Complaint Rating:

I received a charge to my credit card for approx $38.00 from this company. I had used it to obtain a one-time phone number search. I emailed them to have the charge credited and they referred me to a toll free number that I have attempted to call three times and waited 15 minutes with each call and no one ever answered. I was placed on indefinite hold. I am emailing them to credit my charges, but am not sure this will happen as they keep telling me to call this number and expect long delays.
