Walmart if you value your eye sight, stay away

Dr. Broca at Walmart vision misdiagnosed my eyes and became outraged when told. The court in Kingman misplaced my compliant several times to prevent me from having my small claim heard. Intelligent Dr. Broca hired an attorney and moved the case to the supreme court. I was asking the court for the return of $300. spent on correcting this doctor's mistake. She preferred to paid an attorney than do the right thing. She refused to re-exam my eyes.

In court she was loud, name calling, refusing to answer the questions that I asked of her. She snatched papers out of my hand, all while on the witness stand. I acted as my own attorney. Judge Jill Davis, out of Lake Havasu was asked to here the case in Kingman because after the run around to get my case heard I didn't trust the Kingman's Judges to be fair.

Dr. Broca changed the trial from small claims court, to the supreme court. I asked for a jury trial. First, I was told yes to the jury trial and then no. During the trial, the judge allowed the doctor to do and say whatever she wanted to. I tired of the situation and ask the judge to do something. Then, she asked the attorney to take his client out the court room and talk with her.

No decision was made that day, I received a letter stating that the case is ordered to be dismissed. No explanation. Over a year working on this case for it to be dismissed without a word, as to why. That justice!

Walmart scam

I googled a specific man and got a pop-up telling me 'this is not a joke. you are the one milklionth (I think that was the number) person and you qualify for a $1, 000. gift card'. It turned out that they wanted a lengthy count of my co-ordinates, leading to an 'activation code' at phone no. [protected]. If I had continured, I would be signing up for a $17.00 monthly service. I don't want any of that.

This is a scam, plain and simple, started under the crudest of false promises. I never would have believed Walmart would go so low! Sheila Whitzman. I expect an apology and stop that disgusting cheap practice!

I got on-line to set up a trip with Sam's club travel because I had a coupon. I was comforted to see that they utilize Expedia since I use this site all the time for business and person trip planning. I ended up having to cancel the trip 3 days before I was to leave. From a 704.00 trip they would only refund 121.00 because they said that they do not get a refund from the hotel. I have planned numerous trips with Expedia and know that is not their policy. I was put on hold with their "customer service" dept for over an hour and never allowed to talk to a supervisor.

That is a scam Shelia, the real Walmart corporation has nothing to do with it. I'm sure they would stop the practice if they could but most of these scams operate outside of North American and the police have difficulty tracking the people involved.

The same thing happen to me. They credited my account, but I didn't get a $25.00 gift card. If you need something in 7-10 days don't expect to get it by the date it says. I've ordered other things and nothing is recieved by the due date.

If you haven't received your money back for your order yet, go back in, ask to speak to a salaried member of management and tell them you want a refund for your order. They are able to refund your order from the Site to Store computer in the back. Even if they cannot find your order. I know, I run the site to store in my store in RI. What most likely happened is they checked your stuff in and then lost it in the store. Therefore it is their responisibility to refund it to you. Tell them you want your money credited back to your card. If they say they cannot do it, then call 1-800-WALMART and explain your situation. Not only will you get your money back, but you will get a gift card fro $25.

Walmart too harsh on child stealing.

As I was entering the store they caught a young child shoplifting. He must have been about 10-11 years old. He was shopping alone. He stole a few trading cards(which by the way are overpriced). I am not defending his actions however I am sure that he learned his lesson. He was crying when they took him in and he promised that he would not do this again. I felt bad for the boy and thought just let him go obviously he made a mistake and you guys are frightening him and he won't make this same mistake again. He did not want them to involve his parents. He promised not to do this again if they did not call his parents. I am not complaining, just felt bad for the boy and thought that he had already learned his lesson and they were being too harsh on him.

Guys, when I made my last post on June 27th I was in denial. The truth is my son really did not steal the XBOX controller but he stole a few other things, and he has been doing the same at Target as well. Right now he was kicked out of school for fighting and beating up a younger disabled boy with MS for his Iphone. I am at witts end and don't know what to do with him.

CONTINUED: other children the entire time. So I left I called walmarts headquarters and complained. 3 to 5 days and we will see what happens. I'm not a bad mother, I have NEVER stolen and I do not condone it. If my son had done it at they showed me proof he would get punished but I cannot go around not ever believing my child, he would never trust me and then I'd have even more problems on my hands. A simple look at that video before accusations were thrown and a call to the cops if what u thought happened was revealed in a video would of been appropriate. A long over due confrontation was uneccessary, embarrasing to me, and fufilled me with A LOT of anger

My 12 year old son was accussed today at Walmart for stealing a XBOX controller while he was with me today. My son said he didn't do it. The employee kept badgering so eventually I told the employee why are you speaking to me with such attitude and he said your sons stealing. By the way when were approached the employee had the remote in hand not my son. I asked the employee to see the video he said I don't have to how you. I said let me speak to a manager he said I am the manager. I asked him to leave me alone and he said I can call the cops and I said then do it. I wasn't finished shopping but I was done being harrased so I walked to checkout and this guy followed us. He never called the copa but his manager came, so after all this he was never the manager. She defended him as well and also badgered me as I was unloading a big cart with two o

