Abusive with fees and terrible customer service

Seeing the many complaints listed here, It make more sense to also
individually contact your congressman and US senator with complaint as well as the Arizona Dept of State to complain about
Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I find it hard to believe that they could ignore so many people complaining about the very same bank.
Investigative news reporters couldn't hurt either. Maybe it is time for the consumer to act and show that we are not powerless
