I requested a sample of Acei Berry at Xtemeberri and the only charge was postage of .99 which I paid with my debit card. I now find that Wellness Labs has "pre-authorized" a debit from my account for $79. I never authorized any form of payment to this company, nor did I enter any "online contract" with them. I see from other posts that this company has a history of this kind debit theft and I will not pay this. This "business" has a web site that is "down" so you can't contact them. I would advise everyone to stay away from these sites offering 'free trial" or "free samples" THIS IS A SCAM

| I also gave them the authorization to take out the 99 cent postage fee. i checked my transactions they had taken out the 99 cent then put it back and took out more and it says "Forced Post Amt=-1.00 with Pre-auth =-0.99) " . I only had $1.07 on that card thank god or i believe they would have taken out alot more. I canceled my card right after reading the post on here. It is a scam and people should be more aware thanks so much and hope you get your money back. |

| We also were taken in by this Company The original charge came from Cyprus followed by 3 more billings of 3.95 and 39.95 I have reported them to my credit card company in which the last 2 are pending |

| I see that this company has a problem with taking money that is not theirs. I talked to a lady today which told me i should have read the fine print. Well i think that is very funny when i ordered it over the phone. It was to only cost 1.oo and it has now turned into 79.00 I called the better business beauro and they said there were over 4000.00 complaints thus far. PLEASE be advised and tell everyone you know THIS IS A SCAM!!! |

| They done the same to me. Told me it would only be $.99 and the charged me $79. It is a big scam as I didn't even get the product till a week or so after I ordered it and they said I should of called for an extention. Who knew there was a need for an extention let alone a cancellation. UPSET IN WISCONSIN |

I am SO glad I found this website! I had ordered a free trial of what I thought was Acai Berry Tropic (found online from a magazine article), but the charge on my bank account was from xtremeberri. I called Acai Berry Tropic, but they were unable to pull up my account by my name and address. They warned me that the charge was not from them, even though I had used their website! After googling "xtremeberri" for the charge on my account, I found this site and called the number one of the posters listed. Magically, my account was listed under them and I canceled. Hopefully I'll avoid the $79 charge, since I only ordered a few days ago and so far have only been charged the $0.99 shipping charge. I have no idea how I ordered from xtremeberri when I was actually on the Acai Berry Tropic website...are they linked? Linked scams maybe? I have no idea...either way STAY AWAY! And I found the free trial through a MAGAZINE ARTICLE...NOT AN AD! DON'T TRUST!!!

I also had ordered trial sample, and then they called to confirm the order, and that is when they got me, I thought I was confirming the free trial offer, and then they sent me 1 bottle of Colon Cleanse, which on line it was called ColonZen, and I was supposed to pay $4.99, then I received another call and they wanted to add Acai Berry Detox, and I thought is would be just a little bit more money, well in all they charged my $4.99, and then they added another $89.90 to my credit card bill. The way they listed it on my credit card statement was 8/28 revampdetox $1.95, 8/28 revampdetox $3.04, 9/2 xtremeberri $49.95, 9/4 hydrocleanse $39.95.
There was also a $2.96 Foreign Transaction Fee, which my credit card company said was because they go through the company Cypus. I had called the # on my credit card statement, on 9/14 and they cancelled any futher orders, but they wanted me to send the products back, to get a refund, I told them I had paid for a trial sample, so today 9/28 I called again and got into a heated discussion with them, and they still insisted that I needed to send the bottles back, so that is what I am going to do, so I will also be out the cost to send it back. When I talked to my credit card company, so they could explain what the Foreign Transaction Fee was for, she told me they have complaints against this company all the time, this company steals from people, and they should be put out of business. When I was talking to customer service for the address to send this stuff back, I asked where they were located, and the lady said Flordia, but because they use Cypus there is a 3% foreign transaction fee on each item. PLEASE BE SURE AND DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY MISREPRESENT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, AND WHEN THEY CALL THEY DON'T MAKE THINGS CLEAR, THEY ARE A REAL RIP-OFF. |

