Wedding Ring Mart review: Never received wedding rings 3

I am wondering if anyone has had issues with an online wedding ring site called 'Wedding Ring Mart' -? My husband & I ordered 2 titanium wedding bands from them. It was a simple enough order (& I had emailed previously to make sure they could do my small size in titanium) & I had no problem placing the order. It was quick & the site was easy to use. I was not on a time schedule to receive my rings, so I opted for the free shipping option, which meant I would get my rings in 4-8 days. I received my confirmation of my account & order via email & all I had to do was wait. About 2 weeks later (a little later than I exoected) I receved an email from them saying my order had been fulfilled & it was awaiting shipment. A couple days passed & I didn't hear anything else. So, finally I emailed them to check on when I might receive my order & unlike my first email to them (which was answered promptly) I got nothin! I emailed again a couple days later, & then at the end of the week, I sent another 2 emails & got nothing. I let the weekend pass & finally sent off an email to their main contact page, another email from my personal email address, as well as one from me while logged into their page. I never heard back on any of these multiple emails. After another day had passed, I contacted PayPal to file a dispute/claim. Within one minute of my PayPal initiation email, I received an email from Wedding Ring Mart saying my order had been refunded! I thought this was very strange. That was the only email I ever got back from them after I placed my online order. I checked them out online, searched for complaints, rip offs, etc. All I found were either good or rave reviews. So far, I have found nothing bad online about them. I was disappointed I didn't receive my rings, but also very surprised by their lack of customer service. My only thing in hindsight is that there was never a contact number provided on their website...I bet this should have been a red flag for me, but I guess I've either been color blind of late, or my ring order just simply & very unfortunately, fell through thd cracks at Wedding Ring Mart.