Why should his parents be notified? BECAUSE HE COMMITTED A CRIME! You do not know that his parents will beat him. I work with children, so believe me, kids can turn on the waterworks when they want to. This child was old enough to know that what he was doing was wrong. He begged them not to tell his parents - which ANY kid will do, not just because they might get beaten. In fact, I have had children beg me not to tell their parents about incidents in the classroom, not because they will be beaten but "they will take away my xbox" or "they won't let me go on the computer" or "I can't watch tv/play with friends" basically they don't want to be punished. Hey, you do the crime, you do the time. Maybe next time he will think before deciding to steal again.

If they had let him go without any repercussions, what lesson would he have learned? That he can con adults into letting him get off when he gets caught?

Children and adults all need to learn that there are consequences for their actions.

Walmart proof of racism on tape.

This is the same lady that wouldn't greet me the last time I was at this store before I moved temporarily. Today I used my cell phone to record her not greeting me and then I let her know about it. I am going to post this to Youtube and send it to Wal-mart HQ also. Her job as a customer service representative is to greet ALL customers. Her excuse for not doing so was that I was on my cell phone when I pulled up. Yes, I was getting my cell phone ready to record what I thought was about to happen. It doesn't matter if I am on my cell phone or not anyway, she is supposed to be a customer service rep and greet EVERYBODY, not just white people.

Most business do not frown about being videotaped without their approval. They have security cameras and videotape us everyday without our approval so what difference does it make? It is okay to tape someone, you cannot tape a video with the sound recording on. Also I don't believe that she has racism issues, I believe that she thought that you were going to use your phone and did not want to interrupt you. Why do we have to go and start up with honkies and crackers and all the negative crap. Let's follow the advice of Rodney Brown " Why can't we all just get along " or something to that effect. I'm white, and they don't always greet me. Are the Greeters at my Wal-Mart racist against white people? Dear god, what a travesty of a life you must lead getting all worked up over something as trivial as this. It's not racism, they don't always greet everybody ... especially people with their phones in front of their faces.

"Why would Walmart have a problem with me videotaping the employee without her permission when the videotape me without permission. They have camera's all over their store so they have no problem with taping without someone's permission."

I will respond to you PM here. They might have cameras all over Walmart, but by entering the store you are giving consent to be filmed. Secondly, they do not post the video of customer on Youtube. Also, it isn't just that you filmed the employee, it is that businesses do not like any unapproved videotaping inside their building, for security reasons. If you cannot understand why, then I feel bad for you.

B
B
Burt Sandblaster

May 25, 2012 2:44 am EDT

You cannot prove that she did not greet you simply due to the colour of your skin. You also cannot prove that she has greeted every white person while neglecting to greet a person of another colour. You had your mobile phone out and you were playing with it, which could be seen as you making a call or being occupied, therefore she decided not to interrupt you.

The poor greeters cannot win. I have seen them get berated for deigning to welcome someone who was busy texting as they entered the store. Now they get called racist because they didn't greet someone who was busy with their phone. The woman did not know you weren't on the phone or making a call or texting, she simply saw that you were occupied with it, so chose to leave you be.

Finally, if the greeter at Walmart doesn't say hello to you and you get THIS upset about it, I think it might be time you seek therapy for your stress and anger management.

I do not always get a greeting from the person at the door, and it doesn't make me want to pull out my phone and film them.

Sometimes you just need to learn to let things go, otherwise you will end up with a heart attack or a stroke from stress due to your inability to not blow insignificant things out of all proportion.

M

MauiAL50

The OP may not have to worry about not being greeted if she does what she claims with the video. Most businesses frown upon filming on their premises without prior approval, so Walmart may just ban her.

Walmart rude employees

I have managed an elderly family member's health care including scripts for 2 years now.
last week i picked up some meds for this person. the next day i got an automatic call saying this person had meds to pick up. i asked him if he had something called in and he said no. 5 days later i get another automatic call saying a script is overdue for pick up. i had another script for eye drops to drop off. when i went in i asked what was waiting for pickup [how would i know if they hadn't called my phone!

the high school dropout who weighs 300 lbs got nasty with me and said she couldn't give out that info to me. neverming i am the contact person which means he has given me premission to have info on his meds. i stated that this is why i go to another pharmacy for my family's script needs. she then got even ruder and threw the script and me and told me to go somewhere else. i told her that i would not put up with her ### attitude.

i then asked to speak to the manager. i told him i was not happy and he got rude with me as well and refused to give me the regional manager's number, saying he was not allowed. even tho he gave it to a friend 2 days earlier.

i called 1-800 walmart and filed a complaint. the regional manager debbie allen called and basically backed up her employees, no surprise. telling me that the law requires i bring in a copy of the P.O, A. the patient has signed.

really...for 2 years they have allowed me access. which means for 2 years they have been violating HIPPA LAW!

