and NOT in a good way!

I want to lodge a formal complaint against one collector in particular who was verbally abusive, threatening, lied to me and refused my numerous pleas to speak to a supervisor (in regard to the collectors own illegal statements). Where can I do this?

I went to prison in oct of 2009.my mother payed my car note all the way till may of 2010 the month I got out. MY insurance coverage on the car was cancelled in nov of 2009 cause of non payment. The car was stored 3 days after I got locked up.In March of 2010, Wells fargo sent a letter to my mother saying they were going to apply auto insurance within several days if she didnt provide proof of insurance. After their warning they charged auto insurance back to the date when My original insurance lapsed in november! mother became my power of attorney in dec of 2009, and contacted wells fargo and explained the situation of the vehichle being stored. A wells fargo agent stated that as long as the car was stored and not being driven that i wouldn t have to pay the insurance till I get out in may.Well that turned out to be a lie! but what my beef is is how can they charge me a complete premium when they didnt get find out the car was uninsured until march of 2010? Its like im paying for months of insurance they had no Idea about! How can they charge me for months that had past already? I understand current and future months but nothing happened to the vehicle before they charged their insurance in March!

I am still having problems with Wells Fargo. Last year I submitted a complaint on this forum so I am giving an update. The car that they put the illegal insurance on was finally cleared up. I cannot believe that one area does not talk to another. Months later my son had an accident and the car was totaled. The insurance paid the blue book amount and of course my son was left with the remainder. They told him it wasn't a problem because they can just refinance the remainder in a personal loan that he can afford. Well, since Wachovia, is now part of Wells Fargo he was instructed to go through them but the loan was denied. Said he couldn't afford it. So Wells Fargo came after him and said he has to pay the original car note amount. Now my question is if he can't afford to pay $120 a month in the personal loan what makes them think he can pay $482 a month for the car note. Especially since he had to go out and get another car so that would make two car notes. And we leave our country into the hands of these banks. Unbelievable. Anyway, months go by and they were calling him and me since I was the co-signer and I was helping him with the second car so my money, at that time was being a little stretched. I was contacted by the Total Loss Department. The woman I talked to was really very nice which is surprising consider all the nasty unprofessional that I had talked to previously. I agreed to pay the amount quoted and arranged to pay in installments. It made it easier for me. Why didn't they just tried to arrange something like that in the beginning? I received a letter stating my agreement and then after I paid it off I received a letter in September, 2010 confirming that the account has been paid in full and settled. Thank God I kept every letter and the woman's name. I never heard from them again but now all of a sudden, they've been calling me since the first part of January. I keep telling them that I owe them nothing and that I have a letter from them to prove it. What is up with these people. If someone took the money and ran I am not paying again. I will go to a lawyer and show them these letters. I use to be with Wachovia, which I thought was a good bank because they were always good to me. But I am so glad that I left when I find out that they merged with Wells Fargo. Someone really need to do something about Wells Fargo.

I have the same problem with these guys, they started billing me for insurance because they said I had a lapse.. the lapse was for 5 days when my Insurance person screwed up. Anyway they were billing me monthly so my payments werent enough (because of the illegal insurance) I was short on my payment then they would add late fees...To make a long story short my Truck was repoed and after getting it back and paying all fees and late charges I to this day are still getting charged for this insurance even tho I had proven to them on more than one occassion that I had coverage

WE HATE WELLS FARGO!
Auburn, US
Nov 12, 2010 6:18 am EST

We have had an auto loan with Wells Fargo almost 6 years and finally made our last payment in August 2010. They are claiming we still owe over $2, 000.00 in late payments & insurance coverage and now are trying to reposses our auto. Last night [protected]) we caught 2 repo guys trying to take our auto, the problem is our gate at the end of our driveway was and always is locked so the repo guys had to drive up our neighbors driveway then drove off road threw some trees and bushes and threw the mud to gain accsess to our property (also tearing up our land, we took video footage) I knew this was illegal and I told them so, he lied straight to my face and stated he just got off the phone with the sheriffs department and they told him it was okay to do this (I had a feeling he was blowing smoke up my a$$) so I called the sheriffs department myself and they came out and told him he was trespassing and had to get off our property and leave our auto where it is while he's at it. Needless to say they had a pissy~fit because all they care about is that ol' mighty dollar! Of course todays a holiday (Verterans Day) and could not get a hold of customer service or repo department because they have the day off. We may owe a very small amount of money (a few hundred dollars) but they are lying when they say we owe them over $2, 000.00. We have reciepts/proof we made all payments, they are trying to stick us with false charges and fees and believe they are trying to gain accsess to our auto so they can sell it to make more money off of our loan/auto. (Deceptive Business Practices) Wells Fargo also mailed us a letter (not certified) we got it on [protected]) but the date on the letter reads October 25 and the envelope does not have a date on it. I truley believe they are trying to pull some illegal maneuvers and take advantage. We will NEVER bank with or get a auto loan with Wells Fargo again!

