I discovered this company had taken 3 monthy payments from my bank account for $16.95 each. When I called the 800# I let them know I had ordered nothing and demanded to know also where they got my card info. I had ordered a couple of things online in the weeks prior to their first charge so I assume they phished my info. The rep only answered the phone as "Membership Services" and could not tell me for what type of membership I was being charged for or how they got my card #. He could not find me in his files he claimed. I asked for a supervisor and "Jim" got on the line answering "Gardens Alive". One of the products I ordered from an ad I saw on TV was for a miracle grass seed. In any event I'm connecting the dots and feel this online order is where they got my info and then they try to tell me I've subscribed to some garden club. I suppose they figured me for some senile old lady but I'm one consumer sick and tired of these ripoff artists and I'll fight to see these unscrupulous people put out of commission. The supervisor also claimed to not have me in his files either (and therefore could not submit back my money) but I believe it is only because I was demanding to know from the git go how they got my card #. I've been reimbursed by the bank and am filing a dispute form with them (CAUTION: anyone else most banks can only go back 60 days on a debit card transaction) and will put in the dispute form that this is fraud for my bank to pursue. Also I have downloaded a Minnesota State Attorney General complaint form as this is the address showing on my bank statement and will file charges there as well. Complaints will also be filed with the BBB.
How do I get my dang refund back can anyone help me bank can't have to go through consumer but then consumer says they didn't take it out what do I do now
They are taking money from my credit account that I have okaied, 16.95 $ each month. I have ordered things from the internet but I have not subscribed to anything. I paid for what i have received from them. I want them to replace my money.
I have unauthorized transaction on my GM credit card for the amount of $16.95. Is this a FRAUD. I have no idea what WC VALUE PLUS -V is. Contacted my credit card Customer Service, my case # [protected]. There is no phone number for this company. Please, advise something about it. Can I reverse this transaction?

A charge of $16.95 & 16.95 by WC Home Play-V and WC Value Plus-V has been made to my credit card for something I didn't purchased or ordered. It appeared on my card statement report on January and February.
This is not a comment, this is a complaint due to the money it is taking from my account that I never authorized from my account. Please I am asking to refund all my monies that was taken from my account asap. I also would like to know what company was authorized to be taking out every month. It shows up on my checking account as: WC VALUE Plus. I have no knowledge about this company, please let me know what I can do because if i don't receive all my money I will contact the state attorney generals office here in California where I live.

I have been charged $19.95 for an unknown charge. I don't know who the company is and there is no explaination of the charge.
Same here! I was charged twice yesterday, once for $24.95 by WC *VALUE PLUS-V , and again for $24.95 by WC *FUNSOURCE MNTHLY-V. I've tried everything I can to get the amount refunded to my debit card, to no avail. What I want to know, is how it is so easy for someone to access my credit card without any authorization or personal info to verify it, and just charge me for things I've never ordered, signed up for, or heard of. The company valueplusonline.com was straight out lying to me about the charges, and they have not gave me a refund for the charges. They want more information from me, then they needed to get the money from my account in the first place. Why won't any legal action finally be put on them? They rip off so many... I can't believe how common their scam is and how many people also have the same fraudulent charges by the same company. Although they do use various names and abrrev.
This company is charging my account a monthly fee of $16. 95 that is unauthorized and needs to be investigated. I was checking my account statement and found that it has been charging this amount for at least 4 months i do not want it to continue please help

TODAY I HAD A $16.95 DEBIT TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY SAID IT WAS BY DEBIT CARD AND THAT IT WAS A CHARGE FROM WC VALUE PLUS-V AND NO PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE PRINTED OUT ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS AND WILL TAKE TO THE BANK TO SEE IF I CAN GET THEM TO REVERSE THESE CHARGES. THESE COMPLAINTS GO BACK TO 2006! WHY HAVEN'T THESE PEOPLE BEEN STOPPED BY NOW?

This charge of 19.95 showed up on my card for something I did not purchase. At the time I had only used my card once. This showed up on a day I hadn't even been out of the house or on the phone. Am reporting them to my credit card company and anyone else I can find to complain to.

Company has been fraudulently charging $19.95 for over 8 months. I want them stopped and my money remitted back to me. I am reporting them to the Credit Card company, the Attny Gen. and anyone else I can think of.
I don't recall authorizing this company, whoever they are, to charge my credit card for any reason. I don't even know what kind of product this is!

I have no idea of whats going on, but this company or person is deducting 19.95 a month from my account and now I will be visiting my lawyer to see what can be done, I have no clue who this is. I will be closing my account on tomorrow morning.

Since march 2008 I am seeing regular debit charges to my credit card for $16.95 to WC*VALUE PLUS-V I can't recall doing business with this company/organization. They must be some scam/internet fraud. The FBI should investigate them.
I was approached on the phone about getting some discount cards. I agreed to get those and then cancel. The problem is I never received the cards and I am already being charged before my 30 days.

WC Value Plus-V shows no physical address, no E-mail address, and a none working phone number... They charged my credit card with $16.95 a charge that I did not make. In fact I can not even find out who they are? Much less how to get in touch with them... I have had this charge on my credit card now for over 6 months and didn't even know it until i saw two months of my statements and realized after checking the previous monthly statements that it has been charging my card $16.95 for 6 months but a different day each month. I will file a claim with my bank. I realized that thousands of others have experienced the same thing.

I went to pay my credit card bill this month and I noticed a charge of $16.95 on July 21, 2008, I haven't used this card since May 2008. I called my credit card company to submit a dispute for an unauthorized charge. After searching the description I came across this website, apparently i'm not the only person this has happend to. So if you see WC *VALUE PLUS-V MN most likely its fraud. Make sure you pay close attention to what you buy online. I've never had this happen to me, but I bought a product from an infomerical, which I never do and I'm thinking that might have caused this. Anyway..if you see that description on your statement, make sure you call your credit card company asap.
I have received 3 unauthorized charges on my credit card for WC VALUE PLUS V, telephone number [protected] MN. I called the number and I anticipate it to be canceled but would like to inform others of the possibility that there is a problem. I did telephone my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Noticed a $19.95 charge on my credit card statement from this company. I don't know anything about this company, have never ordered anything from them, did not give my credit card # to them and did not authorize them to use my credit card. Total fraud case. Call your credit card company and cancell your card after filing a complaint with the fraud department.

I paid off my credit card and discovered that this "sim*value plus has been deducting 24.95 monthly for about a year and half. I called the 800 number and was told I subs ribbed to their membership..which is crap..and if I wanted to hear the transaction that I confirmed I would have to request it in writing. They would not let me talk to anyone who could help me. I will also be contacting the MN attn general.

Here is how you take care of this (I am not a lawyer and by any means litigating or advising you - I have to say this in case it goes to court):
First: file a police report with the information on the company from you bank (you can also search Manta.com for the company info)
Second: take the police report to your bank, and file a fraud claim.
Third: once the investigation is started you should have it resolved shortly!
