If you have an account on Second Life (www.secondlife.com), and purchase Linden dollars (L$) through third parties, do not order L$ from this company!

This is why. I was a first time customer yesterday, and I registered at MyGameStock.com to purchase L$ 20, 000 for $73.68. I completed this transaction via Paypal and 24 hours later, no Linden Dollars. I requested a refund, which I received a promise from customer service to receive within an hour, and after an hour no refund. Customer service told me another lie that they could not access the Paypal server to give a refund (I could access Paypal with no problems). Their favorite excuse is ASAP. Their customer service phone number (718)618-4993 is out of order. Their customer service representatives type with limited English skills (Chinese). This company does not have the Linden dollars to back up their order form, they obviously take the order and wait until they can purchase enough Lindens to resell to you, making them an unnecessary and inconvenient middle man. Their prices are lower than their competitors, but the lesson here is to pay more money for guaranteed service, such as AnscheChung.com or SLExchange.com. Do not risk your hard earned USD on this company, they are not professional (alot of empty promises, no immediate action, and no sincere effort to satisfy their customers), and will force you to make a Paypal claim to receive your money back.