FOUND ONE CLASS ACTION AT THE LINK BELOW FOLLOWED BY THE CONTENT OF THE ARTICLE:
http://www.lakinlaw.com/CM/ClassAction/WellsFargo78.asp

Wells Fargo collateral protection insurance - Lawsuit FiledA class action has been brought on behalf of a resident of Carlyle, Illinois against Wells Fargo over the practice of obtaining and charging borrowers for unnecessary and unauthorized collateral protection insurance (CPI).

The suit alleges that Wells Fargo Financial Illinois, Wells Fargo Auto Finance, Inc, , and Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Illinois, Inc. violated the Illinois Collateral Protection Act, the Illinois Consumer Installment Loan Act, and the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act.

LakinChapman attorney Rob Schmieder represents Hardin and her fellow class members. "Collateral protection insurance is insurance coverage purchased unilaterally by a creditor for protection against loss of or damage to property serving as collateral for a loan. Under Illinois law, lenders can only purchase this insurance and bill borrowers for it under very limited circumstances and following strict notification and disclosure rules. Our lawsuit alleges that Wells Fargo has systematically engaged in the practice of obtaining CPI and billing borrowers in violation of state law and without the required notice."

Schmieder explained that Illinois law only allows lenders to obtain CPI and charge borrowers if the borrower fails to provide evidence that the property used as collateral is otherwise protected with insurance coverage. Based on the experience of Hardin and other consumers, this lawsuit alleges that Wells Fargo has systematically engaged in the practice of unilaterally obtaining CPI at the borrowers' expense even when the borrowers have provided evidence of other applicable insurance coverage.

In addition, the lawsuit alleges that Wells Fargo failed to notify borrowers that it had purchased CPI and that CPI was not required if the borrowers could provide proof that they actually had insurance on the collateral at the time.

"By failing to provide this legally required notice, Wells Fargo deprived borrowers of the opportunity to avoid charges for this insurance, " Schmieder said.

Brad Lakin, the Managing Partner of LakinChapman, said, "Class action lawsuits are a powerful tool to protect consumers from unfair business practices. While it would not be worth an individual consumers' time and expense to bring a lawsuit over what might be a small amount of money in an individual transaction, consumers can join together in a class action to recover their damages and stop companies taking advantage of their customers."

LakinChapman regularly represents consumers in class action litigation. Those seeking more information may contact the firm at classaction@lakinchapman.com (consumers), or [protected].

I have similar issues, very similar including a repo last week after 4 years of timely payments and being 15 days late - that's right and my credit and that of my co-signer is now destroyed. Once the car is back in my possession, we are paying it off but I'm concerned after reading about lost titles. Regardless, I'd rather file for lost title than have these bottom feeding pig [censor] life ruining jerk-bags to deal with.

OH AND:
For whomever thinks Wachovia is NOT Wells Fargo, you are incorrect. Wachovia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank N.A.

Regardless:
1. Keep this alive. I have a few calls in to legal organizations. Class action is necessary and there are far too many complaints across the board here for one or more of the attorneys I've called to not accept the class pro-bono or for post settlement payment. These idiots have to be stopped.
2. Use what you have and contact the elected officials in your area: Congress signed off on the bail outs to keep these clowns in business so in this time of mid-term elections, use the congressional bozos to put pressure on the WFAF bozo teams. Having worked for a major bank for years, believe me the last thing they want is the government or any agencies crawling up their [censor]
3. Continue to keep Balboa in the mix as Wells Fargo claims no affiliation however, Balboa is strictly part of the Wells Fargo family
4. Play their game to their face - make the payments and on time and please check back here. We have a class now we just need the action of the lawsuit.

I have the same problem ... I can recall when I got my car in 2005 they authorized payments from my account without my knowledge. I can recall long before I fell behind on my payments they would contact me well before the due date... now that I have lost my job they have harassed me to no end. They have tacked on insurance cost and set me up for late fees because of the additional cost I could no longer afford . Once I got the money for the late fees they applied the money towards the loan and never applied it towards the late fees... until this day I can't win with these guys... They must be stopped. I will never ever again deal with them again and advice others the same. They call and say me horrible things... its really sad

I have an issue with the way some of the Wells Fargo Auto representatives try to bait me into an argument with them so that I can react in the same ignorant manner. Today is August 14, 2010 and I spoke with a representative going by the name of Ayanna at [protected], ext. 28233 at about 11:50 pm cst. Yes, I am behind in my car note and at risk for repossession, but I am not rude, manipulative, or canniving enough to start a argument in order to risk loosing my car. Please pull the conversation Wells Fargo Auto and you will find that some of your representatives are rude and do play games with other peoples lives.

