Walmart #ed rude employees cashiers, rude fat [censored] cashier.. obnoxious pathetic rude to customers

I am just so sick of these rude #s that work at wal_mart who feel they can mistreat or put down customers. Not every employee is bad or anything but at this neighborhood market walmart on alafaya near ucf in the crap hole city of orlando full of idiotic people there is this really fat obnoxious [censored] who works as a cashier there — she is horrible. She's fat obnoxious rude loud and she treats other women like [censored] because she is fat ugly and pathetic. It seems that in the city of orlando or these days really fat weird rude people are considered "cool" and they pick on others.. It's really fuking weird. This [censored] is so obnoxious and rude... She mistreats pretty women because she has an inferiority complex and rightly so and everytime I go there this pathetic fat ugly wh*re treats with disrespect... She is rude insulting pitiful. She dumped all my products out of my basket for no reason... Really fuking lame. I didn't want that thing to do that to my stuff... She was so rude. Then while she is helping one customer she helps the other customer behind without even finishing the transaction. Other times she was just rude with a bad attitude... Lame pathetic. Im sick of fat obnoxious people being able to bully others or pick on them because the world feels sorry for these rejects or because they are in the majority now and pick on others. You disgusting idiots are pathetic and fat disgusting people who think they can pick on others are the worst. Disgusting people... Im sick of these idiot wal-mart employees picking on customers or thinking they can. Get a clue idiots...

She dumped out your basket? Maybe if you had emptied your basket instead of looking and acting like a ghetto hoe you would not have a problem.

Walmart violation of rights and child abuse

I went into walkmart to purchase a new pay as you go phone from eletronics dept. I had my three year old son with me who was cranky. I picked up a bottle of liquid nails after purchasing the phone from electronics. I had a few other items to get such as cigarettes and some food items. However little one started crying and I couldnt find my license. So I hurried to check out to buy ground meat and candy for little one.in the mist of all this the liquid nails slid under the bag from electronics which by this point I totally forgot about while at register. A african american woman approached me prior to leaving store and reminded me of glue I thanked her and asked if I should go through line again. She said no come with me to pay. Well little 3 year old is not happy at this point but we go to security office where she asks for my license which I cant find. So I explain. She says wait here I asked if I could just give glue back or pay. She made me wait with child for 20 mins. All of a sudden a 6'5 huge norristown police officer comes in and starts yelling at me and trys to pat me down. I immediately ask him what is going on in shock. He tells me to "shut the f* up" in front of my child several times. My child is scared and screaming so like any mother I tell him to calm down and I would like to speak to another officer. He grabs me by the next throws me down on the bench and twists my arm behind my back telling me I am under arrest all in front of my child. I tell him he cant arrest me he didnt read me my rights and I want to speak to an attorney, he nor walmart would not allow me. They tell me they are taking me to the jail with my child. I explain that my husband is right around corner could he please get child because police cars have no car seats. They say no. Throw my three year old in one car and me in another. When my husband arrives at police station my child is screaming crying and sitting in his own urine with 5 policemen standing around him. My husband scoops him up and yells at the officers. Long story short after trying to find anything they could on my record which is nothing because I am an ex private investigator and 120lbs woman they release me with a summary for theft of 2.97 of glue. I have a trial on dec 4th for this. What a waste of tax dollars. Is there a lawsuit here?

Well someone commented on my review and I see they made a stupid reply. I went to court and was found guilty. Also the reason the 160 pound police officer claimed to grab me was because he saw me hitting my three year old. At this time my three year old was crying and I was angry so I wanted to smack him real hard to keep him quiet. Well I was found guilty and not only did they find me guilty they put my three year old in a foster home because I accidentally put the glue in his jacket pocket.

I don't know and I don't care. One of my friends mother's told me that she had a good experience there and I told her that I would call CPS on her and claim she beats her children if I find out she has her pictures taken there. She told me she does not do this, I told her I know but I have some friends working for CPS so they will believe me over her and if she takes her pictures there we can no longer be friends.

Walmart rude and mistreats employees

This Wal mart treats not only the customers rudely but the employees as well. The so call management could care less if someone steals its a "5 finger discount store" they let people walk out with Guns and T.V.'s and when an employees calls for a member of management they tell the employee to stop harassing customers but the employee doesn't even say one word to the customer. Then there are certain management that's straight up rude to all customers and nothing is said to them. It's high school with all the drama and certain people who can disappear for hours at a time and they over look it.Warning to all DON'T SHOP HERE!

Walmart rude to customer (child)

The company was rude to my nine year old son. I was making a return at the returns desk and for Halloween they had candy and chocolates, and my son took a handful and the rude employee told him he could only have one or two and he should save some for other's. I mean you sell candy, so why not pick some off the shelf(and I know that you got this candy on the shelf). You have lots of candy and you can easily refill the container that was having the chocolate. Also you gave me a hard time about returning my children's Halloween costume. I had to argue until you allowed me to make a return because I know you would not allow a return after Halloween, these costumes are expensive and they kids outwear them in a year, why would I spend my money on something my son and daughter wears only once. It is a shame because I have this same problem for the last five years. BTW he was not going to eat it all. He was going to share some with his six year old sister who was too scared to take any after the manager was rude to my child. Even if he took it all for himself I am the parent and you have no right to judge how much he takes.

