Walmart bad service

My complaint is simply bad service with a representative named Michelle. I did not have a good experience at the Trenton walmart portrait studio because of her. Normally I go to the Belleville portrait studio however I live in Trenton so I tried the Trenton portrait studio instead.
I have spent over $1000.00 in pictures for my daughters first year, including buying the "smile card" which entitles me to 1 free 8/10 per month, and rarely do I turn down the "delivery package" that comes with the pictures I ordered.
I went to the studio and asked to not have any pictures taken on my daughter's tummy because I wanted the picture to show her dress. And her reply was, "sorry I have to do this pose." So I let it go and let her do her thing. A week or so later I received a call asking me how my session was, so I explained to the lady what happened during the session, that I wasn't happy with the poses she was doing, nor that she wasn't trying to make my child smile for the photos either. After I said that, she asked if I was offered a CD of the session, I also was not offered to buy the CD for that session either. So I logged that complaint and made an appointment with a lady named Wendy (whom I've had in a previous session that went really well - she knows what she's doing). Then today I received a call saying that Wendy couldn't make the appointment scheduled for tomorrow because of a family emergency and was asked if I would like to keep my appointment and just have another lady do it. I simply replied "no, I would not like to keep the appointment because the last session I had didn't go well." And the lady on the phone replied, "yes I heard that, and it was me. Could you tell me what went wrong with the session?" I said, "sure. The problem I had with the session was the poses, I said that I didn't want a certain pose and you said that you had to do that pose, and..." (was about to say that she didn't try to make my child smile for the photo, and didn't offer me a CD) But she cut me off before I could finish and said "well you don't have to buy that pose, I mean I was giving you options to choose from. Would you rather have two poses to choose from?" And as she continued to talk her voice got louder and louder and more snide, so I just simply said fine I'll go to Belleville next time, and hung up the phone.
Because my appointment was cancelled for tomorrow I decided to go get my pictures from that session as they were ready to be picked up (even though I didn't receive a call telling me they were ready from the month before). So I went in to get my pictures and Michelle was on the phone saying that this girl she called was going to belleville from now on because she was crazy, and that she (me) had told her on the phone that I had a problem with her taking too many pictures and laughed. She was saying all this standing at the front desk smiling at me (not knowing that I was the person she was talking about).
So needless to say I will NOT be using the Trenton Walmart Portrait Studio EVER again! And once my smile card is expired I really don't think I will be using the walmart portrait studio again period. She was rude and inconsiderate, and did NOT handle the situation like a customer service representative should.
I am EXTREMELY angry at her and now because of her, the company as well.
Thank you for your time, and I really hope this situation doesn't happen again to a customer let alone a paying customer again.

Okay, you didn't quite understand, I hope. Because if someones kid is sick and gets sick when put on her stomach, you're still saying to do the pose? Would you like to clean up puke when the mother says she WILL puke as she was sick all day? And also I wasn't saying that I wouldn't go back to the person I had a good experience with... When the lady I had a BAD experience with called and said that the lady I had a GOOD experience with was not available because of a family emergency, she asked if I would like to come in for her (aka the BAD experience person)... I said no because I had a bad experience with her, and she snapped.
I have went back, I just won't go back to her, or that certain studio. I go to a studio that's a little farther away, but I'd rather drive that extra bit and get GREAT customer service, than go back there and get bad customer service.
And with the pose again... She mainly focused on poses on her stomach.. Did about 3 or 4 poses, then did 3 other poses sitting, including sitting with my brother. So the majority of the poses where on her stomach, and no I wouldn't just buy a ### photo, no one forced me to "swipe my debit card", there was one good pose, and that was one of the ones where she was sitting with my brother.
Oh and I found out later on that apparently she wasn't supposed to give me the delivery package for free and she did. So she must have known that I was the person she was talking about on the phone once she seen the photos.
But thank you for your opinion, but I think you read some things wrong.

Actually it IS her job to make her smile, or at least ATTEMPT to, OR I'd even accept a nice attitude toward children. She didn't even do that. And when the child is supposed to be looking into the camera, and I'm in the picture with her, how do you suppose I make her smile without looking at me? Hmm, someone doesn't have kids, nor an understanding that you cannot look more than one way at a time.
And I did contact higher up than she was and the corporation, which probably won't do anything but hopefully it helps in some manner.
And Tasha4, you are not telling the truth, how does "Maybe your child was upset because you are the mother and you are abnormal" have ANYTHING to do with the complaint? You can try to stir up drama whichever way you like, but you sound very inexperienced and unintelligent.

I took my son in for his Sr. Pictures, while she was taking the pictures, I asked about them touching up a huge zit on his chin. She told me "I can't do anything here, but they'll take care of that for you." So, I spent over $300.00 on pictures that half of them look terrible. The only decent ones were the ones where his face was partially covered. When I went in to pick them up today, she showed me the pictures, I asked why they weren't touched up and she said "we don't touch up pictures". I replied that she told me they would she said "I never told you that". My son, his best friend and I were all there and heard her when the pictures were taken. Since I've already paid from them, I guess I'm screwed. Needless to say I won't EVER go back to Walmart picture studios.

Omg! Same happened to me! Woke up my niece with her cold hands, picking poses she wanted to do not what we wanted to do ! Didn't make the baby smile at all, made her cry! After waiting for ever when she was done all the poses she wanted to do, we had to wait for an hour to pick the photo we wanted because she had to help all the ladies behind us first! Would never go back because of that Michelle! Horrible customer service!

As a manager at a wal mart portrait studio i have to tell you, its not an easy job. We do need to do certain poses and yes we get hell if we dont. If you were to come into my studio I would tell you I need to do 9-12 distinctly different poses. If you choose not to purchase them thats ok. If you told me your not fond of a particular pose i would save that one for last. We are required to make collages and specialty products for each and every customer, even if you tell me you only want the 7.99 package. Why, because some people can not imagine what their picture may look like all together on a collage of specialty product. We try our best to make sure your happy when you leave and that we have gone over every single thing with you. Now that being said... yes this particular staff member was wrong for talking on the phone in front you, it was wrong even if she wasnt talking about you.

I dont understand tho why you would not return to the staff member you were happy with... i have many customers that will only come in if I am working. Does that mean other staff can not do the job, no it doesnt but when a customer gets comfortable with someone they tend to think everyone should be like her. I work hard to please my customers, and will do what i can to get them the best price possible and thats why they come back to see me.