SO IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO BE TREATED LIKE DOG DOO, FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY!

My daughter went to pick up my perscription. The pharmacy has a sign saying it closes at 9pm . First the Pharmacist had another customer cut in front of her after being ignored for maybe 10 mins. Second another employee yells at her that she can help her . Third the employee starts to argue about my birth date. She ask for the date the answer was giver wrong.(If she knew the date?). Fourth My daughter move away from the counter, the employee yelled at her to be there by 8:45. (My daughter was standing in the center isle by then.) My daughter had her two little daughters with her so she had to do some shopping quickly too. She arrived at the window at 8:58. The employees were walking out, the pharmacy was closed. There were two of them and when my daughter said she needed to pick up my perscriptions, they told her she should have been there ay 8:45. The sign says Closes at 9pm why are they closing at 8:45? I thought this pharmacy was there so you can shop and get you perscription convinently. The rude EMPLOYEES at this Walmart may have bad days but we did not tell them to work there or the long hours(IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM). The attitude of these employees seem to be getting worst. The customer services really needs a refresher.

Your daughter were asked to be back at 8:45. It takes times to pick up a prescription. Wal-Mart requires that all new medications must be counseled. I don't feel sorry for you one bit. You are a patient at the pharmacy, not a customer. You are not always right. Store management has no authority in the pharmacy. Those employees wanted to go home. They weren't closing at 8:45, they were requesting that your daughter be back so they could have time to take care of here and close when they are supposed to. Next time your are late for a plane, why don't you try calling the airline and ask them to hold the plane for you...see what happens. Be more respectful of the pharmacy personnel and arrive at the pharmacy at a reasonable time to pick up your prescriptions. Coming up to the counter at 8:58 (I'll bet anything it was 9:00), was irresponsible of your daughter. Her additional shopping could have waited until after she picked up the prescription.

Walmart tricked into 2 year phone contract

I was told if I did get into a two year contract that I would be eligible for upgrade discounts on phones. I’ve been out of contract for years and the only reason I agreed to get back into contract was if I could purchase a phone at walmart. I asked the rep”if I do this will I be able to purchase a phone at Walmart and be eligible to get they’re discount or upgrade specials?” She said “yes”. I asked again ” are you sure they’re not gonna say I’m not eligible for they’re specials because I didn’t do the contract through them?”

She said “No” that I would be eligible for FULL UPGRADES and that I could get a phone at Walmart or anywhere else. I said ” ok because that was the only reason I was considering getting into contract”. I just wanted to get a deal on a new phone, I have had my old Nokia flip phone for years! It does not work that good and well I would like to stay up with technology and wanted to get a Galaxy or sensation, it would really help me with my job.

I’ve been with you guys for awhile and have spent a lot of my hard earned money with your company. I’ve always paid my bills on time, why is so hard to get a lil help to a loyal customer? Why do I have to go through so much and still could not get help for the one thing I really needed. When I went to Walmart they said that I wasn’t eligible, when I called you guys I was told that I was NOT eligible for upgrades or specials! Now I’m in a contract that I feel I was miss led or tricked into just so I would sign on a two year contract.

I’m stiil in the same position I was in, but now I’m in a contract for two years. If you can’t help me, please release me from this contract so that I can take advantage of some other special that would get me into a galaxy phone with instant rebate and or discount.

Unfortunately, third party retailers of phones such as walmart, target etc go only by what it says in their systems and since they aren't an actual corporate location, they can't look up notes or anything posted in your account showing you were eligible. Since the contract was signed over the phone, it didn't show you as eligible anymore in their systems. What you need to do is call back on the phone explaining what happened and you'll probably need to go to a corporate location for your provider to receive the deals on the phone or have them send you a phone by mail. It sucks, but I worked at both a third party retailer for cell phones, and a corporate location and this kind of things happened all too often but could generally be rectified by going to the corporate store.

Walmart last car battery i'll buy from walmart auto

I bought a Everstart battery from the local Wal Mart store about three years ago. I went out tonight to take the wife over to her brothers house and the Battery was dead. I took my battery tester and checked the battery and it showed bad. When I bought the battery they told me it had a 7 year warrenty and the first two years it was free replacement. I got no paperwork to show this just his word. Well when I took the battery into the store to get it replaced, afirst thing the automotive store was closed at 8pm.

I went to customer service and they tol me that someone was there and just take the old battery back to the rear of the store for service. Well I walked to the rear of the store and no one was there, I returned to the Service desk and they then told me to go get the replace battery off the shelve and bring it to the service desk. I once again walked to the rear of the store and found the battery and put it in a cart and returned to the service counter.

By now I an totally worn out for I am 76 years old and not in the best of shape. Well the girl said that the battery was more than two years and they was no warrenty left. I said what about the prorated warrenty, she said they no longer do that. Well how can someone once they sell you something with a warrenty change the warrenty at a later date. Then the girl took a tester and put on the battery and said it just needed charged.