I have the same issue with these crooks, I do believe there needs to be some sort of oversite on demons like this. they ask for a bailout from the tax payers and then use these kind of tactics to get more money from there crooked ways while hiding behind the feds. Well, here is what I propose. if you know of anyone who needs a carloan, do not recommend wells fargo, if anyone needs any kind of a loan, steer them from wells fargo, if you have a car loan from wells fargo and there calling you 15 to 20 times a day to try and get a payment out of you and I'm sure, like myself nothing has changed since the last time they called except my stress level, so much to point that when they do come and get this vehicle it will NOT be towable, well fargo will not get another nickel from me as I will play every legal Maneuver that I can think of legal or not and I really don't give a [censor] anymore! plane and simple

Wells Fargo loan modification

I have been dealing with many mortgage companies on loan modifications over the past 2 years and am thoroughly disgusted with the whole process. Asc has to be the worst! I don't need to explain what has happened to me, as one need only read everyone else's complaints, as my experience has been exactly the same. I want to know if anyone has put together a class action against them and how/where do I sign up! I cannot find this information anywhere and cannot figure out why an attorney has not taken this on, put it on national tv and given the people a number to call to get going on this! Please let me know if I am just out of the loop and how to get in... Thanks! Al [protected]@aol.com

Wells Fargo unreliable bank, they sucks!

NEVER bank with Wells Fargo (especially in Cerritos branch) nor attempt to apply for mortgage loan because this bank will make you wait for nothing and deny the loan 1 day before escrow closes. We've experienced so much stress with this bank. I personally never had any bad experience with any other bank institutions before ---- Wells Fargo Bank is the worst and I just couldn't imagine why they could treat their client's so unprofessional and couldn't accept their fault. Lesson learned, do not trust your loan officer when it comes to processing loan because no matter how long they have been with this bank they still don't what they're doing and you're just totally wasting your time. Also with this bank, if they deny your loan they DO NOT reimburse your loan application fee which is $495.00.

Wells Fargo post inaccurate financial information on a regular bases I have watched items post then disappear and re-post two days later causing overdrafts, I have watched small amounts deducted made three days earlier then a large purchase on the same day, resulting the lesser amounts bouncing and being charged overdraft penalties. Interestingly I monitor my accounts daily and manually transfer as needed but it seems that the bank alters the accounting to ensure that on line banking is based on false account information. Sad but what can we do, a class action suit has been filed and they all settled and Wells Fargo is continuing to do a bait an switch. in my view.

Sorry to hear that. I bank with Wells Fargo and have had my ups and downs with them. They always raise my credit line without asking me first. They just send me letters saying they raised my credit line. I also wish their local branches had temporary debit cards and not just ATM cards while you wait for your permanent card to arrive.

Wells Fargo wells fargo is not properly adhering to hamp guidelines

I am in real estate, and from professional and personal experience, I can tell you that Wells Fargo is NOT here to help those who want to refinance or modify their loans. I've read many of the complaints, and they are all too familiar. My husband and I have a small business, and we have been trying to modify our home loan since March of 2009. Instead of putting us into the HAMP program, for which we qualified, they gave us a 6-month forbearance (no skin off their backs, just a delay in the inevitable!). Finally, in September, they told us that we qualified for the HAMP program and gave us documentation to fill out. Mind you, my husband and I had close to an 800 credit score until we ran into trouble with our business. Our income was literally cut in half. Our present mortgage payment does not include Insurance and Escrow, so when their processing department went over our financial figures, they said that we were right where we needed to be (mortgage payment 31% of Net Income). However, our housing payment is 45% of our Net Income. I just found a Loophole in the HAMP qualification process: if your home insurance and property taxes are NOT escrowed in your mortgage payment, Wells Fargo will use Principal and Interest only to figure whether or not one qualifies. Furthermore, when I spoke to the SIGTARP representative, I found out that all we have on the government end is a 'toothless tiger', as they are not in a position to do anything to the Loan Servicer. In the meantime, we keep getting conflicting letters from different offices Wells Fargo has around the country. One letter states that we have not been in any contact with them, another states that they have received our info and are getting ready to help us, and yet another letter says that we owe them 4 months worth of mortgage payments and they need a cashier's check by November 10, 2009, or they will accelerate our mortgage. So, what did we do? I wrote letters to President Obama, SIGTARP, FOX 4 NEWS, and WELLS FARGO. My gut tells me that our situation will fall on deaf ears, but my husband and I have decided that we can not let this situation affect our health, which it already has for me. Worst case scenario, I'll be moving back home with mom at age 42. Fortunately, we have a good family who will not let us live in the street.

I understand that everyone is upset about gas prices and the large earnings of the oil companies, but has anyone noticed the record profits these financial behemoths are making? Exxon Mobil for example had revenue of about $320 billion last year and earned around $36 billion in profits. That is a profit margin of about 9.6%. On the same note, Citigroup, which is the largest American bank, had revenue of about $85 billion but earned a whopping $24.5 billion in profits. Where is the outrage here? It seems like I have to pay more and more just to use out of network atm fees, not to mention them allowing my check card to make multiple purchases even though I don't have enough funds just so they can charge me an ever expanding nsf fee. I think it's now about $40 per incident. They also charge for on-line banking via quicken or money and the rates they pay for savings interest is an insult. They even have the nerve to charge me $10 a month for a business checking account and just for good measure they also charge $5 per month for a business savings account. The Bank employees treat customers like we are interrupting whatever REAL work they are supposed to be doing in the branch. Please... someone help me on this. Where is the shame for these financial institutions. Maybe we should have a windfall profit on them too!