Seriously?! It is horrible that you would return a Halloween costume after your kid wore it on Halloween. If you don't want to pay the money then borrow one, make one or go with a sheet over his head as a ghost. If he wants one from Walmart then pay them for it and don't return it. Every kid grows each year. Your kid isn't an exception. You could even sell the costume afterwards. And as for him taking a handful of candy, shame on you. Those bowls do not come from inventory. It's a separate customer service budget. Buy him candy if he wants a bunch. The customer service rep was right and I would have told him the same thing. This type of parenting is why American children grow up to contribute nothing to society

If your child and every other child takes a handful then there won't be any candy to go around and they can't just grab it off a shelf, inventory controls.. they actually have them! And really, if your children wore the costume, then you should have had a hard time returning it. they lose money on you returning something that is worn... this is not a complaint against walmart...

The site claim to operate as a company named okaygoods, located on china. Just stay away from them, as soon as you send the payment they will ask for a confirmation with your goverment id and they will say that they didnt got it, I sent my id using 4 different emails and on their support chat (always with girl names) told me that didnt got it and always told that they cant refund because their supervisor is not online, so you try the next day and ask if supersivor is online and they tell yes! and after you ask them to do a refund the supervisor has gone, tried for 4 days in a row and never got my refund, started a claim on paypal and paypal close the claim on their favor, after researching a lot on internet I have found that they scammed a lot of people so why paypal still resolve claims on their favor if so many people make disputes ? There is a hole on paypal terms of service that need to be corrected asap to avoid bad companies to use paypal to scam people.

Walmart fruad

If you have had your oil changedc by Wal-Mart and you were informed you were having a Fram Filter installled. Go out to your car now and look...If your filter is totaly black and has a white sticker...yes it was made by Fram and contians nothing more than carboard...you would be better off with no filter at all. The filter on your car you cannot buy. Fram wouldnt sell this retail as it would violate their own ethics laws. Wal-Mart and ehtics dont mix. Look you can scream I wont shop at Walmart however these underhanded tactics are destroying legitimate businesses. If you leave this filter on and your c ar fails in 2-3 years beacuse of pulp and fiber from the carboard you will have to suck it up...Call your local TLE and ask what is the COR line of filters and ask if you can buy one...ask if you can even see one in person! remeber find your filter number and then replace the first three letter with COR and the final letters at the end will be TLE. You csn check your service order too...

Another question...yes I know Fram has private lines majority to large trucking companies. However this "private" line is for consumers. So as a Consumer I want to know what filter is on my car...is that too musch to ask...copied from Walmarts TLE site...:

It’s the last thing you want to think about ... you’ve got enough on your mind. But if you want to keep your car in tip-top shape, choosing the right oil filter is important.

Through normal driving, engine oil can get dirty. The oil can pick up little bits of fuel, dirt and dust that, if not removed, will cause engine parts to wear faster than they should. Over time, the wear can make parts fail and cause the engine to stop running. Repairs can be very expensive. The oil filter is used to strain the dirt and dust from the oil to make the engine last longer.

thank your taking the time mkstitch however the site led me to heavy equipment site and the filter cannot even be found on Fram Search engine. search "COR4967TLE " this is the filter on my broken down car as we speak. I know your trying to help however as a Tech if you call Walmart as we speak and ask them if what I am posting a majority of the "troops in the foxhole" will tell you they are disgusted as well with this practice...its switch and bait...no different if I told you you were paying 3.56 for premium unleaded and I sell you regular...the difference is all you have to do is life the hood and see the difference with the filter...

thank you mkstitch for your research however this filter is not the •Wearguard HD they begin PH. I checked the heavy duty website and the Cor4967TLE doesnt exist. These filters are not painted black they are coated completley with the black grip paint. They have a white sticker attached. I have been told by the TLE manager they are made very cheaply specifically for WalMart to install on passenger vehicles. If you google the product that they placed on my 1991 MR2 you will not find it on the internett.
mkstich the product is a FRAM COR 4967TLE you can call Fram they will tell you to contact WalMart!
[protected]. this is the bottom line if you have had your oil changed at walmart and the filter they put on your car is not what you expected a FRAM PH4967 then they cannot even provide information for what they did install...wouldnt you be pissed?

Walmart made my son sad.

My son who is eight really wanted a Mario costume. He and his twin wanted to go as Mario and Luigi. They had one costume left and both the father refused to allow me to have the costume despite the fact that I offered him twice the amount of money for it. His son was not even with him at the time and with his attitude I bet the reason was because he was divorced and was trying to bribe his son into loving him by buying the costume. I even offered to give the store extra money for the costume but they refused said nothing they can do. Now my son is disappointed and had to come up with other idea of twin costumers harry potter and ron weasley. I even asked them to order it offering to pay shipping and any other costs. Still was refused though I offered to pay more.

Walmart made my son unhappy

My eight year old son really wanted to be Mario for Halloween because his twin brother was going to be Luigi. I saw another parent take the last Mario costume. They said that their son really wanted to be Mario as well, their son was not with them so I asked the parent to lie and tell his son that the Mario costumes were all out. After all his son was not in the store with him. (With his attitude I bet he was divorced and was just buying the costume for his son to win him over so he will like his father over his mother and the reason the son was not with him was because he was with his mother). I even offered this man double, triple the amount that the costume was for. Then he refused to give it to me. I then went to talk to a CSM. She told me that he had the costume first and there was nothing really that she could do about it. I even offered to pay extra for the costume so that they can make an extra profit. They said they cannot do that. I told them the last time an item scanned at the wrong price they overrid it and gave it to me for cheaper. They still would not give me the costume. So I had to look for other twin costumes for my son. He was really disappointed in not getting the costume that he wanted since January. They had other Mario costumes but not in my son's size. Finally they agreed to go as Harry Potter and Ron Weasley for their twin themed costumes.