Look I spent almost 50 years in the Automotive business with my own service center in Tampa. I have tested thousands of batterys and sold and replaced thousands. and this little 20 year old girl is telling me the battery is no good. She said to leave the battery there and they would try to charge it the next day and then I could pick it up or pick up the replacement battery then. Well I for one only have one car, I had a Dr appointment the next morning at 9:15am and no way to get there.

So I said just give me the new battery and let me bend over. I intend to call the service center in the morning and talk to the manager and see if what she told me was right. But if it was that will be the last battery I ever buy from WalMart.

Walmart very upset with customer service

On February 27th 2012 at around 10am I decided to go to WalMart to pick up a few items not thinking I was going down there I called first to state that i didnt have a certain layaway paper but someone said if I bring my license they can look it up. I finished shopping walked over to the layaway department a young gentleman told me that there wasnt money in a certain register so i should go over to the jewelry department. I walked over to the jewelry department and waited I thought the guy would send someone over there i waited for about 8-9 minutes.

When I finally realized no one was on their way I walked over to the electronics and I asked another guy can he page someone to jewelry he tells me he did. I wait another 5-8 minutes and Im still waiting another couple is looking at jewelry and he asked if a lady with a name tag works there she says no very rude and walks away. After waiting and asking specific people if they were employed there I walked to the front near customer service. I asked the older guy if he had seen a manager and he said no. He pointed to the front registers I walked over there.

As I was standing near the register I saw a lady with a walkie, I asked her does she know who the manager is she said she was. I told her my situation she apologized and sent someone to help me. As I was standing there the other lady assisted me but there was one that was complaining she need to get back to the shoe department. After dealing now with 8-9 employees my frustration was growing. The lady went and got a folder full of receipts that wasnt alpahabetized or nothing the shoe lady complained and then another lady named either Lashawn or Deshawn sorry about the name she looked through didnt complain or nothing and she was able to find my slip.

Throughout this entire experience I was walking on a bad knee I really wanted to get stuff and leave I spent 200 dollars in the store but Im not totally happy about ever coming back to tis location again. The manager the employees everything was just a headache and more. I would like a phone call cause the service there is terrible …. I left the store an hour later.

Walmart awful search engine

Did a basic search for a watch battery (which GOOGLE showed as a sponsored link) and it popped up 1877 results and not one of them was a watch battery! Tried searching under "watch battery" within the wal-mart search criteria and all I got was several thousand results showing watches, not batteries. WTF?

Walmart shrinkage

I have purchased $300.00 in all kinds of clothing for my grand-daughter who is 5 months old. Everything from PJ's to shorts, shirts, pants, dresses, socks, and more. I always wash her clothes before I put them on her. I bought her a size 6 to 9 months. She weights 14 lbs. Everything shrunk up so bad she can hardly wear any of them. I wash her clothes in cold water and dry them on low heat. I know cotton shrinks but this is unreal how much they shrank. It is like I bought throw away clothes. They will not take them back at the stores that carry this brand because I had washed them and removed the tags. I cannot afford to just let this go we are talking about a lot of money. I have spent this amount at least 3 times on the faded glory, miniville, disney and small wonders brand clothes. I can not believe these clothes are so cheaply made. My grand-daughter needs clothing if I knew they were going to shrink that much I would of bought 18 months size at least. There were no warning on the lable telling me to consider the shrinkage, [protected]@yahoo.com

I frequently buy my clothes from Shrinkage stores, however the last few things I have bought have been shrinking, and now I cannot wear them. It is discouraging me from continue to shop there. Have other people had the same problems? I hang my clothes out to dry and then fluff in the dryer once done.

I got 3 pairs of Faded Glory jeans for my birthday, less then 5 months ago. They are shrinking badly! I know I am not gaining weight because the fourth pair I got on my birthday was a pair of Lee Rider's black jeans that used to fit more tightly then the Faded Glory blue jeans. I am still able to wear my Lee's but soon will not be able to wear my Faded Glory's. They used to a decent company but as I see now they have really gone down hill! Walmart customer service complaints about walmart

I have been shopping at the store for the past six years. It used to be great place to shop but now this Walmat happens to one of the worst managed store I have ever shopped. I have to say that this is the only retail places where I have witnessed that customers are actually leaving and not purchasing things either the store is disorganized or long lines at check out register due to poor management practice. I never seen people on supervisory position on the floor like wise other major retailer has their supervisor on the floor checking on things and their presence has always been a positive experience for shopper.

Any given time I am at Walmart usually 15 to 20 people on each line and only 4 and sometimes may be 5 cash registers are open. Ironically the store is busy with customer and this store is such a disorganized place that sometime you can not find things, staff are rude and do not know their field in retail business . Where as I sometimes shop at walmart which is near my work, I only have positive experience from that store . It is neat and clean, they always have enough check out register open during busy hours and things are easier to find or staff are willing to help customer. If you have doubts please have corporate staff visit this store just like ashopper and collect data to validate my complaint. Thank you, a loyal walmart customer.

