Fraudulent activities?
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 6 votes
In short, this bank picked up a loan based on false info, which I have provided the undeniable proof.

I have pleaded for months that they kick the loan back as the only way I was approved was because of this false info. They are extremely rude and run you around and the only thing they have done to provide help is tell me I better get another job so as to not mess up my good credit! I've been told they have discussed this matter with the dealership in question and the loan stands. I asked that they send me proof of this so I can so I've exhausted my avenue through them, I was told I do not have access to this info because it is privileged between the two companies (although I am the one who has to pay the loan?)

I am paying 487.19 monthly at 11.9 for 6 years on an 05 vehicle worth $15,000. My first mistake was to naively enter the car dealership and I now know my second mistake is thinking the bank would be upstanding enough to not want to be involved in this activity. I now believe they play a huge part in this activity. Please, do your homework and KNOW the value of anything before you sign a loan. It definitely seems the "blue book" values are easily inflated and not necessarily the guideline used for auto loans as I thought they were. The loan was approved at $7,000 over the already inflated book value.

I think this company needs to be shut down. They overcharge, their customer service is horrible. They harrass you constantly and when it comes down to them doing the correct paperwork necessary when you pay off the loan they can't get it right, and by the way they misplace titles to vehicles and expect you to do their work to find them...." BUYER BEWARE".