Um ... Are you serious? You're blaming WALMART for another man's wanting a costume for his son?
It doesn't matter the reason, the man had it first. Suck it up and move on.
Walmart does NOT hate children! They just don't accommodate petty arguments between parents.
You should have gone sooner to get your costume, it's not their fault you waited and couldn't get your son the costume he wanted.
Walmart is a retail STORE, not some person trying to sell one of THEIR possessions in a garage sale!

Walmart not taking coupons or price matching

Not sure if this is the link for store scams but:

Wal-Mart the one on Lancaster NE in Salem Oregon is scamming its customers.

How you say by not taking coupons even manufacturer coupons. They also say they will match other stores prices but I presented the 10 for 10 dollars from Roths on two liter pop they said no. Also out of 11 coupons I presented to them "1" worked and they took. They say its the new system update and if the register cant scan it or can scan it and doesn't accept it there is nothing they can do. I spent 25.00 more than I should have. 25.00 I can make last for almost 4 days in meals for my wife or me. It also can pay for my asthma meds or my wife's anxiety meds, so its a big deal. They were also rude about it even when I asked for a supervisor they told me there is nothing they can do its the new update. Call 1800 WAL-MART if you are unhappy, I did and had a nice person on the other end they took my info said a store manager would call me with my concerns. I told them I will be contacting the media if I do not hear from them by the end of business on on 10/25 and then after that for fraud with the attorney general. I called on 10/24 in the morning.

All the coupons were valid and new. The items in my cart matched the coupons as well. They said they are losing 100s if not thousands of customers weekly.

please help.. If not me someone else who falls for this. It says in their TV ads they match other stores prices and take coupons even other stores. They even have a new one for Halloween candy I just saw.

This is wrong. And I'm not someone that uses coupons at all. Our check from SSDI has to last three weeks this time not two so im really stretched. Matter in fact I may have to visit a food bank later next we

I hate the new system that Walmart has on scanning coupons. I purchase my newspapers inside the store at Walmart, they are manufacter coupons. If it want scan on your new system they no longer can handkey it in. This is really stupid, these coupons are legitimate. You need to re-evaluate your new system, because i will have the cashier take the item off of my ticket, because if your store want use the coupon that i just got out of the newspaper, i sure am not going to purchase the item in your store. I don't care how many items they have to dig out of my bag to subtract, i refuse to pay full price for something i have a coupon on and you want take it. If everyone would do the same thing when you don't accept a manufacter coupon maybe you will straighten this issue out. A concerned customer!

Walmart ap associates

On July 14 2012 I had placed an order threw Walmart.com to be picked up at the Plaistow Nh Walmart location. I had done this using my boyfriends acct threw paypal.
We had been having a troubled relationship so unknown to him I ordered way over my usual limit that he gives me. Pay pal withdrew the money from the acct and sent it to Walmart.com. I have a receipt for this transaction. When Walmart.com called my boyfriend he had refused the order because it was expensive. Walmart.com had automatically cancelled the order. I had not known this and had gone to pick it up. The employees couldnt find me in their handheld or the register. They thought my order to not have been placed so I had to drive all the way back home to replace the order. The money had already been taking out of the account and there was a limited balance left so I had to revise the order. I replaced it printed out the order and copies of my paypal. And Waited for walmart to call. They told tell me this order wasnt ready still after a couple of hours i checked the website and it said it was cancelled. I said forget it and placed my order with Best Buy instead ordering all the same merchandise that I had on my walmart order.and went there instead because it was so frustrating.