Give some of your profits back in the form of higher savings rates and/or reduced fees on your accounts. They should also lower those out of network ATM fees. I can't tell how many times I have to drive around just looking for a wells fargo branch so I don't have to keep paying fees.

AFTER GOING TO THIS WEBSITE & REVEIWING ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS BANKING INSTITUTE IT'S ABOUT TIME SOMEBODY DOES SOMETHING!
ON MARCH 23RD I PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM THIS GUY WHO HAD IT FINANCE THRU WELLS FARGO. ON THE PHONE THEY TOLD HIM & ME BOTH $6484.00 & THAT IT WOULD BE FASTER IF THEY TOOK IT DIRECTLY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. STUPID ME ALLOWED THEM TO DO THIS. A FEW DAYS LATER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR LEIN HOLDER RELEASE. NOW HERE IT IS APRIL 14TH & WE CALL THEM AFTER NOT EVER RECEIVING THE RELEASE & WAS TOLD THAT $111.00 WAS STILL OWED BEFORE THE LEIN RELEASE COULD GO OUT. I TOLD THEM THAT WE HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE OF $6484.00 & I'M NOT LETTING THEM TAKE ANOTHER DIME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THE RUDE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT I JUST SPENT $6484.00 FOR NOTHING THEN. I'M APPALLED @ HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WENT STRAIGHT TO MY LAWYER & WE'RE STARTING THE PROCESS NOW. THEY ARE DRAWING INTEREST ON MY MONEY & THEY'RE GOING TO PAY ME EVERY SINGLE PENNY OF IT. THE WORST PART IS THE GUY I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM HAD A SEVERE STROKE IN FEBRUARY LEAVING HIS WHOLE LEFT SIDE PARALYZED. SO HE IS NOW LIVING ON NO INCOME UNTIL HIS DISABILITY KICKS IN. HE HAD THE TRUCK & CAR FINANCED THRU WELLS FARGO & HIS ACCOUNTS WAS ALWAYS IN GOOD STANDING UNTIL HIS STROKE. THEY THINK HE SHOULD GET A JOB & PAY THEM THE $111.00 OFF. THIS JUST MAKES ME SICK & SOMETHING HAS TO STOP THESE CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS. I OWN A BUSINESS & BELEIVE ME I DON'T GO TO THE GOVERMENT FOR A BAIL OUT SO WHY SHOULD I PAY THEM MORE THAN WHAT WAS AGREED ON?

I like the going after them part however the "them" includes the government and it's relative departments, the judiciary, all of them guys. Best go after them is for all mortgagors to stop paying all at once and depositors yank their funds. Won't happen...too bad and I'm still watching. They and 17 other banks caused the melt down which reduced or eliminated the income we qualified for the loans with...that's illegal and still...they get the house. The government is beyond lame duck...impeach them all!

My husband and I are having the same problems! Wells Fargo drove us nuts (by the way, they called us first because we are not quite one payment behind.) They constantly said they didn't receive all the papers I faxes or mailed. They never confirmed receipt when I sent cover letters asking someone to call back and let me know they had received the fax or letter. They always needed another signature or date or heading at the htop of a page. Absolutely crazy. It's a bunch of bull. Can't we all get together and go after them somehow, someway?

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran responding to this blog on Veterans day. All I know is that I served my country for five years on active duty received a 100% disability rating back in 2003 after fighting for five years. I have been involved with two banks regarding two different mortgages since April of 2010. My credit is shot, I am on pins and needles all the time, experiencing flash backs, ready to cash in all my chips. This past year and half has been far worse than my time I served on active duty. I have always been an upbeat person with positive direction with a strong will to succeed. I can honestly say that the banks have show no respect or demonstrate empathy or compassion to anyone let along a Veteran who served his country and gave my all. I have always been a proud Veteran but now have lost all hope, feel all along and worthless. The banks did to me what the enemy couldn't. Perhaps some miracle will happen and things will improve. God have mercy on all of us.

Wells Fargo goodcreditforcedtoforclose

ASC / Wells Fargo are Skandalis, predatory lenders that should be stopped immediately. I have NEVER been behind on my mortgage. Not even once. I am simply trying to sell my house and get out of a home loan that is ballooning up to 13.5%. How in the hell is this stuff legal? For those of you that think I got myself into this, you are crazy. It is too easy to judge people when you are not in the situation yourself. People I trusted (close friends and family members) were working with me to help me purchase my first home. I was told that if I signed the contract it would be easy to re-finance my loan after 2 years and I would have no problem keeping my interest rate low. I trusted these people and signed the contract. Now My house is worth only half the amount I paid for it and I can not get it re-financed without agreeing to pay an additional $10, 000 added to the top of my original loan. ASC wants me to submit 30 pages of paperwork (my short-sale application) every 30 days. Are they kidding me? I have a life. All I want is to get out of my house and save my good credit. They are leaving me no choice but to just walk out and foreclose even though I have good credit and I have never been late on a payment in 3 years. I have been getting the run around for over a year now. I just want out of my house! Any suggestions? This has to be illegal. It is like THEY WANT US TO GO INTO FORCLOSURE