Today (Saturday 19 March 2016 at 8:00 am and I checked out at register # 11) I went to the only Walmart in Altus Ok and had a really bad experience. After the kind and professional cashier finished serving me, he turned and asked the manager who was there talking with another associate if he could use the restroom which was just behind his register and she told him that he had to wait until he was on break time. I might be wrong but I think this manager broke a labor law. This should be looked into and corrected. I will definitely limit my future trips to any walmart because of this.

I send my nurse to do my shopping for me, since I cant get out very well. each time she has gone to the Lucas location she has been treated like she just reach into the cashiers pocket and was trying to rip that individual off. I do price matching, I go through all the adds, compose my shopping list with the store having the sale, the item, sale price and the total according to the amount of one item. every time she goes in she has this list and all the papers in her hand. Each time they fight with her, and you have to understand this is a very passive person, they are so rude to her every time to the point I an a non African American believe they are prejudice.. The first week it was the cherry tomatoes were red enough, so they weren't the right color. The next week the items, where the right times but because it said; Ex. 70 count 15.6 ozs and not the 70 count 14-16oz(hello 14-16 means all that are in between 14 and 16) so they wouldn't honor it, and that front end manager refused to talk to me on the phone when I said let me speak to her. but after that they finally saw the add right in front of their faces. Another time the sale store was in Plano, bust was told it was out of our shopping area, What? It is 3 miles from my home to Walmart and 3 miles from my home to Tom Thumb. (That one ended out ok, cause when I went to customer service to complain, we noticed that the items were cheaper at another sale store and they had to honor it. In fact the employee asked if she could have our sales ad to use, and we gave it to her) This last time the nurse called me and said "are you sure this item is on sale and that you don't have the wrong week"? I said no and after 15 minutes of her looking on the page and not seeing it, it finally jumped out and bit her. Then the brisket was on sale, and the attendant had one, the font end manager(they knew which one we told them), would not allow her to get the brisket, she said it was the wrong one. She went and got ribs and said this is the right one, The attendant questioned her, but she said " well I don't cook a lot so I was like OK?, She gets home I call the store and talk to, I want to say garden manger (said that Crystal F. was with district managers so he took the call. While I'm talking to him telling him what had happened the first time and now she got home with ribs, as I'm talking to him he could have cared less, he was talking to an employee telling him what to do, (did he care so little or did he think I was so stupid I wouldn't notice). So I call Crystal again and I tell her what happened and just like with Mike I told them this was going to cost me (5.00) so now thr item was not on sale and it was the wrong one and they charged the wrong price. Well, they didn't care and my nurse charged me $10.00 for gas to return it and this time they brought her Corn Beef, Yes it looks like brisket but it is already flavored. I didn't know it was the wrong one again, so I told the nurse to put it in the crocket pot to cook. When I smelt it I knew it was wrong and called the nurse and she said again they said it was this one. Do employees (much less managemet0 not know what a brisket looks like? I told Crystal two times I wanted to talk to the store manager Chris, please have him call me since it was his day off, he has never called and it's a week past., I told Michael to tell Crystal and he didn't. This store doesn't care for its customers at all, the customer service and treatment by employees is unacceptable. Someone needs to take a class in "Customer Service 101"

Hello, I'd like to file a complaint on a WalMart Neighborhood Mart. I went to the WalMart store on 96th and Giles store number 3173 to buy food. Some of the item were or have not been restocked. Cheese(Kraft slice cheese ) none on the shelves and Peanut butter not been restocked ) and a feel other items were missing also. I contacted one the the people that worked there and they took there time on finding out why these items were missing. You have people who are to go to all the store's to check and see that everything should be where its should be.Must not be doing there job and the same for the stockers. If you cann't provide the items then maybe i can contact the BBB and find out why items are missing . This is not the only time items have been missing from this store shelves. Or maybe i should shop some place else. Items out dated and being sold. All these are wrong and a good point for the health department to check your stores after a complaint has been filed. I won't do anything now seen it's your store's but if it keeps i then i will. Thank you and Have a Good Day

today i went to my local wall mart store located in altus, ok. i only had 5 items to purchase so i went to the registers that have signs that say " this lane for 10 items or less", the next register had a sigh saying "this lane for 20 items or less". both registers had people cheching out at those lanes, both people had carts just full of items. the person in the 20 items or less resister had so many items they were falling off the cart on the floor. the people in the 10 items or less line had two carts full of items. they must have had over 100 plus items in their two carts. i called the manager and asked her why this was being allowed. she answered with "well, we try to accommodate everyone" and she just sounded like she didn't care. i said "well, that just means anyone can use one of these two lanes no matter how many items they have". then i said if that was the case get rid of those signs with the 10 or 20 items only. then i told her that there are people who come here for only a few items and they want to buy a few items and leave. the people working these two registers should be trained to tell people with full carts that they are express lanes only and send them to another register. this is not the first time this had happened and if it happens again i will start taking my business to the united grocery store in vernon texas. thank you for hearing me out.