Also, each studio is different. I call my customers to let them know their pics are in... many studios do not. Many studio's go into detail about the smile saver card.. obviously your doesnt not.. you can actually get a free 8x10 more than once a month. each time you go in you can get it... read the card, and the fliers that are there. You need to inform yourself and ask proper questions.

all in all... no one forces you to choose what ever pictures you have chosen, and we dont force you to swipe your debit card. If your not happy with the session, dont purchase anything.

Walmart arrested mentally and physically disabled person.

You arrested a very sick person yesterday and took him to jail. He was sitting on a riding lawn mower taking a break, you accused him of trying to steal it he ca barely walk is so weak he could not possibly load a mower He was riding it and when he got near the exit he did not know he was leaving store.. He is under several doctors care. I just think you acted in haste and I hate to get involved but I may have to if you leave me no other choice. You accused him of being hostile when all he did was use foul language to your security officer. It is obvious he is mentally disabled but you did not care. Wasn't your first clue when he fell down walking to the office. Wasn't it your second clue when he was arguing with your microwave oven.

IM, I was thinking the same thing, but I am not familiar with how Walmart does their tractor displays. I know at the Sears I work at they are not fueled, the batteries are not connected and the keys are not with them.

Walmart suspension of my account for no real reason

So I have had a Walmart Money Card for several years now 2 different account one of which I opened a year ago to help start my business.Today I went to use my card and it was declined so I tried again at a different location and received a message that my card was bad.Upon contacting Walmart Money Card support I was first hung up on 3 times before I got any answers (for the record I was calm and not out of line in any way so being hung up on was uncalled for) finally I was told someone called in a week prior and complained about transactions on my card...however me nor the other person with access to this card had called.Thinking this was weird enough I thought well ok I have my info lets resolve this and get my card turned back on or a new card sent out...oh how I was wrong. They told me because I have multiple accounts with them that have similar info so I can no longer use their service and only if they decide it is their mistake will I ever be able to use this service again with my old or any new cards.Oh and did I mention all my money on my account is being held until I send them copies of my social security card, drivers license and a bill with my name and address and seeing as how that's how my bills are paid they will contact me within 2 business days to talk further(how caring of them) anyways this service liek many other big company financial services will take your money and only release it to you if they see fit!

I have, (had) two Black Walmart money card accounts. One with my daughter who lives two states away, and one with my boyfriend who travels to other states to work. The account with my boyfriend was blocked so I called and the recording told me that "after the funds have been spent and the card was at 0 my account was closed and I would never be able to open another money card account." No explanation why? I can't seem to get through to a customer service rep. When I call I enter the card number and my verification. But it won't give me a prompt to speak to a customer service rep. My boyfriend uses this account to send me money to pay the bills. Are they going to close my other account too? My other account is how I send money to my daughter two states away ! Why can't I speak to anyone? Now Steve will have to use Western Union to send the bill money which costs a lot more. It's very upsetting. Especially when you can't even get a reason from them.

Walmart overseas

After buying the card for 3.00 and having to load 20.00 at the time of purchase I was already a little skeptical. The next day my husband needed to set up direct deposit so we called in to get the information. An overseas "specialist" answered and have us the info. We then thought everything was perfect. More that we are ready to move and the movers came today, we realize there is no money on the card. Come to find out the company was not able to verify his identity, but the first rep never told him that. We asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on us two times. Come to find out we were never supposed to get the direct deposit information because the account was never fully set up. Needless to say, we have to wait two more weeks to get a paper check from his job. Then to add insult to injury hey tell us we have to purchase another card ad to maybe call in this time bc although activating through the internet is convinient its never garunteed to work. I will tell everyone to never get another green dot card.

Walmart rude self check-out cashier

Last week I went to my local walmart. I always use the self check-out, it is so much quicker. At the beginning my items were scanning correctly, then I noticed that the screen was not showing what I had scanned previously. The cashier that assist those that need help, at the self check-out, came over, dumped my bag onto the loader, cancelled my order, and began to rescan my purchases. She was quite rude about it. So I've decided that this walmart doesn't need my money. I now shop at the Hoover Walmart, which is very pleasant, and I am greeted when I come in. There Is a certain greeter at the Bessemer location that needs to learn to speak to everyone when they come in, not just the people she likes.

Walmart poorly dressed and bad service.

On one trip to my walmart I let my kids run off around the store b/c theyre usually responsible and I wanted to get my shopping doone in peace I saw something on sale on line so I went to the store to pick it up but the item didn't match the sale price?! I was confused I went to an employee and asked and she told me that the sale ended yesterday and I said thats not fair and she said oh well I should learn how to read? I was so upset and I almost had a break down so I went to find the manager and I explained what happened and she said there was nothing she could do and that she saw me earlier letting my kids run around and she didnt want to help me anyway!?! Thats none of her business!

One of my kids actually got hurt that day 2 bc one of the cages dat kept the balls inside was broken and it fell on top of him! They didnt do anyting to make me feel better! They could have hugged him until I arrived or given him a ball or toy or candy for free with the money they make.

Sorry I thought if I copied and pasted my original complaint from Pissedconsumer rather than put typed it again it would save time. Apparently this site does not work that well and deletes some posts so in the long run I am wasting time rather than saving time. Here is the missing part of my complaint.

i am a single mother with 3 kids evry week i go to walmart to do some shopping with my kids i am completely shocked with how disgusting these emplyees are! they are mostly black with nasty hair, ashy skin, and crazy pierings! i evn saw one girls thong! the other normal colored ppl look even worse and tired all the time! my kids should NOT be subjected to see this! what if they grow up thinking its okay to look like this!? Its disgusting!

Walmart charged for something twice

I purchased 1 shirt at WalMart and it was rang up twice at $12.97. I called the store and the manger told me that the only way he could fix the problem was if I came in person. The store is far from my house; I was in the area watching a movie and stopped at this Walmart. I told him that I could send him the receipt or fax it to him so that they could take care of their mistake from a customer that frequents Walmart 3+ times a week. He told me no. If I drove to this Walmart for them to fix their mistake it would cost me more in gas then the $12.97. Why do they need me there in person? Very frustrating. They don't care. I will be shopping at local grocery stores from now on. Walmart has got too big and does not care for their individual customers.