Wells Fargo is scary. They refused to deal with me as i was not the "owner' but I had been paying and living there since the house was bought in 95. My ex husband is the owner and I was required to turn the loan over. They would not tell me what my a.r.m payment was so I underpaid. He signed inorder to let them talk to me but they "lost it" 4 times. Apparently at some point the loan was sold to Bank of America. My ex, his lawyer and my lawyer and I worked for a very long time to get someone to respond to our corresponses but to no avail. Ultimately a notice of sale arrived to my address addressed to my 16yo son. The judgment was never served and the cty clerk was unawre of the sale taking place on Oct. 29th. I attended to find the "Impartial ref" bidding for the non-present bank in an amt so far over the value and over what could have ever been owed that I had no choice but to let it go back to the bank. I hope to make a deal with the bank so my kids and I dont end up on the street. My daughter and 3week old granddaughter is with me while her husband is in Iraq for the 5th time. The foreclosure went through in my now 17yo sons name and they think I had a huge mort. Where is the money I paid for 12 years? How do I owe 7k more than what I paid in 1995? This is fraud, illegal in my opinon, no due process and as they line their pockets, I live on the street.

Wells Fargo closed credit card acct

Ive Been a customer of WF for 3 months- checking and savings. I had my WF credit card account for years closed by WF after I paid it off. No phone call no letter as promised to discuss the common issue of bank holds ect that happend in the transaction... There was a hold on my deposit to Bank of America days earlier in which I wrote a 7K check off of to myself in my WF checking account to pay off my cc. I waited a couple days and went online to pay off my WF credit card from my WF checking acct. WF checking shows the money available. Let me type that again -WF checking shows the money is available. Well, BOA put a one week hold on the money.WF didnt have that info before they allowed me to pay off the credit card. The transaction to pay off the WF credit card went through. My mortgage is through WF too but that doesnt matter. When BOA put a hold on the money that WF said I had- it caused the fraud dept at WF to close my acct- funds were on hold. Mitch Milner bank manager at WF Frisco, TX (Hwy 121) tells me that "I mismanaged my account and the CC side is not his and he doesnt need to help me and doesnt have the time to continue to help me. He did make a few calls and called me a liar after I was told to go back to him by the WF credit dept when no phone call was placed to me by WF Credit. I told him I didnt have a million dollars in my WF checking and that is not helping me in this issue- He tells me " Thats business". Its simple- If you do not have a million dollars in your account YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AT WELLS FARGO TX. THEY ONLY WANT MILLION DOLLAR CUSTOMERS. Still no call or letter concerning this issue- a fraud lable was put on my account and all three credit agencies are showing this. Thanks Wells Fargo

For Wells Fargo Civil Lawsuit Class Action call me at [protected] Ask for Mr. Terry. Never a fee charged to you and we will recover the fees that Wells Fargo fraudulently steals from people like you. In addition we have received the green light to seek punitive damages as this case was not born out of mere negligence or an oversight, but rather cunning calculated financial planning and taking into accout their propensity for getting caught. They actually did quite an impressive job of keeping it out of mainstream medias or the consciousness of anyone that matters. Because of the seriousness of these civil and criminal complaints we are sworn to secrecy and all Discovery is kept classified until judgment day and we can have them served. We are close, real close. We need you if you have a similar case or perhaps all you know is Wells Fargo charges you fees that do not seem legal or right. Perhaps you canceled an account only to find out you still owe on it.

A long haul though Wells Fargo is now about ready to pay up and be held accountable for their actions along with all the upper management personnel we can trace. The staff giving the orders and mandates of "creating debt" and subsequently charging the monies off. We have several written memorandums though to Wells Fargo credit they kept this well compartmentalized in order to assure compliance of the scheme yet for no one to piece it all together .

Theses upper management directors and principles of Well Fargo Bank are all in an active process being reviewed by an ex-circuit court judge for any and all loop holes we may have missed. Their Credit Division in the state of Oregon has been the easiest to unravel with full fledged supporting documentation with great witnesses: former banking officials and workers in their financial services division.

We will prevail as we always do. Call Mr. Terry for Class Action Civil Suit, based on fraudulent fees assessed to your account. Call [protected]

This is multi- million dollar criminal fraud that will with my help have a class-action law suit behind it. And there's no cleaning it up Wells Fargo because I now have irrefutable indisputable proof, beyond all reasonable doubt, that you {Wells Fargo Bank referred to here out as "you"} knowingly and with forethought and malice gave instructions to lower management to do several things. And love this, We now know why you thought you were not going to be caught --sorry!

Goes like this:
Step 1 -- Just like the gentleman that started the complaint a person closes out an account with absolutely nothing pending on it and does so with a printed receipt that he now has a zero balance.