wal-mart at alafaya/mcculloch in oviedo florida employs nasty rude cashiers who are braindead and mean...

went to walmart neighborhood market and dealt with a really nasty cashier...he wasnt mean or rude or said anything derogatory. he was rude because he literally said NOTHING at all and did this on purpose. as a cashier its literally your duty to greet a customer and at the very least give a price. He did nothing of the sort. He didnt even give a price! he just rang everything up and rudely...stood there...RUDE AS HELL. i have encountered all types of RUDE cashiers but NEVER one this bad who just stands there and RUDELY ignores a customer on purpose. this thing nasty spic creep was TERRIBLE and he did it on purpose...he rang all my items up...and just stood there...or annoyingly.. and turned his head away...what as if he's too good to say anything to me? he purposely made it a point to not say a SINGLE word to me. im a female..and i assume its because im an attractive female and this is a disgruntled ugly orlando male who hates attractive women and has to put them down because the nasty rude thing is insecure and pathetic...most orlando males are jealous insecure dumbfuks who treat pretty women like trash...and enjoy abusing them and even random strangers. I have NEVER encountered a cashier who has said NOTHING to me...not even a PRICE. forget the greeting...you can say your total is this...this ### creep said NOTHING. he just seemed to purposely want to treat me like crap this way. It worked...he upset me and im sure that was his goal. why..who knows the people in this city are crazy and weird...and disturbed backwards sick people. the description of this creep ### is 5 10 spic and RUDE as hell. is this what their parents taught them, how to treat people-- especially at their jobs...IGNORE THEM? i work in customer service and even to the RUDEST customers i will talk to them, but this jerk of a non cashier thought it would be good to totally ignore some good customer coming in...couldnt even say a price? VERY RUDE...why are sickos like this even working as cashiers when they arent doing their jobs at all and treating people this way...wal-mart workers are always these illiterate rude people not all of them but so many...

Walmart no common sense what so ever

My trip to Walmart in Jasper IN was quite the trip today. I needed my engagement ring sized smaller, and if you get it from walmart you get it sized for free. So, my fiance and I were waiting patiently in line. There was only one older lady and her husband in front of us, and I made eye contact with TWO of the employees behind the jewelry counter. I know they both saw us there waiting. After the older lady drifted off, the two ladies just turned around and ignored me! The one lady actually started helping someone else that had just walked up on the other side! What the BLEEEP?

No common sense what so ever. Very rude of both of them. I do not deserve to be treated in such a manor SO, I actually followed the one younger girl that was avoiding me and told her I needed my ring sized and so on and so forth. She was very rude and not at all helpful. When I was walking away I made it a point to tell them their customer service sucked and then I even went up to the manager and complained. Don’t know if it did any good but I thought I’d throw that out in the open. Very rude and I hope they both lose their jobs. They are not worthy. Someone who’s a lot friendlier and more knowledgable should be behind that counter. Not those two idiots!

Walmart complaint 12 fifth about you.

People think I want WM employees to roll out a red carpet for me or something. No, what I want is good service, just like everybody else. I want my questions answered truthfully, I want all employees greeting me like they should be doing to everyone, I want a smile and a greeting when I go check out, I want the products I want at a reasonable price, I want fresh food. That is what they promise to provide and that is what they should be doing".

They have recently moved things around at the store I shop at Pleasant Sreet in Springdale/. I ask the first guy(Troy)I come to where they moved the pickles and relishes too". HE DIDN'T KNOW! How can you work there at not know where things are!. People come to work there and they don't know what is going on and where things are!. You are an employee, your job is Walmart:. You aren't paid to just exist there, . No help at all.. Then this girl(Jennifer)was just so rude to me when I made myself over to pick up a new coffee pot. She just acted like I was in her way. By that time I was just ticked off angry and I just let her have a piece of my mind. She told me that she was calling security. I told her that I would tell my husband who works at home office about my experience.

Perhaps your husband can use his pull to get you a job at Walmart so you can show the team how everything should be done? I think with your knowledge it would help. Just a thought

Look we told you when you [censor]ed about this on pissedconsumer and we will tell you know. No one cares that your husband is a janitor at home office and does sexual favours for all the big wigs/dogs at home office.

Let's imagine for a moment that this is a real complaint. Try to follow my train of thought here OP, I know that may be difficult for you, but try. Suppose that the first employee (Troy) you asked about the pickles works in the electronics department, and you ask him about something in the grocery department. Why would he know where they moved the darn pickles to? I work in the tool department at Sears, and if you ask me where a certain type of women's clothing is, I can point you in the direction of the women's department, but I can't tell you what rack or even what area of the department anything is located, because I do not work in that department.