Walmart intrusive and rude employees

I always thought that I could just close my eyes and ignore all the nasty people that shop and work at this store. Then increasingly they began to encroach on my space and my civil liberties. They once told me they would not allow me to return a $1.80 package of strawberries unless I gave them my social security number. This store also has sold expired meat products and cans that are so dented that I sent samples to the Mn Department of Health. They also have a tendency to randomly stop people at the exit to go through their bags (which is ILLEGAL people!). They do NOT have the right to do that according to American law unless they have justifiable reason - meaning that they saw you take something and believe that you are attempting to remove something from the store. No wonder WalMart and the Chinese get along so chummily - they both have no regard to the law. They detained a friend who was returning some bad produce (which is a frequent problem at this store) and terrorized this person and tried to force them to sign a document that gave WalMart the right to sue this person. They did this all while my friend requested that the police be called. Don't expect the police in this town to do anything either - they seem to be the ### of this store.

Walmart and the Chinese? Lol. You are funny.

Stop buying bad produce. If it is bad when you buy it then you are the stupid one. If it turned bad in your home then you should not be able to return it. You kept it too long.

Stopping you to check your receipt or bag is not illegal. Whoever told you that is also stupid.

Walmart walmart #100 bentonville, arkansas is horrible!

I moved to Bentonville, AR from California a few weeks ago because my husband got a job at the Walmart home office there. I started shopping at the Walmart there in town and had a horrible experience. First off, I have always used the self checkout at WM, but they don't have them at this location. I told the cashier when I had no choice but to check out with her that I wasn't up there to talk to cashiers, and that I also do not like how the store has no self checkouts. She said they were getting rid of them all over now because of high theft on them. She also kept trying to chit chat with me despite me telling her not to talk to me as she rang me up. I also felt as though she was trying to accuse me of theft by giving me theft as the reason for not having them. She then handed me my receipt at the end with an embarrassed grin and did not thank me. I went up to the store manager who was nearby walking the store that I did not like the cashier's attitude, he seemed unconcerned and did nothing. To make matters worse when I was leaving I decided to get a diet coke from one of the vending machines outside. The machine ate my dollar up without giving me my drink!. At that moment an associate walked by with a fast food meal going into the store". I yelled at him about the machine and he told me I would have to customer service to get my dollar back/. He just kept just walking back into the store'. I had to go all the way back in and stand in line to get my dollar back/. I have the names of the two associates and the store manager who was rude to me and I will be telling my husband and filing a complaint?. This Walmart does not treat customers well/. Especially for a store across from the home office from the company they should know better.

Well you should fit in with the rest of the higher ups in walmart here, sounds to me you expect a lot from someone who is making at least 3.00 less an hour than they would in California, I too am from California and hate it here, there is no middle class you are either rich or poor here, they tax you for everything and fine you for anything they can. It is not the people here, I find them to be the nicest, but Bentonville Ar is more expensive to live than northern California, and they can keep walmart, I hate them, I feel I am forced to shop there, any other places, harps price cutters, price gouge you and look like welfare stores, I am rooting for Target and praying for Costco, with the cost of living so high and the wages so low, I don't expect anything more from people who are doing me a favor and waiting on me, I would love to go back to California but now am to broke, you should go back, I bet you anything your from the orange county area, am I right, can you say OC Housewife, leave your attitude, your the only one who should have had a complaint made against them and asked to leave

Even when you are standing up to people you have to be careful first born triplet. You never know what kind of nutcase you are dealing with. This lady had a child with her and she was in a retail store. She saw this man verbally abusing and trying to scam a cashier. She stood up for the cashier and in turn the man who was abusing the cashier told her to mind her own business or he would drag her son to the washroom and rape him.

You make a good point, in theory. However, you make the assumption that condemning her on this website forum is an equivalent grievance to her in-person behavior toward another person. Logically fallible assumption. Perhaps I shouldn't have used such harsh words, I agree with you there. But I'm afraid I do not share the belief that calling her out on such inexcusable behavior is equivalent to treating another person like garbage when they're servicing you. If we bit our tongues every time instead of standing up for those being mistreated, the people that need to be called out for their behavior would have no reason to stop. That is more inhumane to me than being "nice" to someone who doesn't afford others the same respect.

What is wrong with you? Is this a joke?

You use U-Scan so you don't have to interact with the cashiers, eh? You feel they're beneath you or something? Well, let me tell you something lady - (although, you hardly deserve to be referred to as a "lady") the ONLY measure of an individual's worth as a human being is how well they treat others. Not their job, the size of their bank account, the way they look - nope. It's their humanity. And you seem to lack even a trace amount of it. Your vitriolic, self-entitled arrogance, and smug hatred is disgusting to me.

You did that cashier a favor, I wouldn't want to talk to you either. Please continue to use U-Scans whenever you can, to spare as many innocent bystanders from your disturbing presence as possible.

First of all, it is apparent that you feel you are better than the employees because your husband works in the home office of the company. Keep acting like a ### in the store and see how long that lasts.. Really, the cashier tried to talk to you? My goodness woman, that is called being polite and interested in your customers. Most people complain about cashiers being disinterested and not saying anything. If the cashier did not try to talk to you, you would be ### that she was rude. BTW what did your husband say when you told him your story?

Walmart customer service desk

I live outside the city limits and had called Wal-mart to see if they had in stock, price and size of the NSI Pottery Wheel refill molding clay- the service desk rep that answered the phone repeated my question (not familiar with product I'm guessing), then said that the department personnel in the arts and crafts section had all left-(at 6p.m.) and she was the only one in front. I told her my concern was that I live outside city a ways and wanted to avoid a wasted trip if they didn't have any in stock (I had just gotten off the phone w Kmart, its closer to me than Wal-mart, and they do carry it but were currently out- rep checked for me). The Wal-mart rep puts hand over receiver and then comes back and says that she is going to put me through to the sporting goods department and if no one answers then there is no one that can get information on whether they have in stock, size etc.- about clay! Of course no one answers in that department - so I'm basically s.o.l! This store is a super-center open 24 hrs, and yet they have not one person anywhere on the floor/ in the store that can go check on this product for me?!? it was only 9:30 p.m! I ALWAYS do my shopping at night there when I go, and this store never has more than 2 regular lines open and about 4 speedy checkouts, but at least 2-3, if not more managers or asst. mgrs. lurking around front area, talking to each other, etc. Are they too good to do a price/product check? I cant believe that she just left me hanging like that. 'Customer service' pertains/applies to my call as well, doesn't it? Why don't they have few more employees on the job that can run extra check out lines when needed and be of floor help to customers or whatever? I'm NOT going to head there tonight because I will need to stop and gas up along the way, not to mention waste of gas considering how far it is from my home. They need to be available for any and/or all hours of the day if they are open to public. The night time shoppers do not deserve any less available service do to the time that is best convenient for them- this store ALWAYS seems understaffed. They used to be quite rude at night (stalkers), as if we (customers) are in their way?! Having to push palettes or boxes with our feet or whatever to get freezer doors open enough to squeeze product out- however they have gotten somewhat more polite and not near as much stock out in the way, allowing customers to get by w carts more freely. From what i understand or been told, this is one of the highest grossing stores in the U.S.! I am disappointed, I was hoping to get clay and enjoy doing a project with my son tonight. I'm attempting to re wet this hardened clay to see if it is reusable. Maybe I'll have better luck with it- lol! I really wish this store would do better by its night time customers- we deserve equal service- or cut the prices along with the hours of the employees that aren't around to assist - that would be fair - thank you, for whatever its worth- Wendy M

