Wellness Lab fraud

This is a total scam! I too was taken by this company. My "free trail" has cost me $172.84 The web site advertrised a 30 day free trail for $.99. plus $3.95 shipping. After 17 days my account was charged $86.42 and after 13 days my account was charged again for 86.42. I called and cancelled upon seeing the debit on my account. and demanded a refund. In order for them to not charge my checking account further I cancelled the card (which they had the number for).

Wellness Lab Rip Off Acai/Cleansing berry

This company charged me 79.95 for something I never received OR ordered. I called them as soon as it showed up pending on my account and was able to cancel it. She said if it already cleared then it would have been too late but since it was pending she could stop the charge. I got a cancellation number and am HOPING it is not going to go through. My banker told me I had to wait for the charge to go through and then challenge the charge and 3-5 days it would be put back in! How can we put a space craft on Mars but a bank can't stop a charge that they know is fraudulent ahead of time! The number I called was [protected]. I got through one time is a minute but when Itried to call back it took 26 minutes.

Wellness Lab acai berry

Was called to confirm an order I placed for a "free" 30 day sample of this acai berry as seen on some daytime show. I had just received the product the day before, I answered the call and confirmed the order and asked what the deal was since there was nothing about a charge and I know there had to be something. The man said that I would be charged monthly $86.42, I told him I did not want the product at that cost and asked if he could cancel this. He came back a minute later and said it was cancelled, I did not get a cancellation #, my bad! I called today after seeing a charge for $86.42 on my bank statement, the woman I spoke to was unforunatley at the end of my temper so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor Lisa got on the phone with an attitude stating I had until the 15th to cancel if I didn't want the product. I explained I had cancelled last week and told her the whole story, she replied "the person confirming an order, does not have authorization to cancel an order" . I got very upset with this blatant run around and told her to cancel it now (very graphically), to say this is a scam, I would most definately agree! The phone number on my statement to cancel was [protected] .

Thanks for providing the phone number which got me directly to a customer service rep. I got the cancellation number as well (thanks, again!) and was instructed to return the empty bottle for the refund of the $79.62 I was charged for my FREE bottle. The woman was surprisingly pleasant given that she must get irate phone calls every day. I will be tracking my return product to be sure the refund is processed but she also gave me a fax number to fax the postal receipt so that they can begin the refund process immediately. The fax is: 954/927-9978.

I too was taken by this company. My "free trail" has cost me $384.23. The web site advertrised a 30 day free trail for $.99. Unfortunately I signed up for free trail of the Colon Clense. After 15 days my account was charged $79.62 twice (one for the Acai berry detox and one for the colon clens) plus $3.95 twixe for the shipping of each. I called and cancelled upon seeing the debit on my account. 15 days later there were two more debits of $79.62 plus two more $3.95 charges for the shipping. This time when I called the customer service, I was not nice at all! I was told that another months shipment of both products had been shipped, according to the "terms and conditions" which I did not agree to! They toald me they had no record of my calling to cancel the product (VERY CONVIENENT!) I told them I had had not agreed to continue the product and demanded a refund of the second shipment. I was told that I would need to wait until I recieved the product, then call for an RMA number, and upon their receipt of the return product my account would be credited, less the shipping and handling. My account was debited fro the second shipments on 10-26-09, I received the product on 11-05-09, and have called the customer service number provided [protected] four times to get an RMA number multiple times, and have spent over three hours on hold, and still have not been able to talk to anyone. Today I have, thus far, been on hold ofr two hours...am still holding. The recording at the suctomer service number says they can be reached on their website, or via e-mail, but neither the web address, nor the email address is priovided. I AM FURIOUS. WHAT CAN BE DONE?

I had ordered the trial of this product. After a couple weeks, a $79.62 charge showed up on my debit card. I called the company, and they said that in the terms and conditions it states you must call within seventeen days ofthe original order to avoid any further charges. I didn't read it...obviously (because who actually does?), so I hadn't cancelled it in time...whatever. I should have known. I called them today about reversing the charge. The man gave me a Refund # and told me to write it across the box when I send the product back. They said I'd have my refund within five days of receiving the product from me.

We'll see how that goes.

I too was taken by this company. The only number they would give me was a confirmation number, but not a cancellation. Apparently from what I was told the "free" sample that originally cost $.99 for shipping actually was $86.42. They kept insisting that I did not cancel, which, of course, I did. In order for them to not charge my checking account further I cancelled the card (which they had the number for). I was told another shipment was on its way even after cancelling and all I needed to do was return the product. I'm sure I won't be getting a refund! This is a total scam!

I ordered this product with a "free sample" which turned out not to be free at all. In fact they have billed me $79.95 twice in 2 weeks. When I called the number to cancel they said "there is no such thing as free product". Don't order from these people!!!

Wellness Lab RIPOFF

I called for their FREE trial offer. What a mistake that turned-out to be.
They sent the product and charged me shipping only. I had 30 days to cancel if I didn't want to continue taking the product. Less than two weeks later they hit my bank account for a little less than $ 400.00.
I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and they refuse to refund my account even after I cancelled. Unless you have money to throw away, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beware of these companies;Wellnesslab, Oberry, Superweightmax, it is only one, operating in different names. Last Sept.2009, i ordered free trial of acai berry. After 2 days someone called our house to confirm shipping address, instead of giving the address i cancelled the order. Last Dec 2009 my husband noticed our credit card charged with $86.42 by Superweightmax.Reviewing our previous monthly charges, i was charged two times on Nov.one by Wellnesslab and one by oberry with the same amount $86.42.I never received any of their products. When i called Superweightmax at [protected] last Dec. i found out that these co. is only one.To this date i have never received any refund nor the product.