Walmart closed walmart family mobile account fees

After I closed my account I received the final bill for ($69.96). I tried to pay as I did in the past via my internet account. That account was closed and it would not allow me to access it. On 12/15/2011 I went to the Walmart Customer Service desk at the Palm Desert, CA store and attempted to pay my bill. They brought my account up on the computer and I was told I had call the [protected] number on my bill that they could not accept my payment. I call the [protected] number and I was told they would accept my payment over the phone if I was willing to pay them $5.00 to do it. I was not willing to pay them $5.00 and asked for an alternative method such as mailing my final payment.

I was told I could not send a payment by mail and if you look at the bill, you will see it does not have an address to send payments. I was asked if I would be interested in doing the payment through their automated system and I said yes. I was transferred to an automated voice. I gave it all of my credit card information then the system rang another number. The person who answered said that they could not take an automated payment because my account was closed. I explained my situation and they assured me that if I went to a Walmart store that has the Family Mobile plan, customer service would be able to take my payment.

On 12/17/2011 I went to a second Walmart store# 2253 in the El Cajon, CA area. I attempted to pay at the customer service desk. I was told the same thing, the computer would not allow them to accept my payment. The clerk got a supervisor and she called someone on the phone and tried to resolve the issue. She handed me the phone and said they could not do anything. The (Walmart T Mobile) person on the phone said she could take the payment if I would agree to pay the $5.00 charge to take a payment over the phone. I asked why Walmart could not take the payment and was told they probably do not know what they are doing (referring to the Walmart clerk).

The Representative on the phone said she could take a payment for the amount due ($69.96) but that I would be billed for the $5.00. She said her computer would not allow her to waive the charge. I now have a new bill for the $5.00 which I am sending to [protected]@walmartfamilymobile.com (the email was returned with the error message “Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:”). I am surprised that it would be lawful for a company to require that a customer pay $5.00 to pay a final bill without provided an alternative method that would not require an additional charge! WHAT CAN I DO?

Walmart walmart battery exchange problems

I purchased two batteries from Wal-Mart in 2009. I returned both batteries in 2011. The clerk did not check either batteries, he went to the shelf and got two batteries, rung them up, and told me that it would be $168.00 dollars.I told him that I was not going to pay 168.00 dollars for the batteries and I asked him how much was the small battery and he said “I didn’t have to pay for the small battery, and I asked him about the larger battery, and he said that I did not have a receipt for the larger battery, and he could not exchange it without the original receipt.

I asked him to check the computer for my phone number and name and he refused to do so. I found my receipt in August and took it back to the store and the Auto-Manager said “I am sorry we cannot exchange your battery.” the receipt have expired. i TOLD THE MANGAER WHAT THE CLERK TOLD ME . The clerk was to LAZY to check for my name and phone number when I first brought the batteries in. The manager at the Lufkin, Texas store did not recommed the clerk. His comments were ‘I AM SORRY, THAT I CANNOT HELP YOU.

Walmart csm test

Hi I have been a Walmart cashier for almost two years and recently was asked if I wanted to be a CSM. So I took the test, which is stupid by the way, and didn't pass it. Then some girl comes from another store, works in deli for a while, then cashier for a few weeks. Then all of the sudden, she got the CSM position. I could not believe it! Oh yeah, sure give it to someone who's only been with Walmart for a few months vs. someone who's been there for two years! There was even another girl who passed the test and interviewed, but they didn't give it to her because "she didn't have enough training". WHAT THE HELL?! Anyway, it's almost time for me to take the test again and if I pass they better give me the next available position!

No I don't think they are backstabbing me. Research suggests that you should give backstabbing answers on the test in order to pass it. That's all I was saying...

Think in a business way. It doesn't matter if you were there for two years or more. If you want to become a CSM you have to work for it. I'm saying look at what they do. Help out as much as possible. Be nice to your customers and employees. Also feedback is nice. Take the CSM test again and hopefully you will pass... What would Walmart do?

Same thing happened to me. I have worked at Wal-Mart 2717 Hattiesburg Ms. for 7yrs. I was a stocker in Health and Beauty and am presently now a overnight cashier, I took the CSM test and passed it...I work hard and I am dedicated to my job. An employee was hired and has only been with my store 3 months or less, worked as a cahier maybe a couple of weeks and then they made him a IMS associate got promoted to the CSM position. I didn't even have a interview. There was another young lady who worked as a cashier for a year and another CSM trained her without management approval and they promoted her.

Walmart walmart battery warranty problems with replacement

In February of 2011 I bought a battery from the Walmart store in Kerrville, Texas that was under warranty for three years. On 11/17/2011, I brought my vehicle in because the battery was dead and would not charge for more than a few days use. They said they tested it, and it was good, so they would not replace it. Since then, I have had to get my car jumped regularly to get it started. I took it to an independent auto repair shop, and they informed me that the battery was dead, and entirely worthless. All I can figure is, Walmart did not want to make good on a warranty that would be up in a month and a half.

