I have unauthorized transaction on my GM credit card for the amount of $16.95. Is this a FRAUD. I have no idea what WC VALUE PLUS -V is. Contacted my credit card Customer Service, my case # 22475471. There is no phone number for this company. Please, advise something about it. Can I reverse this transaction?