Step 2 -- A period of silence normally goes by, or from what I can tell it may a "varied" waiting period for it to appear legitimate. But soon after the person, here is the fraud, charged a monthly recurring fee, to the zero balance. Now whereas you are going to claim, ah but I am one step ahead of you Wells Fargo, you will attempt to claim that the account was closed "during" the exact time period that the account did not have money in it, yet not fully in a closed status --if that makes sense, which it does not, though they remedied this.

Step 3 -- They in return do not call the unsuspecting consumer as this would render complaints such as this. They instead turn it over to a collections agency, and guys I love this more than ever, a collection agency owned by none other then Wells Fargo.

Step 4 -- This money is or never was meant to be collected by the consumer, as I discovered and taped a phone conversation> here is the jist of it. We, the consumer are not sent out any type of collections letter nor given any of the usual phone calls normal collection firms rely on. So here "DEBT" is created/manufactured and goes largely undetected or rather unchallenged as the monies are not aggressively sought. In fact most consumers will report of not finding this debt out till much later and usually through some kind of fluke, like calling in to complain about some charge and an attendant revealing the debt.

Step 5 -- This debt is conveniently kept to under a hundred dollars though besides the monthly service fee they tacked on out of thin air they now also add another charge, perhaps two extra charges: a late payment fee and a fee for being under the limit. All still less than $100.00 dollars though around the $50.00 dollar mark for each account. I had closed on the same day a personal checking account and a savings account both totaling a hundred dollars of debt. This DEBT is slated for "CHARGE OFF"and the America taxpayers are now responsible. The IRS is never alerted. My under cover bank employee has recently revealed another fact that will demonstrate malice and knowing the difference between right and wrong. It is...

Step 6 -- All debt that is sent to collections comes with an incentive to pay the bill. It is called your credit score. Wells Fargo Bank was given specific instructions that this debt would never affect the consumers credit repot and further more never reported to the Credit Bureau's what-so-ever as this event could and would be the one thing to raise the red flag. Eventually the folk seeking credit would discover their credit score had been negatively impacted, though because it is never reported it never sound any bells off. Very clever though a truly air tight case. Oh yes, my confidential informant is an impeccable non-impeachable witness. She was reluctant at first especially when I informed I wanted her to do it for the fact it was the right thing to do not for money. The money could discredit her testimony against key banking officials the day of trial. We are good to go, clean as a whistle.

Closing Comments: We need though at this point more consumers that will come forward with the same scenario. In-house documents have already been recorded and copied therefore if they get the urge to purge they are a little too late! But again we need live bodies before actual Discovery and Grand Jury summons. Wells Fargo will need to absolutely credit me back every fee they ever garnished for my entire life of having banked there for me to go away and not pursue. I find it impossible that this will happen as the powers to be are not the ones reading this and probably think they are smooth sailing. Please contact me or leave contact info. for you in the comments section here. We are talking Class-Action suit with special circumstances which qualifies in anyone's interpretation of the law as damages. This was no over-sight fellows. This was no accident. This required advanced planning and inclusion at the very highest levels of the banking corporation. It has gone on undetected for years and has effected thousands of consumers resulting in the theft of millions of dollars. Partake today in a Class-Action and get the refund you are entitled to. Do it because it is the right thing to do and stop corporate theft in America. We are counting on you to come forward. A public service announcement will be developed and aired on mainstream television so it is only a matter of time. You are by the way with a group of legal pros that have NEVER lost a case. We are at the top of our game and will collect. We are in addition seeking concurrent criminal penalties as well demanding that it be served in a Federal Correctional Institution not a suspended probation of which they will attempt a plea. No pleas -- this case is too easy, sorry.

Wells Fargo multiple appraisals to deny loan

Homeless and Working

My daughter is about to become homeless. In these troubled times, that does not make her unique; however, she is unusual because she will be homeless while both she and her husband have reasonable paying jobs and can afford a reasonable rent or mortgage. To complicate matters further, she is about to become homeless and deliver her first baby (my first grandchild) at the same time. Wells Fargo made her homeless. Wells Fargo and its mortgage branch made her homeless, though she doesn’t have and never did have a mortgage with them.

Like so many children, my daughter graduated from college, found a job in her chosen field, moved away, fell in love, married, earned a graduate degree, and became pregnant with her first child. None of those are unusual activities. They are life. Along the way she attended school full time and worked full time, commuted an hour to school and an hour to work in the opposite direction, completed an internship, and moved a couple of times. I was impressed that she accomplished all these things, but then I knew her best as a child and still have trouble picturing her as an adult. She long ago outgrew childhood.

When she became pregnant, she and Kevin began thinking about a house in which to raise a family. After discovering houses sold for 300K or more where she lived, she found it was still possible to buy a house in her old hometown for less than 200K. They could afford that, and, while they would still be commuting to work, they would still take about the same time to commute from our town, just from a new direction. Once again, for young people they seemed to make very mature preparations.

