Same here! I was charged twice yesterday, once for $24.95 by WC *VALUE PLUS-V , and again for $24.95 by WC *FUNSOURCE MNTHLY-V. I've tried everything I can to get the amount refunded to my debit card, to no avail. What I want to know, is how it is so easy for someone to access my credit card without any authorization or personal info to verify it, and just charge me for things I've never ordered, signed up for, or heard of. The company valueplusonline.com was straight out lying to me about the charges, and they have not gave me a refund for the charges. They want more information from me, then they needed to get the money from my account in the first place. Why won't any legal action finally be put on them? They rip off so many... I can't believe how common their scam is and how many people also have the same fraudulent charges by the same company. Although they do use various names and abrrev.
I, too, have been charged for something I did not order. $16.95 was charged to my checking acct. by WC Value Plus-V. No authorization was given. I just noticed it tonight when I was going over my checking acct. statement. Being a Friday night, I am unable to call my bank, until Monday! I am very frustrated, as I am on a limited income anyway.
