non working of internet for more than one month inspite of advance payment
I am Suresh B. Savekar, staying at A/7, M.D.Mehta Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd. Star Colony, Dombivali (E). I have taken Internet plan of 4G.B. for 180 days from the Weblink Broadband Services. I have made Six months advanced payment of Rs.1, 500/- in the month of February, 2012. My net has not been working for more than one month. Inspite of repeated reminders by visiting personally at the corporate office of the above service provider at Dombivali (E) & several phone calls, nobody from the company bothered to take any action to solve the said problem. The Manager of the Company had not available to receive the phone calls & also not available in the office.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Irresponsible and BAD Customer service
Weblink Broadband is a bad Internet provider situated in Dombivli(E). Though they promise good service while taking an Internet connection but Please DO NOT trust them. Does anyone know their headquarters PLEASE?
Before paying them 6500 for the internet connection, they promised their Wireless Switch on the building has a strong range BUT after taking the service and paying them well, it seemed I had to call every 3 days for poor internet connection.
This company operates locally only in Dombivli and still they cannot provide good service to their limited customers! After complaining it takes them 4 days to come and look into it. Lately I complained and on phone I got a message saying the technicians are sent to your place! and guess what they did not reach even on the 4th day LOL. Please people a sincere request, if you wanna spend money, spend it for a good cause not to donate to such crap service. I pay them for 2MBPS download and they provide me with 512 KBPS. On the receipt [I have the proof] its mentioned 2MBPS and in the Account section of their own Admin, its mentioned "512 KBPS". I have taken the screenshots and I can even upload the receipt scanned image and the Account screenshot here or anywhere. They are just bluffing and taking monies out of you. This has not only happened to me. I have seen many comments against them but it was too late since I had already paid them for the initial connection.
Hope for some better Internet Provider to come in Dombivli(E) area and they will get a good amount of customers if they provide atleast satisfactory service to the customers.

WEBLINK now know as " SKYLARK " They are big time cheaters, the owner itself. and half of the time you will find that your Internet is not working and if call them, then "That's the end" they will actually give you all run around like anything. Office boy Dont know anything whats going on INFACT DONT KNOW WHAT INTERNET IS! They dont keep a note of your complaint that mean your complaint never get registered. If that guy or Owner remembers it then your issue might will get resolved but again Technician will never be on time... so... its time consuming as well frustrating and you will end up having bad day. Trust me guys! and on comment above! don't get Internet connection from him.