It's 9:30 p.m. I don't shop at Wal-Mart, but you can't argue that there are few stores that offer that wide a variety of products at such a late hour (and 24 hours, as you said). But no, they cannot give you specific product information at 9:30 p.m. The customer service girl told you that--the employee who works that department leaves at 6. They keep fewer people on staff at night due to the decrease in sales that the time tends to bring. That leaves you to choose whether to wait and call in the morning, or make the drive and risk them not having the item. This is just a normal, everyday occurance in anyone's life, and truly an example of how entitled a person you are to type up an entire post because you couldn't get a store to confirm stock of a specific type of modeling clay (not super a common item, by the way, not a grocery item) at a inarguably late hour for business. Oh, and your lost modeling clay sale is not enough to pay the salary of someone to work the hobby/craft goods section of a grocery store all night long. Be reasonable.

Sounds like they need to hire more people.Unfortunately, businesses can't seem to afford to pay more people. It's happening everywhere, not just Wal*Mart.I would suggest just going to K*Mart when you can.I know K*Mart isn't open 24 hrs. but it might be cheaper because you will use less gas.Hope it works out for you!

Walmart customer service

@ Anthony Henry: I had a similar experience at Walmart with a pair of shoes. I've been buying their George's brand shoes for a couple years now, no problems and they were comfortable. My shoes were starting to show wear, so bought a new pair. After wearing it once, the vinyl started to peel off the fabric. Thinking this shouldn't be a problem to refund, went back to Walmart and asked for a refund. The lady at the till sends me to the shoe dept to find another pair as if to confirm that this shoe was actually in stock and purchased within the timeframe that was indicated on the receipt. After returning to the till with the shoes, she asked me if I spoke to someone in the shoe dept, and I said, there's no one in the shoe dept. She picks up the phone, dials the shoe department and speaks in her native tongue to this other associate, which I thought was extremely rude. After she hangs up, this sloppy looking fella shows up with this look on his face and his barcode gun as if he's ready to battle me. Before he even looks at the shoe, he starts to tell me they don't refund damaged shoes. Obviously he was given a heads up in philipino before he even arrived. I told him i wanted a refund because I just bought these shoes 2 days ago, wore it once and the vinyl is peeling, and I have bought other shoes like this before and it has never happened. He accuses me of kicking something with both my feet to cause the damage which I was appalled by as if I would purposely damage a new pair of shoes. He then proceeds to tell me that no customer has ever bought in a used pair of shoes before and no other store in the world would refund under these circumstances and you get what you pay for. (hmmm, i spend hundreds at Apple because they have excellent customer service and they have never questioned me about a defective product). I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with these people so i asked for the manager. He tells me that there's no manager and that I would have to deal with him. So I pointed up at the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" sign on their wall and told them, I'm completely not satisfied with the product or their service and I want to speak to a manager NOW and i wasn't going to leave until I do. The lady picks up the phone, and all of a sudden, not one but 2 managers magically appear. I calmly explained to them that I was not satisfied with their product, wanted a refund and told them I was not impressed with their staff accusing me of trying to defraud their store. The manager told the lady at the till to give me my refund. I wanted nothing to do with Walmart again. It bothered me enough to consider calling their district manager to complain about this until I Googled about Walmart Customer service and found literally hundreds of other complaints scattered across the internet about bad customer service and experiences even at the management level. So my alternative is to post about my experience and share it with others so customers can make an informed decision as to whether they want to spend their money to keep people like this employed. I will never shop at Walmart again and I will pay the extra dollars to get better service and products elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Wal-Mart for years. I had a prescription transferred so I could pick it up on my lunch break. So I called it in first thing in the morning at 9:00am and told the associate about the transfer and I would be by to pick it up at 12:00pm. She said that would be fine. Then, I called and made sure that it was ready before I came to pick it up. The pharmacist said he had to call the other pharmacy and get the transfer and for me to wait "just like everybody else" because there were other people ahead of me. I told him I had already called first thing in the morning and they'd said they'd have it ready. He says he will do it then. I call back a little later and I am told it is all ready for me to pick up. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. I stood in line for 15 minutes while the only clerk looked for peoples prescriptions; walking in circles and taking an extreme amount of time on each person. While the clerk had already been looking for the order for the lady in front of me for quite some time, I told her that my prescription was ready and could I get it? She said "NO, You have to wait your turn!" Then she stood there doing nothing, waiting for someone to bring her the first ladies prescription. Finally, she asks the first lady to step aside while they locate it. Now it is my turn and I ask for my prescription. She proceeds to go through the whole ordeal of finding my supposed "ready" prescription. I leaned over to see her looking through random piles of prescriptions for the third time and told her my prescription was done; I had already checked. Then the pharmacist ( Vincent Collin) comes down and proceeds to tell me (in front of the whole store) that I had to wait my turn like everybody else and I needed to get in line. I told him it was my turn and I was next in line. Then he tells me "Who do you think you are? You can't talk to me like that." I told him he shouldn't speak to customers that way and I just wanted my medicine and to get out of there. He says to the line of people behind me " Does anyone mind if this lady cuts in front of you?" Angry and humiliated now, I tell him again "I am next in line!" He says I can't have my medicine and to go somewhere else. A woman in line responds to him saying I have over 5 items to be checked out. I have about 10 small items, candy and such. It was never a problem before and I didn't see any sign indicating that was the rule. They refuse to ring up my purchases. I have to ask the pharmacist please several times can I just have my medicine? He is standing there with my medication in his hand. He says "NO! You have to calm down you should go somewhere else!" He said he was the manager and he did not want me to come back. Finally, after I don't leave the counter, he let's the clerk ring up the prescription and walks off.

we were in the deptford walmart and being i am on wic and 81/2 months pregant handed the cashier Tom op#[protected] was very rude and apparently was not faminular with the wic system. I even showed him what i could get and still argued with me about it. One of the checks had 36oz of ceral and took one box of ceral away and said i couldn't get that mind you i only had one box of 12oz. After i was done i found and supervisor in the front end she got the wic check and rerang it. I feel that i was treated unfairly by the cashier Tom.