On Sept 2 I had placed another order for pick up in the Plaistow, NH store. I had gone to Walmart.com again Once again I get there and they cannot find any record of this order. While I was there I I had three associates tell me they couldnt find it there was no record once again. All these items were instock in store on the computer. They had given me a million stories and excuses and i said that paypal had already taken the funds out of my acct. and I needed to cancel it then. So I could go pick up another present someplace else. By then I was there for an hour and a half already. It was very aggrevating. this kept happening. wasting my time and no one was getting me any answers. I still needed a present and all my funds were transfered to walmart.com on an acct that wasnt registering on the computers, So now Im extremely aggrevated because they cant cancel something they cant find, So I cant get the money put back into my account. So I asked for a manager and the Assistant manager went out back to find out what was going on . twenty minutes later still noone. And they cant do anything by then . i Told them they should have told me that or atleast kept me up to date with what was going on. When I got home there was a message to my boyfriend phone (who also happens to be an assistant manager at that Walmart) that I was down there causing a scene and that he should give me a call and take care of it. First of all I said we were working on our problems so he had no idea what was going on in my life right then. She had no rights to tell him where I was and what I was doing ordering and to take care of it. That was very much out of line and my business is personal. When I got home my order was canceled. It had been canceled by Walmart.com.
ow Walmart . com doesnt notify me its canceled so I call them. They said there wasnt anyway to verify my payment and how it was made. They already new it was paid for by Pay Pal. Well I guess the problem was that since he cancelled the first order they cancelled everyone after thinking it was a bad acct. so they had to refund pay pal for the payments. But because Walmart.com cancels them they dont end up going threw their handhelds for processing. And then it seems to take forever to get our money back. So I lose twice over.
Now once again in October Roger had placed an order threw there (but in the mean time he has no idea as to whats going on with my shopping habits. And went to pick it up. It was an in store item.. He was limited for time and in a rush He got the tv gave them his paid receipt and left.
Now me and my boyfriend Roger HAD resolved our issues. And yesterday he was called to the office to be reprimanded because I ordered items off his paypal acct. Now if they are cancelled orders placed and done at home how does it becomes any of the stores business? Why is my boyfriend Roger held accountable for orders that are placed at home just because he is employed there. Isnt our life personal? The very slanderous AP Associate that was there told him that i place orders cancel them and pick the merchandise up with fake forms before it can be cancelled in the system, Threw experience of many cancelled orders of walmart if the order was cancelled it disapeears right away in the system and there isnt even anytime to put the order together. Now he is telling my boyfriend that I take the items and walk out of the store with them. So because of his really poor job skills. And his apparent wanting to make himself look really good for some reason. He spread gossip lies and untrue remarks about me. My boyfriend still had no idea what happened and was blind sided but wanted to take responsibility for something (guilt over or own personal problems prevailed) and was coersed into making a statement. He lost his job. All he knows is that I did have some new stuff but it was stuff purchased at best buy when my walmart order wouldnt go threw. So they are pretty much the same items. Walmarts AP had stated I was a thief and had screwed the system canceling the order and saying I picked up merchandise and walked out of the store with out paying for it. I never picked up an order. There would never be an account number a pick up form a singnature or anything on Walmarts camera to suggest otherwise. This man is spreading lies gossip and Untrue facts accusing me of something that never happened.
He has totally invaded my privacy embarressed me by belittlinging me and saying im a criminal. Well if he did his job he would have called Walmart.com and seen that they cancelled the orders and maybe if he did his job and went threw the tapes and could point me out in anytone of them being anywhere near merchandise. Instead he has been spreading vicious gossip and lies. He could of atleast questioned me since it was my order my cancelations my shopping trips to the store and I could have explained the whole story to him. Now because apparently AP has a personal problem with me in order to degrade me the way he did. My boyfriend isnt sure what happened and what kind of person I am cause he was trapped in a room with cooworkers where they were filling his head with nothing but bold faced lies.
walmart.com
Attached is the copies of my orders the cancellations the payments threw paypal and the only merchandise I ever had my hands on was threw Best Buy that is also included. I would really appreciate some help As soon as possible in regards to this matter. Not sure who is accountable Walmart, Walmart.com For sure the AP assoc and the ###.mgr that day
Have all paperwork on all accounts to prove it

Walmart racism - I was set up by csm and security guard.

I went to pay for an item that rang up at the wrong price. I told them the item cost $12.97 but it rang up at $19.97. So I argued with the cashier. They said since the bar code did not match that I would have to pay $19.97. Then I saw the CSM talking to someone else. The CSM after talking to that person said to give me to it for that price. Then when I left the store the person the CSM was talking to told me he was arresting me for fraud because he had me on camera changing the price tag. You know what they did not need to set me up. Since they already knew that I had changed the price they should have told me no they could not give it to me for $12.97. No instead they allowed me to purchase it for the incorrect price and arrested me for fraud. If they had refused to give it to me for that price then I would not have done this again. I feel that I was discriminated against because I am black

I did not break any laws. I had no idea that this was against the law. You guys automatically assume that because I am black that I am guilty. Well that is not the case so in the words of Prince William and Tasha shut the f**k up. You must all be white to know that blacks are treated differently that you guys. We are targeted, watched in stores ect. As a matter of fact if I were not black I would not be surprised if they believed the price wsa $12.97 and given it to me for that price no questions asked. Even if they did not they certainly would not suspect me and start watching me. You whites don't know how to read or choose to ignore the evidence. The fact remains I am being targeted (regardless of doing wrong) because I am black. Not whether I did wrong or not.

Tasha I don't like it when there are false claims of racism but this clearly is racism. If I were white I feel they would just have told me that the price does not match the barcode and not let me get away with it.

First born Triplet you must be a security guard at Walmart. That is the exact same thing the security guard said. Well go f*ck yourself. The point is if I were white I feel that they would have just refused to give it for the lower price, but because I am black they set me up. This is not about my doing something wrong which I admit, this is about being discriminated against because I am black.

CaryGrant, if that is who really are ... Ha, Ha, Ha. This means that your post is fake, too. You are really nieve. On any site for comments a person can disguise who they are, when they set up their account, therefore, this post about stealing is very valid. This person was looking for sympathy and not getting it! There are many out there that do just what she did. Get you head out of the sand. Don't be as ignorant as she is ... Enough said!.

You are nuts! ... Your comment: 24th of Oct, 2012 by I was set up ... I did not break any laws. I had no idea that this was against the law. You are off you rocker! Everything you just said is so ignorant. You were Not targeted because you are black, and you have not been judged automatically because you are black, it was your behavior and actions. And your vulgarity shows your immaturity. It does not matter what race you are. Obviously, you were behaving suspeciously to draw attention to yourself ... You caused Your Own Judgment. The majority of stores have loss prevention people and hiddent devices to observe shoppers like You, No Matter the Race, who are trying to rip off the store by short-changing and stealing a purchase by fraudulent means. Since the beginning of time this is stealing; guess what, most punishment was either mutilation or death in the older times and still is in the middle east and undeveloped countries. No matter how advanced this world gets like is now, it is not perfect, but the stores have to protect their interests, because your behavior costs the rest of us by the increase of prices due to You acts, like what your did. The cashier is there to check you out and it rang up correctly because of the bar code, but You Complained about being Over Charged. The CSM came over and did their job to make the decision for the cashier and based on Your Complaint, and it Is Not their job to do the Loss Prevention person"s job watching the monitor or scanning the tape of your shopping and changing the price. It is the loss prevention person who holds you accountable because they observed You doing an illegal act and they called you on it after the purchase and Not because of your race that you are so ademently screaming. You really have a lot to learn about the law, your responsiblity to others and truthfulness and honesty. And if you knew the Bible, it says in the Eighth Commandment, "Thou shalt Not Steal". The store had every right to hold you accountable and you can scream all you want and No One with any commonsense will agree with you. Just another lier, deceiver and selfish person with No accountability. Grow Up!

