3 months ago, I noticed a charge on my credit card from previously mentioned company. I notified my credit card company that I never signed up for their services nor authorized their submitting the charge of $24.95 to me credit card. My credit card removed the charges. The following month more of the same charges appeared on my credit card statement. This time I phoned the company. I explained that I never authorized the service or that of charging the money against my credit card. She said she was sorry and from now on that would never happen again, When I phoned my credit card they said the would remove this charges and would put a block so that $24.95 charge from that company would no longer appear. I received my credit card bill and on October 1st, appears 2 charges of $24.95. It was to late to call this company and my credit card company but be sure I will be on the phone to the both in the morning. I see it this way, the company is taking my money for no services rendered, which is illegal. And as far as my credit card company making promises to me and not following through is bad for business. So please help me rectify this situation. I never approved of the service nor am I receiving what ever there service is.

I add my own complaint. Exactly the same, only they are charging my debit card $34.95, several months. I reported to my bank, CapOne, and they did an "investigation". The bank credited the charge back into my account. Now, I discovered they, CapOne has reversed the credit and deducted the charge again. The bank never contacted me re: the reversal. I am trying to find a way to contact these people, but from all I've been reading about the complaints, I don't hold out much hope. But I need to make this stop! I am on very small Social Security income and certainly cannot afford to have people willy nilly stealing from my account.
How was this resolved. My elderly mother has also fallen victim to this scam. I would like to stop this charge on her credit card since she is on a fixed income. That’s.
I got my checking account statement and there are two charges from Taste 4 Savings which I did not make nor authorize. I called and they're closed today but I will call back on Monday and clear this error up. I am as angry as I can be as I don't need any unauthorized payments to appear on my statement. I have noted that there are others complaining about this company and someone better fix them and their business practices; The first amount was $1.00 the second amount is $29.95.

HI, We have the same thing going on over here in the Uk by a company called completesavings they are thieves and scammers they have a lot of bank staff in their pockets earning commissions from fraudulent payments. This is not the only site there is one site that as 255 complaints about them. if I was you google the company and see how many other sites people have complained about them as these companies need a stop put on them.