They organized a careful campaign. They investigated the $8, 000 tax credit for first-time homeowners and the deadline for closing to get the credit. They calculated their budget and what they could afford for a down payment and what they could afford for monthly payments. Although they live nearly one hundred miles away, they arranged for nearly weekly visits to our town during which they scheduled tours of several likely homes they had researched on the Internet. They asked my wife and me to visit some of these homes in advance to give them another viewpoint. They applied to Wells Fargo for pre-qualification for a loan months in advance of purchase. When they visited homes they liked, they tested the air themselves for the presence of lead paint. When they finally found the house they wanted--an older two-story with three small bedrooms but well maintained with a small fenced lot--they negotiated a price agreeable to both parties and set a closing date.

With a closing date set, they continued their weekly visits to us but now brought packed boxes to store in our house against their moving day. They broke their lease and paid a premium for that, and set a moving date a month after the closing when they would have to be out of their apartment. In the meantime, the clothing and baby furniture they accumulated from baby showers and shopping have been stored at my house so they can just move them across town when they finally live here.

Their mother and I had never again expected to have any of our children close to home. The notion of having not only our daughter and Kevin so close but our grandchild, too, is an unexpected pleasure.

Everything seemed to go well. The building inspector and the Wells Fargo appraiser both arrived the same afternoon several weeks ago. The inspector thought it was a cute little house. The first closing date came last Friday and had to be postponed because Wells Fargo wanted a copy of the inspection to demonstrate an old termite problem had left the house still structurally sound. The closing was rescheduled to the next Tuesday. On the Monday before the closing, literally hours before closing, Wells Fargo informed Beth and Kevin there would be no closing because a second appraiser had valued the home at forty thousand dollars less than the purchase price.

Obviously the seller does not want to sell a house for substantially less than he paid for it. Kevin and Beth also cannot afford to pay their agreed on price because their carefully calculated down payment doesn’t come close to making up the difference. They are left out the hundreds of dollars paid to Wells Fargo, a couple thousand dollars paid to break their lease, and without a place to live and a new baby due any day now.

Of course, Martha and I cannot let them go homeless. They (as well as all my sons and other daughter) always have a place here, a safety valve. Unlike so many other unfortunate victims of our economy, Kevin and Beth both still work (though she will be out a while just mothering) and I expect they will eventually find another apartment and even a house. So they aren’t really homeless. But this whole experience raises questions about our system.

Wells Fargo never gave any indication their first appraisal was not satisfactory. They also failed to indicate their appraisal was a roadblock. Why did they wait until the last minute to throw up an insurmountable obstacle? Was there some murky reason they did not want to make the loan and thus sought a second appraisal? The lack of communication by Wells Fargo raises questions about their business practices as well as their concept of service. We Americans love to talk about the free-market and its goodness. At the same time we repeatedly find ourselves as punching bags for the worst customer service, incompetence, and rudeness from our businesses whether it’s the business of cell phones, cable TV, or banking.

Just as the free-market is free to cost families like my daughter thousands of dollars and a place to live, she is free to charge the businesses her own fees. I suspect she will no longer do business with Wells Fargo and its partner Wachovia. That will cost the businesses a mortgage and some bank accounts. My wife and I will similarly sever our decades-long connection with Wachovia by closing savings, checking, and home equity accounts. I will encourage family and friends to take their business, too, elsewhere. We will vote in the most obvious way about which businesses should survive and thrive. But I am still left wondering whether there are some people out there who are really homeless for no other reason than our free market.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is under investigation for demanding loan processing money than keeping it and rejecting the loans. All the material that Wells Fargo Home Mortgage requested was returned to the borrower. The Borrower took the entire package to his local bank, and they not only approved the loan but reduced the interest by 1 full percentage point and did not require any escrow. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is not to be respected as a trustworthy organization.

We are going through the same thing with Wells Fargo. I so wish we would've looked at the complaints...they just ordered a second appraisal :(...Luckily we will still have a home if they screw us over.

Wells Fargo poor communication/csvc

In 35 years of making car payments I am astounded to find that a company as large and supposedly reputable as Wells Fargo is so incredibly poor in their Customer Service! I lost my job in August 2008, so was 1 month behind. I called WF Cust Service, wrote down the date, name, etc. of the person I spoke with, and was told that she would put through a 1-month skip a payment forebearance. It took until November 2008 to find out that did not happen. Still, at the end of September we began making extra payments, but according to WF, the account was late each and every month, amassing well over $300 in late fees. I wrote letters, talked with supervisors, and to date, have spoken with over 42 individuals. I was finally told to wait for the payoff and then negotiate the late charges. I proposed we split them since EVERY PAYMENT was on time or early since the 1 month being behind. Now, it's time to pay the account and, low and behold - each supervisor answers differently. It's only a few hundred dollars they say - I reply, OK, then split it with me... I have tried to be nice, I have documented everything, but am now ready, on principle, to write to their executive management - Companies need to be smart, profitible, BUT, consumer savy and compassionate as well. At least provide some degree of service!