Really? You change a price on a product and you accuse the store for Racism? You complain that you were incorrectly charged, when You frauduantly changed a price to steal it for a lesser price, and they are Racist? Where is your responsibility, humility, morality, accountability and commensense? You do not need another chance because you already had a chance to be a trustworthy and honest citizen, and You Failed. There are plenty in your race that are responsible and trustworthy and would not be caught dead behaving in such a way nor associate with those like you. You are one of many that are a Poor example to your race. No wonder there such a problem with your race's young to old due to the lack of values, morality, humility, accountability, respect and trustworthyness. Grow up!

Really? Your are complaining about being set up? Racism? You have got to be kidding! YOU Set the Store Up for Your Shenanigans ... You received what you deserved including embarrassment. What you were doing is stealing by changing a price and they should have brought charges against you. You have no excuse or right to complain while you were in the store or now. You are irresponsible and a bad example to your race. People like you repulse me. No wonder there are others of your race, who continue to display such behavior and actions. Thank goodness there are many in your race that maintain higher standards and morals that are just as disgusted with you and those in your league. Just grow up!

Walmart rehire

I am in my 60's. This economy is horrible for so many. Not only young people and families having difficulties getting work, but older people want or need to work, too. In a prior year I had worked at Walmart for 1 month as a temporary cashier for the holidays. I really liked cashiering and helping the customers with the variety of purchases that Walmart offers. During my time there I was told they really liked me and wanted to keep me on, so I was to update my info. A few weeks later with holiday coming to a close and business slowing the mgr. stated they did not have the hours for me so could not keep me on, and told me to reapply in 60 days. I was surprised but it seemed normal that this would happen. Well after several months I decided to reapply and was told they were recommending me for rehire. I checked back several times and was told that they decided to go with someone else, and the last time I called I asked when I could expect to return to cashier. I was told that despite liking me, they were not selecting me for rehire because I was not catching on and had made mistakes; and did not offer me any other position available, if they did not want me to do cashiering … fishy. I was shocked because no one ever said anything or suggested I retrain in an area I am lacking in the four weeks I was there or nothing was said or an exit interview done, when I left on very good terms. I am not crazy about the pay but I accepted it because Walmart claimed to have a good work environment and cared about their people. I told people how impressed I was with Walmart, regardless, of how some higher ups would blow you off, always looking mean, cold, tactless and did not portray this mindset. They appeared not to follow their own Walmart ethics. As a result my opinion of Walmart has sullied. I have read on another Walmart complaint blog how people who had done outrageous things were let go and rehired (cashier walking off the job was allowed back a few days later; someone did something inappropriate was let go and rehired). I cannot believe it, I am very disappointed and hurt. Well, I will No Longer be shopping at Walmart, if at all possible, because there are plenty of other economical stores in the area. Older people may not be as quick as the younger but they deserve better. When we are older or a functioning disabled person, we still have many years of the right to work or are we to just drop dead and not bother anyone for the rest of our lives whether for a long or short time, and this makes me wonder about our wounded and disabled veterans opportunities ... same treatment? EOE? I think not.

restless58. Sorry about what you had & continue to go through. As you may have read some of the earlier comments done by either young ignorant or the total disrespectful, it is no wonder our Country is going down the tubes. When we were young, there were very few jobs for women or more stereo typed jobs and rare non-traditional. The majority of women did not have to work except as housewives and the job was their family and stability of faith by worshiping God, and young people were more respectful. Sadly some had to work as they became widowed, abandoned or divorced, which was not spoken about or not as common. We may have not understood or cared about the older people, but we did not insult them like they do now. No one told me at Walmart I was old, but I had asked the HR person why I was being side-stepped as a cashier. She kindly said the manager had said he wanted to go with someone else, then she stated that I had made mistakes, I was not catching on and they had concerns. I told her that if I was doing something, then I should have been advised what was wrong, which should have been the first step instead of laying me off ... that is appropriate action. When cashiering, there are many times someone else uses your register and could have made errors. You have register records for each cashier but you really cannot tell who made an error in a cash drawer, generally. I could have made an error but I was more conscientious and I think I was blamed for what others did on my register. CMO's could be more conscientious, helpful and encouraging instead of stern, off-putting and disrespectful or take off after helping you then taking off instead of waiting that a problem did not reoccur for that transaction ... that was very lacking. There was no Effort to resolve the issue by discussing my issue or resolve by some retraining and making an effort to make you feel like part of the team. Walmart keeps claiming they are so wonderful and I do not believe they display or practice what they preach. I told HR that I was shocked, insulted and offended. Whether that was relayed, I do not know, but it does not matter. Walmart does not care. Never called me back to show some respect or concern. All I have to say is to keep doing what you can with what you have and enjoy the people that care about you. I have to keep moving forward myself because it is not my right to give up ... work through it. If you believe in God/Jesus, then you know that God knows his plan for your life and will see you through it as you trust him ... His greatest plan for believers is eternity with Him. May God give you comfort, strength and contentment as you go through life ... I have to keep my focus on Him, as well, and He will see me through, too.