Watch the charges to your credit & debit cards. The cahrged mine 3+ times and kept telling me to swipe again because it didn't go through.
It went through every time! My bank could reverse the credit purchases but when they had me do it as debit the money came right out of my account and couldn't be put back.

My wife, two children and i went into the altoona walmart to spend a little income tax money, ...well alot of income tax money. we went to the electronics department and looked at a very nice toshiba satelite. Went to the customer service desk and asked for help. The silly man came over with some sort of gun, scanned the product we wanted and just walked away, ...no "ill be right back" or even "ill get a manager to help you in a minute" he just walked off...I realize walmart hires "less fortunate" folks but when they are in a customer service environment, at least train them to do customer service...anyway...my wife and two children wait in the small aisle for 10 mins...finally the less patient of the two of us, myself...walks up to the silly man and asked if we can get the laptop and go...he says "you need a manager and i dont know how long its gonna be, you just need to wait here". After feeling the blood rush to my head, and knowing the man is "less fortunate", I kindly ask him if we can shop around in a different area while we wait and you can call for us over the intercom..."im not allowed to use that, you'll just have too wait in the aisle" So we do, waiting and waiting for a half an hour with a 6 year old and a 3 year old, who by this time are getting EXTREMELY impatient, FINALLY "less fortunate" comes back and unlocks the case himself...?... and takes it to the desk for us to pay.

my "beef" is if im gonna spend close to 600 dollars in this department...dont you want to treat me a little better?
If it werent for my wife wanting that exact laptop, we would have taken our business elsewhere.

http://www.walmarI ordered Lighting McQueen 6V four wheeler for my grandson on walmart.com, as I was leaving GA heading out for a 6 hour drive to KY I stopped by my LOCAL Walmart to pick up my order, after waiting 20 or so minutes someone FINALLY showed up at the counter. She tries to pull up my order and says that the order is not there, NO explanation, just that it wasnt there, I told her that she needed to find someone that could explain to me why my order wasnt there, and that "It's just not here" a few miutes later a manager came out only to tell me that there is no record of my order. They told me that I needed to pull up the order on my email for proof of purchase. They then said they would call corporate to find out where my order was. Keep in mind that I have a 6 hour drive ahead of me, and this present was for my grandson's 1st birthday, they come back to tell me that my order is at a Walmart that I have NO idea of the location, needless to say by this point I am very upset, 1st: why would I place an order to a Walmart that I have no idea where it is, 2nd: the gift was for my grandsons 1st birthday, 3rd I had a very long drive ahead of me, 4th: The customer service was appalling they could have cared less about my situation. I asked to call corporate, the manager, acting manager, looks me in the face and spits out a number I told her that my phone was dead where they made me pull up my email and I needed to use the store phone, she looked at me as if I had 4 eyes. I begged them to help me and they would do NOTHING although they did in fact the item in the store, they said all i could do was repurchase the item in the store, and wait 3 days for the return of my online order, I do not have $60 to pay twice, I explained to them that i had a tank full of gas and enough money in my pocket to pay for gas to KY and back home, and to buy my grandbabies birthday cake, and that I didnt have $60 to buy the same item. They basically just stood there and looked at me..i went to the customer service counter and asked to call corporate, they did not hesitate to take me to the phone and then give me the number to dial. I live .6 miles from the Chastain Meadows location and I will never return to that store, i realize that me as a person will not effect the overall $$$$ amount of income coming into the store, but I will tell everyone that i know how bad the service is at this location. My order should have not been sent to the location that it was but I found the store thank to my friend I picked up the car and was on my way to see my grandson. My experience at the atual location that I picked up my order was great, the experience at the Chastain Meadows, Kennesaw, GA location was horriblet.com

I had unhappy experience with the cashier at Wal-Mart store #5091 (Receipt ID #:7CL2KV1S4267).
After checking out, I took several additional plastic bags. The cashier stopped me and said to me "You should ask me first. You are stealing bags". Then I asked him "Can I have some additional bags". The cashier replied to me "No. Policy doesn't allow that". I went to customer service to find manager. Surprisingly, the manager was the one who stood there, observed everything and did nothing. This makes me even more unset.

Because customers take items by themselves, Wal-Mart should have a sign to ask customers not taking additional bags.
Wal-Mart should train the cashiers and managers how to deal with the situation instead of accusing customer "stealing bags".

Customer service at the Colby, Ks Walmart is horrible. You cannot find any one in the store who will say "How can I help you?' When you ask for help in an area they will say that is not my area and call on their walkie talkie for help but no one ever shows up to help you or they will use the intercom system and page customer service to that area, but no one ever shows up.You can ask five different employees and get the exact same response. But I am sure that if you were to mix your own paint, get your own photo's or jewlery from behind the counter there would be a rapid response!

On Black Friday I did my xmas purchase online. Via email they notified me that my purchase was in I waited for 1 half hour when someone assisted me with my order they bring out a box I ask that it be opened prior to me taking home. When the box was opened came to find out there was a $20 plastic toy instead of the Laptop and case that I had ordered. Then they begin to look for it in the meantime the girl that was assisting me left TO LUNCH and leaving me there when someone else comes out I ask what had happened where is my order? They scramble around looking for it again they come back an hour later and tell me my package was given to someone else a day ago, they stated that I would have to wait for the customer to come back with my order 2HOURS later someone else comes out and tells me if I look for it in electronics that I could bring it back there and take that... I DID MY SHOPPING ONLINE FOR THAT ONE REASON DID NOT WANT TO SHOP AT THE STORE. I called customer service but still to no avail 1 hour later a female assistant store manager comes out and tries to tell me to pick something else which I did not want anything they had at the store (again wasting my time) in the meantime an elder man came thru with a packing and just by coincidence I asked him if he that package was given to him by accident he stated it had. And surely that was my laptop.

I was irate the Assistant store manager would think that my time was worth $20? she hands over a gift card that was an insult to that 20 dollars was worth my 3 1half hour wait at the store.