Wells Fargo made me late on my paymnets

I was on time up to August of 09 . i wanted to skip a payment and a rep tells me i cant until september, also told me i can do 2 skip a payments ( for sept oct) I call back in sept . Some other rep tells me that i cant do it till oct 09tocall on act21st todo the skip a payment, now i am behind a month on my payments. I get 3 to four cals every 2 days from them because i am late. i tell them that they told me to call on oct 21st. They say Oh sorry to have called you. i call on the 19th of Oct. because they called on the 16th 17th 18th and today 19th. I tell the rep that I had spoken to the Supervisor who told me to call on the 21st and would request skip a paymnet for sept and oct. She says no such thing, doesnt know who i talked to, no records i talked yo anyone, and thats they can only skip one payment sept . Not only did i become late with my paymnets by their doing, she said that no Supervisor would take my call. i cannot beleive that a financial institution does not keep records of what theyre Supervisors tell theyre customers to do, It completely set my car payment off and now unless i double up a payment will be late a month every month. It's theyre doing, I talked to 3 different Reps one supervisor and magically no one has records of it. I want them to make me current . I want what they said they where going to do, I do not have the money to double up a payment.

Have you ever looked up laws on getting extensions/defferals? companies can only do so much in delaying payments, if you dont meet the FEDERALLY REGULATED guidelines they wont grant you one, which means you probably had a poor payment history and/or poor credit, these companies dont have to offer this

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years. I have had instances where my checking account was negative and learned that it's their policy (like the most banks) to place a hold on any checks deposited on negative accounts for five business days, until it is clear; of course this then results in further outrageous overdraft fees that the bank...

Wells Fargo "toxic" loan

We obtained a "toxic" commercial loan at the end of November 2008 from Wells Fargo Sterling, Colorado. We had excellent credit scores and history, are at present facing foreclosure, bankruptcy and doom. This loan was not properly originated ( other than providing large loan fees and higher than quoted interest rate for Wells Fargo). This loan is so toxic and predatory that we defaulted within the first 6 months. The seller's income for the restaurant were never verified ( no wonder business fell by 80% in its first quarter ). Wells Fargo is a predator that maybe cannot be stopped unless we cease doing business with this bank. Does anyone else have a similar experience. Would like to hear from you. Wells Fargo has turned into our worst nightmare. Somebody needs to stop this PREDATOR ! [protected]@gmail.com

Wells Fargo high interest rates on car loans

Car Purchased: 2003 Toyota Hylander When: September, 2005 Cost of the Vehicle at time of purchase ( cost + interest of 16%, approx. $43, 000.00 Duration: 72 Months I purchased this vehicle, with no money down, just my trade in Monthly Payments: $602.00 per month Warranty on the Hylander: 2000 miles or 3 months warranty Traded in at time of purchase a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu Cost Reminding on Vehicle at time of trade in: Approx. $10, 000.00 Length of time paying on this vehicle: 3 years How many late payments. 0 Reason for trade in of this vehicle, Fuel pump replacement costing over $300.00 dollars. Just one week prior to having this work done on this vehicle I had this vehicle serviced for the same problem in Orlando, FL. Cost: $300.00 paid with a credit card. The Fuel pump was under warranty but only where I had the work done at. I did not have any more money so I traded in this vehicle on the Toyota. My 2000 Malibu was a good running car and I know it was sold by Coggin Nissan at the Avenues for probably the same amount that it was traded in for. Yet I did not receive any money for this vehicle. When I called, several days later and spoke with one of the finance managers at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues on Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville, FL, and asked what happened to my old vehicle, they said they auctioned it off. I felt trapped, because I needed a car to go back and forth, I felt I should have been there while they were negotiating the price of my vehicle. My credit score at that time was average, and I had paid on the old car for three years, without missing any payments, I feel my interest rate should have been much lower than 16%.

Wells Fargo, sent me a payment book and which says my payments end in 60 months, but they're saying I have another year which will make it 72 months. The car had only 2000 miles warranty, I feel with this sort of payment I should not have to worry about fixing the car. I am a black single paren't, living from pay check to pay check, I would like an attorney to please advise me on an outcome for my situation. When I’ve tried to trade in this vehicle Iam told I owe to much on the vehicle and it can not be traded in, and if it does I would still have an extremely high car note.

Damage Resulting
I'm in a what they call a upside down situation, owed more on this vehicle than what it's worth. A car salesman told me the other day, the car is only worth $10, 000 dollars right now, and I owe payoff only $25, 000, and if I pay until the end of term, it's much more at 602.00 per month at a 16% interest rate, much to high, when I was making my payments on my old vehicle on time and had at that time a pretty good credit score.

The car that I've purchased with Coggin Nissan and is financing through Wells Fargo for 72 months, with no warranty except for 2000 miles, can not be traded in because I'm in what you call a upside down situation, amount owed on the vehicle now is more than the car is worth. Car is worth approx $10, 000 and I owe if payoff now, $25, 000.00 if I wait until the end of the term I'll would have paid them $43, 000.00 for a 2003 Hylander that I purchased when it was 2 years old with 47 thousand miles on it.