I'm 58 years old I lost my job at Wal-Mart 5 years ago after I was threaten by assistant manager about my age in with the new and out with the old I lost my job two days later been struggling ever since . the older people knows what people wants were the young people don't care and take advantage of the old to cover up their work but with out us we started before computers registers you had to count the money back to the customers. we had people in department that could help customers I worked for over 38 years in retail and when I went on a interview I had already been interviewed three times with an hour and you could hear them talking what really gets me they called me old some weren't far from my age and then I applied for full time was offered part time making way less than I do now not getting credit for what I know and when I saved Wal-Mart thousands of dollars there going to be a day when they lose their full time job and half to take a part time job and how hard it is to pay bills the younger crowd don't care sam didn't treat people like they do now

Walmart wrong price on item - not honored!!!

Walmart - Stockbridge, GA -- Store # 3402 - Customer Svc. Needs Improvement: While shopping at this walmart store on Saturday, Oct 13 2012, I needed an electronic tooth brush set, so I picked a 3 piece Oral-B set product # [protected] which was stocked with a price of $9.97...However, when I checked out it the price that rung up was $24.97, I was told by the cashier that she could not reverse as I had already processed the sale and paid..Therefore, I visited the customer service department and the young lady told me they probably would not "honor" the incorrect price even though as you can clearly see on the picture, the tooth brushes were stocked incorrectly with a pricing of $9.97. She asked her manager who I am guessing was the "department manager" and the manager also did not honor the price difference. I returned the product and they processed a credit back to my CC, though it has not yet hit my account 3 days later. The complaint I have is that such a large company I would think that prides themselves of being "customer oriented" DID NOT honor this one time price issue, given they would probably have corrected... I believe this particular store needs to IMPROVE their customer service practice and hopefully they will also speak to their stock person!...WALMART REMEMBER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES CAN HURT YOUR BUSINESS AND BRANDING!

I can see how the confusion with the pricing could be very frustrating. It does appear though that the 3 PK was $24.97, and the interchangeable tips were $9.97. It seems like anyone could simply swap an item's place, and claim it was 'mislabeled'.

Next time, I might suggest pursuing other options for contacting customer service. Store managers are often concerned with increasing profitability, so it seems understandable that he wouldn't want to honor a price difference that the customer could manipulate. By calling Walmart's customer service, who are focused solely on resolving customer complaints, you might have achieved better results.

Walmart cmi voids warranty

I am SFC Scott Staggs. I had my oil changed by Walmart 12 August 2012 while en-route to the Senior Leaders Course in FT Jackson SC. I was to be at PT 0600 AM. I stopped at the East town Walmart in Knoxville 3051 Kinzel Way [protected].They were closing but agreed to do my oil change. I Paid at 1730 (aprox) and drove less than 3 miles when my car began to knock violently. I pulled in to the very next exit (strawberry Plains Knoxville 8 miles from store)) I called back only 10 minutes after leaving the store the Department manager explained that he would quickly file a claim with the department that handles this and call me back he called back in 10 minutes with a claim Number 6676655 and a number [protected]. He told me "everything would be handled" I expected that because of my warranty that protects me from workmanship and material failure I was in good hands. My wife came 60 miles from my home picked me up and took me to Fort Jackson for school she returned quickly as she is a School teacher with the Knoxville Christan School. I continued with training. On Thursday 17 August I was concerned by no return calls from CMI. I called the Walmart they stated they cannot work with with me as the claim was filed. I called Wiegles the location of the breakdown. I was dismayed to discover the car was in the parking lot! I demanded that CMI put a person on the phone I was forced to call the Operator of the phone system and she physically made a adjuster get on the phone. I told the adjuster David Hornton I couldn't believe my car was sitting for almost a week. He said I should have it towed to a local lot and have the vehicle inspected to determine the cause of failure. I called Leaks towing and they picked my car up Friday 18 August 2012. After I confirmed the car was in the hands of Leaks I asked him to do a detailed inspection and report that to CMI. Tuesday 21 August I call Mr Leak he states he cannot get a person to return his call or answer the phone at CMI He didn't feel comfortable touching the car until it was confirmed that he was supposed to inspect the vehicle. I called CMI and again used the only technique to get to a person. ( just a point I never even to this day spoke to my original adjuster). I spoke to David Hornton again he changed the process stating they would send out a inspector. I thought this would be done quickly however the inspector didn't show up until Friday 24 August 2012 a full 12 days after the vehicle was destroyed. During the inspection the inspector hired by Walmart and paid to inspect my vehicle couldn't even identify a the special and specific oil filter made available only to Walmart at a lower cost (FRAM). He states there is no sign of leaking or spray. He states this appears to be staged and is not consistent with oil filter leak due to lack of oil around the filter adapter. I called Monday 27 August again using the operator ( as this date I have been called back 3 times and returned emails once with my 20-25 emails send and to many phone messages to even count) Mr Hornton was very careful reading the report leaving out a majority of detail as I discovered reading the report later. I hit on the filter point and the lack of excessive oil. I pointed out the Fram filter COR4667 is only distributed to Walmart. This is key in the "Staged" statement and the car was sitting in Wiegles 5 miles from the oil change facility for 6 days then at Leaks for another 6 days. This car is Mid Engine and has Louvers that allow air and rain to run over the engine. It was incompetent to allow this time to pass and i stated I cleaned up the oil mess at Weigles with kitty litter provided by the store manager. I offered him her contact information. Leaks also stated to me the parking spot (I pushed the car to a less busy spot in the parking lot the night of failure) had oil from the engine compartment from run off. I later discovered one sticking point to the report was the filter not having oil pooled. The filter on the Toyota MR2 is set a 45 degree vertical position. The filter would have drained back into the engine within hours of the failure. David Thornton said he would do me a (favor) and send out another inspector. He stated I would have to have the engine tore down to-point of failure. Leaks stated they didn't want to deal with the aggravation so I paid them for there services and had the vehicle towed to Rick Mcgillls Toyota the same day. Joe Hansard from the Toyota dealership called me to let me know the vehicle was ready for inspection he also states his Tech sees obvious oil deprivation scars on the crank. I called left messages with Jason Weeks (new adjuster) and David Hornton that the vehicle was ready 3 days later Joe Hansard called to let me know that the car was holding up a bay and he hasn't heard anything from CMI. Again I called using the Operator. I spoke to Jason Weeks and had it out with him.I then wanted to speak to the department supervisor. Jennifer Pikens to whom I was told was told was the department head never responded for at least a week after the final inspection was always in a meeting or away for training I spoke to her secretary and request daily a return call. I was informed the next day 30 August 2012 the inspector did show and the Toyota tech discussed the issues with the car. I was told by the Toyota Tech he thought the inspector was hired by me as he was clearly stating the engine failed due to oil deprivation pointing out how well the engine looked for its age. I felt it was finally over. Jason Weeks for the first time in a month calls me. He had a proud arrogant tone referring to the report. He read the report over the phone again leaving out key detail I would later read in the physical report. He stated that Walmart will not cover this due to my failure to maintain my vehicle and the engine lost the oil that caused the oil deprivation due to the hole in the block. I quickly noticed the fallacy. How can you blame the failures on the effect of the failure. There wasn't a hole in the block before the engine failed. He stated that non the less walmart will not cover my "alleged" loss. I was dumbfounded that both reports were poor, incomplete, and absurd.

