Weatherguard Windows and Doors Taos, NM review: need my giant shade restrung

My 6x8 ft shade needs to be restrung before it completely falls apart. I have called Mark at the location here in Taos at least 10 times. He keeps promising to pick it up and told me it would cost at least $65 to pick it up. I said fine. I just need it done. Now instead I would just like to know where the closest place in Santa Fe or Alberqurque is to take it . Thanks. The owner or manager is Mark and I think he has blocked me from his cell phone. I can only reach him on his business line. I have bought over 20 custom shades from him and I cannot believe he will not do this for me. Thanks for whatever you can do.
