Web Wise Media has a great sales pitch but fails to live up to it's promises. They will lure the customer in with the line 100 1st page placements, 2000-3000 backlinks, 1st page visibility in 60-90 days on the organic side of the google search. Then when asked to show results they will tell you to be paitient things take time but to keep paying their bills. 3 months into their program customer service was poor at best my sales rep had left the company after twisting arms got a meeting. After 6months of seeing no improvement I told Web Wise that their would be no more payments untill someone sat down and showed me that something was being done.
Web Wise Media has had my account since 12/3/09 I've seen little or no improvement. Despite many attempts to contact them they only action has been to turn me over to collection.
Web Wise has been reported to the BBB by us and their response was they have answered all necessary emails and calls. They have also been reported to the attorney general. It appears that their practice of HARVESTING HEADS is a way of business.
If your looking for SEO don't use Web Wise Media they are more interested in getting your money then providing to promised product. They don't even make the effort solve the problem, ask them about your dedicated tech, 11 months I've never talked to them.
SEO customers can get the same product from me send me your money I'll tell you I don't know SEO and keep the cash or better yet turn you over to collection for a contract that was 30% performed.
Bottom line if your getting SEO make sure there's a way they show you your getting what your paying for. If the company is a good SEO company then you'll see your company at the top of the 1st page and not have to call and ask them to prove anything. The amazing part of that is that every year they will sign up for another year because their work is making your company money.
Don't become another Web Wise Media Victim.