I called Jennifer Pikens and of course no response for two days. Finally I speak to her only to find out she is a loss prevention manager. I still to this day do not know the chain of concern for CMI. She stated she wasn't technical but she would look into my claim. I forwarded her the rebuttal letter from me, Toyota's Tech, Service records for my car showing Walmart performed all service on this car for the last 2 years from 208, 000 mile to current on time and within the 3000 miles recommended. I was told she would contact me . I waited a week with no response. I contacted CMI and on target I was forced to use the Operator. David Hornton told me that CMI is still holding fast to the report. I contacted the Johnson City Walmart Marketing Manager and his office called to confirm this was the status. I recieved a email from Jennifer Pikens today saying she was backing the report stating the oil loss was from the hole in the block that was caused by the failiuer. I contend CMI cannot use the clean hand defense as the reports are so Bias and they include lies that I have proven technicaly (engine dont fail from oil deprevation after they lock up) I never touched the oil filter I was in Ft Jackson! (Mcgills Toyota confimed this in a letter to Jennifer) this proves dishonesty. Automotive Adjusters are located in Florida yet they were hired to travel to Tennessee? I called then they stated "We 1000's of these and they dont have to give me an explaination" (however he just did)

CMI is backing the Technical reports that are not only misspelled they are laughable. They commit libel stating I brought tyhe Oil filter in at a later date. I need assistance in this and I can provide detailed pictures to include a technical report from Mcgills Toyota and complete maintence records of my car. I contacted several attorneys from the Walmart project and they request 5, 000 retainer fee. I cannot pay this amount as I am PCS (Perment Change of Station) next month.

Since my car was destroyed I have been pushed around and wasted over 20-30 hours of time on the phone filing complaints with Walmart Corporate twice. I have produced solid proof that the Automotive Adjusters are not Bias and are in the pockets of Walmart. Walmart self insures CMI and I am against a giant! If CMI is a (insurance) how can they operate in this fashion? I want my car paid for, My rental car that I finally had to return paid for and I truly feel "pain and suffering" Please if you can help me in any way It would be greatly appreciated.

Wal-mart changed my oil they are libel

my insurance was never involved I use AUSA and never an issue with them...see I had my oil changed and walmart placed a defective filter on my car...I was told on the night of the engine failure...12 August 2012 I was told that night CMI would handle everything...I didnt know who CMI was...I thought maybe they were Customer Managment Incorporated...I had no ideal they were an insurance company owned by Walmart to determine liability. The car sat in the parking lot of wiegles in Knoxville for 6 days while I was in FT Jackson. I thought walmart had picked it up and had it in there possion...I found out Friday they had done nothing and the car was still in the parking lot...Wiegles had all right to tow it away but they didnt. Walmart damaged my vehicle the company that wlamart owns (CMI) denied my claim based on a report from a Walmart paid company (Automotive Adjusters) does this make sense? I didnt have a chance. I was supposed to have a Warranty ...but I didnt and anyone who has issues with Walmart will have a chance for fairness... they wont view Toyota's diagnosis...does this make sense?

http://cmiw.com/privacypolicy.htm Notice the customer email address CMIW@ they say the are adminstrators however the company is property of Walmart the employees of CMI are Walmart employee. you cannot get a fair shake if you have major issues that involve CMI.

