I HAVE SEND WAMU THE INFO THEY REQUESTED OVER ONE MONTHAGO. I NEED HELP WITH A LOWER INTEREST RATE. WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THEY CALL 4 TIMES A DAY STARTING AT 8;30 AM-9;30PM.

My husband and I are in the process of the Care Team Department looking over our loan we have on our rental property. I faxed 33 pages and mailed the hard copy on 10/16/2008 all of the information they required.

Please note that WaMu took our information over the phone on August 20, 2008. So this has been a long process. Our loan was assigned but the negotiatior has not done a plan for us. Currently, we have the property listed as a "short sale." I don't beleive that WaMu will have a plan to benefit us, so I have a feeling that our rental property will sell as a short sale or fall into foreclousre. At this point, the stress and time we have spent on the phone, we really don't give a damn.

My husband and I decided not to worry anymore. It's just not worth my health or stress.

Well, hopefully you were able to get further than we were. We also sent our paperwork in August of 2008. It is now Jan. 28th 2009, and still nothing. We will most likely stop making our payments. They did tell us that they are catering to people who stop making their payments first, so I guess we will have to resort to that. It's amazing that negligent people get help first. How ironic.

You guys are lucky, 6 months and still faxing/emailing docs over and over and over again. NO NEGOTIATOR YET!!!IT IS A CIRCLE, after six months I am back to square one...