Walmart harrassment from store manager

I am a staff at a local high school. We have several students who have or are currently working casual/part-time at Walmart. Today I was told by another staff that she was at Walmart just as one of our students told her he was just fired. He was pulled into the managers office and yelled at about his shoes. Then the Manager pulled the shoes off the student, threw them across the room and told him " Mutt, go pick them up". This student was very upset, on the verge of tears. Today we tried to get him to file a formal complaint, however he is too afraid. As you can imagine, as a young teenager would be. I just want to put this out there, as this is not the first time I have heard this type of complaint. How discouraging, as an educater to know this is what our youth are faced with.

Unfortunately this happens in every walmart store as young people are yelled at, grabbed and disciplined in manners that are in- conceivable. and they get away with it as too many people are too afraid to stand up to them, why i am not quite sure as hopefully when other retailers come to Canada this will silence and humble walmart from running wild in Canada.

Walmart deposits

I wished I read reviews on this card prior to setting up my direct deposit for gvmt reservist pay.
Long summary short, the overseas "specialist" as they want to call them stated that my direct deposit was error was because of my employer's delay. Hs, dfas sends out efts several days prior to the paydate.

Anyways I have been going around with them because walmart money card feels that it is in their rightful duty to withhold my pay for one to two weeks after my pay date. They state it is the government's slow processing for the delay.

Needless to say I am going to switch to western union card or go to usaa and do some type of banking where I have limited access to funds. Yeah I put on a card for limited access but I want my monies on hand when the deposit hits; not when someone decides for me a week or so later.

Walmart refuses to take responsibility for child unfriendly shopping carts.

I went shopping at around 5pm with my two children. My nine year old son and three year old daughter. While I was in the clothing my son was pushing the cart. He decided to get in the shopping cart. He stood at the edge to get out and the cart tipped over. He banged his head on the floor and had a bloody nose. The team handled it pretty well. They gave us ice and helped stop the bleeding. This is not what this complaint is about However they told me that my son is not allowed to step in their shopping cart. None of this would have happened if they had more child friendly shopping carts.

Beware. Diabetics buying $4 Metformin extended release at Walmart may have an issue with the drug company that supplies Walmart.
If your blood sugars are not coming down or are hard to control, it could be because the generic Metformin pill has too much corn flour content around the drug.
This can make the drug ineffective or digestive incompatible with food intake!
Get your store manager to ask Bentonville to advise what drug company manufactures generic Metformin for Walmart to determine whether it is one or a dozen companies, so this concern can be discovered as fact or not.

Walmart they lose your package and you have to fight to get your refund

Two months ago I ordered several items from Walmart.com. Walmart emailed me and told me when my order had shipped. I never got the package. Three weeks later then said I cancelled the order and they quickly refunded my money. I noticed the delivery people from Walmart are nothing like the UPS, USPS and Federal Express delivery people. They are young kids who have no experience. Another time, one of them delivered a package to me and then when I opened it, I found it was someone else's order. The delivery guy came back and asked me if I had packing tape to close the box back up and he then gave me my package and took the other one that he had mistakenly given to me. He did not have any packing tape but he is a delivery person. Today I found out this is the second time they lost my package. So it's useless to order from Walmart.com because you don't know if you will get the stuff or not, probably not. Walmart won't admit their delivery people are inexperienced, so they just cancel the order and refund you once they realized their delivery people messed up. I went into Walmart today and talked to the lady working at the Walmart.com counter. She would not help me. She said I am not in the computer. Yeah right. I have three emails from Walmart in my computer, I have a name and password for my Walmart.com account, but according to her, she could not help me at all. I then went and spoke with a manager who told me that the lady at the Walmart.com desk could have used my email address to help me. She never asked me for my email address. Now I have emailed Walmart.com and told them my story. It will take me weeks to hopefully get my money back, plus I had to go and buy those items today because I did not get any of the things I paid for. It's a real mess.

That may have been the case in the past, but it seems that they have upped their game. I purchased a set of slipcovers and they never arrived. I contacted walmart.com via chat and the representative said they had been delivered but since I hadn't received them it was possible that was a mistake and they had been lost during shipping. She offered me a my choice of either a full refund or replacement. I opted for the refund simply because I wanted to get the slipcovers asap as the were supposed to have been delivered the previous week.
The representative processed the refund and it was credited to me the next day!

My experience with wallmart was positive. I ordered something precious from wallmart and fedex left the package at my door in 5 inch snow. Somebody took the package or the delivery guy never left the package. When I found out that my package is missing, I contacted wallmart and they sent me replacement at no cost! I got my replacement package today. I am really glad and I recommend wallmart. My experience says that Wallmart is a very responsible merchant. Do not hesitate to buy anything from Wallmart, you will get your item, one way or another.

Walmart - child beating cashier

Walmart employee harrassment

I've been a customer hear for over 15 years. One day I had checked my credit card balance at home and unknowingly I left my card on my table. Picked up my kids and went to get some items. At the check out register there was an elderly lady is a motorized cart my daughter is a big helper so she asked her if she needed help getting she said sure so my daughter began to assist her while I checked out. Or so I thought until I looked in my wallet and my card wasn't there, I asked the cashier to suspend my total and I'll be back to check out. A manager came and did it and directed me to customer service where I can tell them a number and it can be retrieved. I thought my daughter was still beside me assisting the elderly woman, but she was packing our items into the basket, when I turned around to leave my daughter unknowingly began to push the basket and follow me. When I saw that she wasn't behind me I explained to her the situation and told her NO, and pushed the basket back and apologized to the manager and cashier. It looked so bad, I was so embarrassed! I went home got my CARD and came back bought my items & left. Now when I go into this location my every move is watched employees follow me around the store repeatedly asking me if I need help! I've never received any customer service prior to me leaving my card at home. I have a hispanic friend that gets treated worse for no reason. If a white person had did like me they would not have been treated the way minorities are. That mistake of leaving my card and my daughter innocently helping her mom, unknowingly pulling the basket away even though I came back and paid would land my name on some kind of list. It hurts to know if I just wouldn't of been in a rush, that one day and got my card how different it would make my future shopping experiences.

I have been to this store for years, I will rethink and go to Target from now on. One of the managers (African American) woman, I saw her jump an employee in front of all the customers on the floor, because she answered a question for a customer. She told her she is NOT allowed to speak to customers. I worked at Walmart and we were told "you better not ignore customers, if they ask for something dont just tell them where it is show them and be polite" This woman talked to that poor girl like she was total dog ###. We then came back and this SAME manager jumped another girl and when the manager walked away she passed our group and said"honky b". The store manager Angela did NOTHING and come to find out this African American manager has been complained about SEVERAL times. This one girl I found out is a bit slow and has a mental disability, I will be going back and urging this worker to file discrimination charges on this woman and Walmart, and I WILL go to court for her and tell them what I saw. This ungrasteful, biggoted, racisted manager is allowed to still have a job, go ask for LINDA in lake jackson walmart shes the one.