Walmart is CMI, CMI is owned by Walmart. They dont tell you that until they deny your claim. Search Cliams Managment Incorperated. I also called the Arkansas Insurance board they stated that since they are self insured they dont have to follow state mandate. So I cant even file a complaint. ...Automotive Adjusters (they are in Florida)...now they contract with CMI (again who is Walmart) to inspect the vehicle worked on by Walmart. I will include the report in a day or so... Automotive Adjusters are paid by Walmart again I cant get a fair shake. Why would Walmart pay a man to travel from Florida to Knoxville TN? Knoxville is a major city with 1000's of ASE certified mechanics. The guy that broke the engine down is a Toyota ASE and Factory certified Technician. They wont even accept a email from him!

Yes allot ramblin...sorry..my issue is with CMI they are self insured by the parent company Walmart. Leaks did a great job of picking the car up quickly then towing to Knoxvillle Toyota. Mcgills did a great job of accepting the car then breaking it down quickly. My complaint is CMI used a Company they knew would place blame on the customer and denied my claim. I paid Leaks, Toyota, and for my rental car. I am left with no car and expenses I have already paid. Walmart place a defective filter on my car. My car failed within 10 minutes and the res of course is in the rambling...

Walmart stripped my drain plug and are pulling the same BS on me stating CMI iss a third party non biased claims company, which is BS the guy who called me asked what happened in my own words, and not 2 seconds later informed me that they had denied my claim earlier in the day after speaking to the store, And tried to tell me a drain plug can only be stripped going in not out..WTF I have spoken to several mechanics that say this is bull if the tool is at the wrong angle pressure unevenly air powered wrenches, If the try to BUST it loose with a torque or breaker bar hammer wood block etc.. can all cause cross threading the store offered to put a expansion plug but tried to make me sign stating when I left the store they couldn't be held liable. then the retention manager said don't do anything. So my car goes in fine they mess it up offer no assistance then NCI- A division of Walmart denies my claim before talking to me, and funny it says in my BBB response from them this hornton guy is a supervisor great now we know how they promote withing the company to. this fiasco which could have been fixed by them for 122 has now cost me in the well in thousand's of dollars for repairs missed work the other damage it caused to the car my girl having to miss overtime etc... to add insult to injury I work with a former auto tech from Walmart who said "Oh yeah that happens all the time, that's why they keep expansion plugs in stock for the Tire center" he went on further to state that they aren't even ASE certified, and that they use Air Tools, or torque or breaker bars to loosen them all the time sometimes hitting with a hammer or wood block to BUST it open which does cause cross threading . He stated this is common at all locations . What a Fiasco THANKS ALOT WALMART I will not be shopping there anymore

Walmart misappropriation of funds

The company did allowed unauthorized deduction from my card. I did file a complaint and did request
the compromised card to be canceled and a new card issued to prevent any further unauthorized deductions.
A supervisor for Walmart money card did indicate that a 3 month hold would have to be place on the funds in
the account pending resolution. I was assured that the monies would not be released and would be made
available in the 3rd month. On the 3rd month I checked the account and noticed the funds were still frozen,
I then contacted Walmart Money-card and was assured by their representative that the funds would be
released the following day, after checking the account I noted the account was in deficit, After speaking to the supervisor
I was told the funds were released to the company that initially made the unauthorized charge in the first case, and that
I had no recourse to get my funds returned. How convenient that this occurred the day after I request the funds be
released, 3 months after the fact, on a new card that was issued, specifically to keep this kind of thing from happening.

I am a decorated combat disabled veteran that lives on a very small veterans disability pension. I cant begin to imagine just how many other disabled veterans and or disadvantaged citizens Walmart does this too. I will no longer give Walmart my business and call upon all of you who have been ripped off or harmed by Walmart to do the same.

Walmart treatment of cashier

I went through the cashier checkout with my 4 year old grandson and he saw a pillow pet on the wall along where the restroom is and decided that he wanted that instead of the items I just paid for. As we were walking to the customer service desk to make the exchange, I here the cashier screaming are you gonna pay for that and I said I am going to customer service to pay for it and she kept screaming she did not pay for the pillow pet over and over again. I was making the exchange when a young boy came up to me at the customer service desk and asked me after I paid for the item in question and asked me if I was going to pay for it and the lady at customer service responded it was already paid for. I was very upset that this women screamed so loud that I hadn't paid for my item when she could not have done the transaction for me. I have never been treated so badly in a store ever.

Walmart jewelry dept

Walmart on 8th street colorado springs, co...I have already quit using pharmacy due to them losing my prescription.

Now, the jewelry dept has totally lost my business due to customer service and not knowing there job. I recently had a set of rings on layaway which were paid in full on 9/20/12 which were supposed to go out for sizing the next day. On 9/20/12 we stood in line to make our final payment for 11/2 hours to get anyone to help us.

We finally got a mgr Sharon to help us and she accepted our pmt and sized my rings and said they would go out for sizing next day.

WELL, we stopped in on 10/03/12 to check status of my rings...The girl finally found them and they were sitting in the bottom of a drawer and never sent out ! We were told us she could send them out and it would be another 4-6 weeks, Your compant definately needs to learn how to treat there customers better,

I recieved a total refund of $329.00 and I will bring my business elsewhere...Diane Bohne