So, they charged a bad battery, and sent me on my way. I can’t afford to fight Walmart about this, but I firmly believe that I was purposely cheated. I know you don’t need my business, but just the same, I can not shop there any more feeling that I have been taken advantage of.

Walmart bad meat at walmart

I shop at Walmart way to much. I am there 3 to 4 times a day. First of all This Navarre Walmart has gone to hell. These new customer service managers need to take a class in customer service. I have been in retail management for 20 years and have never and will never treat a customer the way I have been treated. To try and return an item still in it’s package that was unopened, and told by the customers service manager the one in the morning Long hair ( African American ) lady( just ask the cashiers who the rude mean lady is and they will definatly know exactly who I’m speaking of..

Anyways I was told that it cant be returned without a recipt because it was too exspensive! ARE FREAKING KIDDING ME.!.!.! A $20.00 item with no reciept can nbo longer be returned? Oh my bad on at the Navarre Walmart! Because I toojk it back at the Fort Walton store where they are NICE.

I am the most customer youy could have I have 6 boys and one Girl. Walmaert is where I shop, but If I have to continue to be looked at like I’m somekind of theft when I come to exchange or return something without a reciept I will NOT come to this store anymore.. Believe me I am very very active in the Navarre community and the word is being spread about how bad this walmart has become THE MANAGEMENT RUDE!

On another note. I had purchased 2 5llb rolls of Hamburger October 2011 last week and the 10 llb bag of chicken breast. my bill came to 522.86. Thats how much I spend every week just in food. The hamburger when I opened was soo rotten I threw up. Now I dont save my food reciepts I save enough of the other reciepts I should never have to take food back! Then I went to make the chicken before Taking the two rolls of hamburger back and they were disscolored like gray and white freezer burnt i dont know just scary looking..

By this time it was late had no dinner cooked and was very frustrated Because I then had to go out and get fast food so my kids could have dinner. The next mornings went to take back these items and guess what… The rude customer service lady with short blond hair and glasses was so freaking rude treated me like some ### off the street and proceeded to tell me since have no reciept they cant help me I said WHAT! ( now i return lots of things with reciepts but then again I purchases a lot more things so she sees me return freaquently but that shouldnt matter) I said get a manager GUESS who the not friendly rude lady i spoke of earlier no cant help u u already return three items without a reciept..

SERIOUSLY. If this is how walmart is going to continue to supposiadly satisfy there customers than I will no longer be a customer and i wont be the only one. I will do my best to let all the mothers in the PTA and Bible study how I have been treated and the purchasing of bad meat and not being able to be refunded i will tell everyone I knoe if things dont change…

Having a family of 9 is very costly For me to have to throw away $50.00 in meat and then purchase fast food for 9 of us Is extremly exspensive. the fast food alone was almost $60.00….That is a lot of money for me for one meal. I dont live on foodstamps I work very hard in the retail field and just to throw that money away killed me..

YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. THIS WALMART FOR THE LAST YEAR IS GOING DOWNHILL.

Walmart serice

We took our car to Walmart for a simple oil change. Upon driving the car, we noticed a trail of oil coming from under the car. We took the car back to Walmart and they said the oil was overfilled and we should take the car to a mechanic and file a complaint with Walmart. The mechanic fixed the broken part, and we were charged $234.00. We filed a complaint, and asked for a reimbursement. The claims dept. said we could not prove it was them who overfilled our car and they will not pay. Our car was not broken when we took it there, they did not mention any broken parts when changing the oil. But, it is broken when we leave. I think that is proof enough. The claims rep said he will not be answering any more questions about this subject, and if we want to talk to someone else we can get the info on the website ourselves.

Walmart I will do my best to inform other consumers to stay away from walmart wireless

Walmart wireless team has terrible customer service. On 7/08, Verizon introduced tiered pricing for their data plan. In order to take advantage of the original unlimited data plan, i had to place the order on or before 7/07. I placed the order on 7/06 which was more than 1 day before the deadline and I have a receipt from Walmart Let’s Talk web site acknowledging the order on 7/06. Later, I found out that Walmart did not complete the order with Verizon until 7/08 which was 2 days later.

As a result, I was given the new tiered pricing for data plan. When this problem was discovered, I called Walmart Wireless and talked to Marie and Amri. They claimed that they were unable to help as the original unlimited plan was no longer available. The only remedy I had was to cancel the order and return the phones. They were no help at all! I called Verizon and within 10 minutes, they agreed to give me the unlimited data plan which in essence, covered for Walmart’s mistake.

Walmart’s customer support team (Marie and Amri) was very much un-helpful. They had their protocol and were unwilling to deviate from the script. I will never purchase from Walmart Wireless again and I will do my best to inform other consumers to stay away from Walmart Wireless.

If they no longer had the unlimited plan available, in what way could the Walmart support team get your service changed to that plan?