Walmart called the police on me.

I am a single parent. I have no money for a babysitter. I thought I would make a quick trip to your store and back. I have a three year old son. I knew that if i took my son to the store with me my quick trip would take longer because I would have to watch him. When I left the store I found out a customer reported me to the front desk and they called the police on me because I left my son in the car. The doors were locked so he could not get out or open the door to strangers. The car was turned off. The police officer accused me of child abandonment. She told me this time it was just a warning but if she ever got a call again that I would be charged. This police officer must have nothing better to do and the associate who called the police must be a bad worker for her to call the police on me. The police officer is a bad police officer who likes to use her power to harass and bully people. Good thing she did not arrest me or I would have her badge number. It is none of her business that I left a three year old in the car for one minute so I could shop in peace.

My mother was was a good mother Dennis Keith. Apparently with all your name calling it is your mother who is a bad mother. At least my mother made sure I know how to read. As I said I forgot that I had the child with me. I thought my husband had the child. Also the doors had childproof locks so how can the child get out. Don't you know how to read.

First of all I am NOT a bad parent. I simply thought my child was with her father at the time. He was sleeping and I had no idea that he was in the backseat. So before you judge me you should go look at your own parents or parenting because a decent parent would teach their children not to judge.

It was not lazy parenting. I had a lot of stuff to do that day and could not be slowed down. Besides he was in the car seat and the door had child proof locks. That means that he cannot open the door. I am sick of people calling me a bad parent. The people on youtube have called me a bad parent as well. My username there is also veganchica81. If anyone has bad parents it is you.

Anyone else notice this from the OP:
" I knew that if i took my son to the store with me my quick trip would take longer because I would have to watch him" in the complaint and one day later: "Learn how to read, I am saying I had no idea my son was in the car."

I'm just curious how you went from knowing that if you took your son in you would have to watch him (God forbid a parent does that) to thinking he wasn't even there to begin with. Personally, I wouldn't have went to the front desk, I would have called the cops while standing next to your car.

An idiot's born every minute, so other people born at the same time you were born are off the hook. Any number of tragedies can befall a three-year-old left alone in a vehicle. A child can choke to death. A child can work himself into a crying frenzy, vomit, and then aspirate the vomit. You are one of those people who leaves a child in harms' way and then stands in front of the microphones saying, "Please...Please...If you have my son just send him home safely." OMFG!

You have got to be the dumbest person I ever heard. You are stupid for leaving your 3 year old in a car! What if he opened the door? You should have been arrested. Your right, I would like to know that police officers badge number. You should have been arrested and your kid needs to go to an orphanage where someone will watch and care for him! That officer should be fired for not arresting you. What is the world coming to? All these stupid criminals plead a stupid case and want sympathy for their ignorant actions! Yes you are a criminal and you should be arrested.

If anything would have happened to your kid You would be in jail for a long time. I can tell your mammie did not teach you anything either!

Dear VeganChica81: I too am a single parent and have been in the same situation that you described so *many* times I've lost count. My ExH & I divorced fairly soon after I became a parent, but he was never around/available even when we were married (& his lack of physical, emotional or financial support only INcreased as the years have passed) and I can tell you that 'Girl, I KNOW how unbelievably HARD it is to be a TRUE Single Parent (the Ex Spouse/Parent isn't around/doesn't help; no family or grandparents to pitch in, no 'Significant Other' to share the load or at least be another BODY around, much less Responsible Adult). I've been a TRULY Single Mom for over 14 years and although I know a number of other 'Single Parents', who are overcoming obstacles at every turn, I have other friends who are Truly Single Parents like myself and although each group is rarely (if ever) distinguished from one other - even by the members themselves - we couldn't be MORE DIFFERENT, nor can the Single Parents (who have, and *Heavily* utilize, their SUPPORT Systems) relate - AT ALL - to the plight of the Truly SINGLE Parent who doesn't have the Support System that these other Single Parents take for granted. The Support System that never enters the mind of those who have an Ex-Spouse who co-parents, takes visitation (the ONLY time you can "Punch Out" your Parenting Time Card) or actually SPEAKS to you; GRANDPARENTS (nearby/in town) who are the next best thing the child's Actual Parents; extended Family who are the next best thing to grandparents; a Trusted & Reliable Sitter old enough to drive & take on tasks normally done by you or to fill-in when you're 'deathly' ill; or even a 'Significant Other', just to enable an errand to be done or watch the child in the tub so that you can go be sick in the commode like a civilized person who has the Flu (which you caught from the kids after nearly a week with no rest or actual sleep, doing your best 'Florence Nightingale' impersonation) …. and that's just the 'cream of the crop' of the "Single Parent Support System" that separates the 'harried from the keeping-it-together', the 'downtrodden from the overcomers' and those who are 'doing it' as opposed to having it 'done to them'.

I just want to make it CLEAR to VeganChica81 and all who read this that there really are two different classes of single parents (and former socio-economic status has ZERO bearing to which class a single parent will belong) and for those of us thrown into the abyss of Truly Single Parenthood, we are NEVER "Off Duty". We work 24 hours, 7 days a week and most of the time, it feels like more (ha-ha, but true). We are over-worked, over-tired, over-stressed, overwhelmed, over-obligated, over-loaded and always in 'overdrive'. We are under-paid, under-appreciated, under-loved and definitely mis-UNDER-stood! Single Parenthood has become so commonplace in the day and age that no one stops to think anymore, "How is she/he doing it all alone?" "How is she/he taking on all the responsibilities, obligations, tasks and wage earning that was previously being done by TWO people?" I can tell you: if they are overcoming/succeeding/coming through unscathed mentally & physically, they are leaning on others. This can range from one to many; from just another body there - which is a Huge help all on its own, to forming a patchwork system of support in multiple areas, all the way to pulling out the "big guns": partnering with another for income, housing, parenting or all of the above - a replacement spouse or family. If they don't have access to any of this - or are averse to such choices (for various reasons) - then they are like me and VeganChica81 and many others whose plight is, in my opinion, quite deliberately IGNORED by everyone from the mainstream media, the public at large, neighbors, social acquaintances, friends and yes, even their own FAMILY. Truly Single Parents like us do NOT have the LUXURY of choices MOST of the time (or, if we do, none of those choices is very positive or inviting).