Hey all,
Add me to the list of people ripped off by this 'company'. I sent the product back withing a few days of receiving it and was dismayed to find that the $79.95 was withdrawn from my account. I called and was told I had to put the "RMA" number on the package when I sent it back in order to get a refund. I had only one number - I thought it was the RMA - that I had included on the package. Apparently this was not the correct number. I just got off the phone with yet another representative who sounded like a broken record. When I asked to speak with someone else I was put on hold for several minutes then disconnected.
I'm thinking that $79.95 is gone for good; I can only hope they respect my cancellation and don't bill me anymore. I told the representative exactly what I thought of the company - that I had read online that they were a scam, they purposely cheated me of my money, they were frauds, and I was calling the Better Business Bureau. CHEATS!!! |

| Hello, well I just called in about 15 minutes ago to cancell my order and recieved a full refund back. (I was overdrawn 26.00 in my bank account because they charged me 49.99) At first I talked to this guy and he was freakin rude. It does sounded like a freakin broken recoreder or somthing and so I got piss off and started yelling and you know so he was like umm this is not the right number to cancel so I just hung up on him and then I went online to see if theres any way I can get help and thanks to one of the poster here that I was able to get the number to cancel my order. The guy I talked to say that for the acaiberry detox, I can keep that product but for the colon cleansing, all I have to do is write the number on the package and send it back to get a full refund. Shit! This company is a rip off. Everyone needs to stay away from them. Pass it on to anyone you know before they suffer the same thing we are going through. |

| I was fortunate because 2 days after ordered the product, I cancelled my credit card. Since then I had the inititial purchases taken off by my credit card company which was only 5.99 total. So I will not incur any other charges...those of u who have used ur debit card and continue to use a debit card for online purchases...DONT...use your credit card and if u dont have one then borrow one...u'll save urselves a lot of headaches in the future...stay blessed |

| I have 2 CC charges 1 for Xtremeberri for 3.95 Phone-877-205-5816 and 1 for Wellnesslab for 79.95 phone 866-967-4917. I have ordered NOTHING from these people. An received NOTHING! I called both numbers and both of these foreign gals gave me the same 800-573-5302 to fax my information to them! They could find nothing in their records that said I had ordered anything. This is the biggest scam! I have contacted my CC company and hopefully they will stop these payment. They kept telling me I ordered this On-Line, which is a lie. i know when I enter my CC on line and what I am buying. I am well aware of these auto-delivery every month and would not have enrolled even for a sample. I was traveling and didn't have access to a computer! i am outraged. I will contact the attorney General's office in my state and lodge a complain. I would also Like to contact the FTC. |

| I also ordered Acai Berry from Wellnesslab for a trial of 99 cents. They called to sell me the colon clenz also and I told them to cancel my order for Acai Berry too. They sent me the Acai Berry then sent another one a week later and have charged me $79.95 plus International fee-finance charges. I have charges for Sep 6, Sep 17 and Sep 18. I called and cancelled so hopefully will not get anymore. I will call my Visa card tomorrow and see what I can do about these charges. I hope these people are stopped and charged with Fraud and have to pay everyone back. I was out of town or would have called them sooner. |

| I too fell for there SCAM I was charged $87.11 I called the number on the charge on my account and she also told me it was in the contract but there was no paperwork except for a brochure and nothing said anything about a 15 day trial. I also orderd the JUN Cleanse but that one at least said it was a trial and I immediately wen tot he site and cancelled that one. They companies are the biggest scam I ever saw. |

| so i too ordered a free trial for some life cleanse thing and that acai berry detox diet whatever it's called and got charged .99 cents for each for shipping and handling.and that was on October 13.Two days later i got a call from this number [408]587-2125 and i forgot what they said where they were from since it was really hard to understand him cause the man was mummbling[spoke good english], so they were just calling to confirm my free trial order asking if it was really me and all that.today[10-15-09] i check my online bank account and it says that $49.95 was taken out for some XTREMEBERRI thing...so i went ahead and called this number [866]955-4109 to ask why $49.95 was taken out, they guy who answered [Rick] asked me if i had received a call and i said yes of course, he had told me that i had placed an order through that call. i couldn't believe it cause no time during that call did i place one!so already they have taken that $49.95 out and i havent received anything, the guy who was helping me told me to just send the bottle back as soon as i get it and explained to me that as soon as THEY receive the bottle that i will get my money back!i can't believe it!i just stayed calm throughout the process of the cancellation [which helped-they guy was nice]..but all in all i should be getting my money back within 2 weeks...so to everyone that needs the number to call for the acai berry call [866]955-4109 and for the life cleanse [877]667-8601...to send back the products the adress is : 3007 greene st hollywood florida 33020-1037 ...DON'T FORGET TO CALL THE NUMBER AND ASK FOR THE RMA NUMBER! he even offered me an extension on my free trials for free...and duh i took .I guess i will just have to wait and see what happens...good luck to all! |