Truly Single Parents find themselves in situations like the one VeganChica81 related that happened to her at Walmart. I know. I've been there. I've run into the Gas Station to pay for gas when the pump wouldn't work because I could watch my child, strapped in her car seat the ENTIRE time and doing so would take 3 minutes max, whereas going through the entire process of taking her out, waking her up, having her scream and cry, using ONE hand to dig through my bag to pay AND scariest of all, the whole time feeling (and truly being) Vulnerable to being robbed, car-jacked or worse.

But if you start that, you'll do it again. And again. When you're a Truly Single Parent these situations DO NOT STOP HAPPENING … and then your child gets older, or the weather gets a bit warmer, or you lock your keys in the car because you were up all night with a sick child and you're bleary-eyed … and something happens….something BAD.

There's a reason that leaving a child unattended is against the law. Too many things can go wrong. They WILL go wrong. It's rare they don't and those 'good' outcomes only lull you to sleep so that you'll do it again and the chances for disaster increase to near certainty.

I spent a LONG time on this post to (hopefully) provide some insight and understanding into WHY any mother, this mother (VeganChica81) would leave their child in the car to run into a store "for just a minute". Please, please stop berating her. I know you didn't understand before …. hopefully, now you have more sympathy for her plight and what brought her to that decision.

But as a mother who has lived this HARD and very LONELY life of Truly Single Parenthood (though hardly anyone would know - I always put a good face on it and it has taught me the most important lessons I never could've learned otherwise -- to learn on the Lord as truly my Savior and My Father - a girl needs her Daddy, always, and especially when things get hard), I hope I can pass on to you, VeganChica81 the hard-won lessons I've learned … and this 'just running into the store thing' (that I know so well), will ONLY have a BAD outcome. Look for a different choice. Look hard. It's not an option.

Finally, help another Truly Single Parent out -- giving to them will help YOU more than you could ever imagine.

May the Lord Meet All of Your Needs and may you truly Know Him,
BeachMom

I can't see where you thought leaving your child unattended in a car while you went in for a few minutes was right...Any number of things could have gone wrong regardless of whether the doors were locked or not, you just dont do that to one of your kids...Sounds like someone needs to take a parenting class cause i will be the first to say that if that had happened where i live you wouldn't have your child or your freedom...

Walmart missing/stolen medication

I got 3 prescriptions filled at wal-mart on West Kimberly Road in Davenport, IA for a 90 day supply of Cymbalta 60mg, Cymbalta 30mg, and Xanex 1mg. It is the end of February and I notice that I am low on Xanex and not thinking about when the prescription was filled. I call wal-mart and they tell me that they will contact my doc about refills. Later that day I call and see if they heard anything from my doc given the fact that I only had one pill left. They had heard nothing and it was a friday. I remembered that I had a refill left on the same xanex prescription from when I was in Florida for a pageant and it was through wal-green's. I go to wal-greens to get it filled and they tell me that I have the same medication on file at another pharmacy for 90 days. I tell them what is going on. I also noticed that I still had about a month's worth of my cymbalta and I filled it on the same day as the xanex so everything should have come out right about the same. Wal-green's tells me I need to go to wal-mart and let them know. The pharmacist at wal-mart tells me that all of his stock counts back and so there is no way that I should be missing any pills. I said well can't you review security tapes? He says that the tapes won't show how many pills were counted out. So I guess he trusts all of his employees not to steal a controlled substance. I told them I wanted all of my prescriptions pulled and I didn't want to fill with them anymore because they were not secure enough for me. I go home and count my Cymbalta pills. I have 33 pills left of the Cymbalta 60mg and I have 48 pills left of the Cymbalta 30mg yet I take one of each per day. The 33 pills left is probably more of the correct amount of medication that I should have left for all 3. I have never been so disgusted. This is my mental health and I can't afford nor can my mental health be put in jeopardy because they have employees that are not careful or want to steal medications and them not even look into it.

Cancer patient. Two years. Same meds same WalMart Phamacy in Indialantic FL. End of year. . Made special trip to dr's office for refills under new law. Ativan and Hydrocodone/apap. Brought to drop off window. Said I wanted Ativan filled but would keep Hydrocodone scrip for another time since I didn't need it. Lady told me she would keep it on file or enter it and all I would have to do is call for the hydrocodone pain pill prescription to be filled. So last week I went to the pharmacy while I was in the store to order that prescription dated end of December - refilled. . Girl at desk said no such prescription. And they were 'not allowed' to keep those prescriptions on file. And so basically I was wrong and no such prescription existed. HAH. She called druggist over and he basically repeated the same story. That it didn't happen. They saw in their computer the Ativan prescription, filled on January 2, 2015 and my past two years history of using these drugs regularly (single cell carcinoma patient). I told him I had NO REASON to lie about it. And that that 'girl' did take both of my prescriptions the same day but only entered and filled one. . What she did with the hydrocodone prescription has become pretty obvious after reading some of the stories on this. page. I think someone got 90 hydrocodone pills somehow with my prescription. . I had no dog in this race. I have new prescriptions under the new law already. But ya know? At some point they're going to get caught. I also have been given the 'story' many times that they didn't 'have enough' cough syrup to fill my prescript so I only got half, and never got the other half. Scam City here I'm thinking. I really want to make this public and will probably report it to Headquarters somehow but this is a public forum and I hope it will help, although I don't see any very recent entries. Thanks for the opportunity to say my piece.

Yep—-because people steal them. A relative stole twelve xanax pills from my prescription bottle. There’s nothing I can do but take pills every other day until I can refill and cross my fingers the panic doesn’t start again.

Walmart shawana/ frank jurado

I was pushing the cart for my step dad into a lane where the cashier name Shawana was in. He came behind and placed a case of beer on the counter, I put the chips afterwards. It was our turn and the cashier gave me a nasty look and demanded my id. I asked why and she said 'for the beer.' I'm not buying any beer" "I DON't care you touched it." "I was touching the cart." again she demanded my id, I gave it to her, she glared at me and threw it back. My step dad showed his id and she said she didn't need to see it. "I'm buying the beer and have to show id, right." She rolled her eyes and proceeded to chunk our groceries into the basket. After wards she tossed the receipt at us. I got her name and called for the manager right in front of her. She puffed up when we did that. The manager wasn't there so someone else came. Shawana was taken off the register and sent to the back, where she belongs with that attitude of hers. We did call and complain afterwards but the manager FRANK JURADO was still not there.
