Walmart china quality

One of my favorite YouTube bloggers recommended Walmart as a reliable and trustworthy online shopping website. So I decided to order something from Walmart. When I received my items I was terrified and shocked about the quality! Items I have ordered looked super cheap and were definitely made in China! They say they are located in USA but these people are obviously getting their stuff from China! I'm so extremely disappointed, just wasted my money on garbage! Don't order anything from this website!

Walmart fraudulent charge for a purchase that came out of my checking account.

On Saturday, March 12, 2016 I received an e-mail thanking me for a recent purchase at Walmart.com. I had neither been to there site nor had made a purchase so I opened e-mail. Walmart claims I made a purchase from there site for an Unlimited 30 day talk plan for $45.00 plus tax and that it was deducted from my checking account via a debit card on file with my account. I immediately called customer service to question the purchase and to cancel it out immediately. I was told that it was an E-Delivery item and they couldn't do anything about it. They said to save it my e-mail and not to use it but they couldn't refund my money. They marked it as fraudulent but I would have to contact my bank to file a claim. I did so but had to cancel my debit card (I won't receive another for about two weeks and had to change my payment options for accounts that withdraw money on a monthly basis. I was so upset I called Walmart.com and my Walmart credit card and cancelled both. I will never shop at Walmart.com again. This isn't the first unpleasant experience I had but in the past I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not this time. I have heard of others who have had the same thing happen and Walmart.com plays dumb about it. The order # is [protected] and the amount was for $45.00 plus $4.17 tax for a total of $49.17. I would like this to be refunded ASAP. I had no reason to order such a thing. I have an unlimited talk and text through ATT. I don't even know what I would do with such a thing.

Walmart dangerous and filthy

Last Saturday I when to my neighborhood locate Walmart on Fairington Rd. LITHONIA, Ga.. There was people walking around I guess just as myself, Say how if I'm going out or something nasty everything was. It's a shame we cannot come to our own neighborhood an feel safe in a clean environment. This Walmart is located in one of if not the Richest Black Residence. The Restroom was Stinky and was Extremely Nasty. This Walmart can pay an employee to sit and accommodate each customer. It should be s Walmart to be proud of.

Walmart store on hwy 280, birmingham, al

I and others at my office have observed thieves lolling about the Vision Center, apparently casing their targets - as was done to me.
Upon checkout, after shopping the store following my contacts purchase,
I discovered my very large wallet had been stolen.
I summoned police. The store would not allow me to see their film of the thief, but did allow the policeman, who explained to me how the thief had followed me and took the split second opportunity to steal my wallet, while my hand was over my large handbag.
The store was of no assistance to me whatsoever and could not care less that I was pickpocketed. Of course the whole episode was on camera, but obviously of no concern to Walmart, as their merchandise was not touched.
Furthermore, I insisted on reporting the incident to the manager immediately. The assistant later appeared and then told the police that I had accused their cashier of stealing my wallet - she did not understand English very well, as her primary language was Spanish.
I encourage all to be vigilant, as the Walmart thieves have an experienced expertise in the art of pickpocketing.

Walmart caring more about policy then an established patient.

I have been going to Walmart vision Center in Howell MI for well over 10 years. I get my yearly exam and order my contact lenses there as well as my eye glasses. My valid prescription expired in Aug, 2015 and I had ordered some contacts to get me by for a few months. I was down to my last few pairs of contacts. I had an unfortunate accident and my eye glasses were destroyed. I had to wait till the first of the month before I could make my appointment so that I could you know, pay for my exam. I scheduled an appointment for March 3rd, the day that I get my check. So, I have been getting by with just my contacts until then. I was down to my last 2 pairs. I had another unfortunate accident 5 days before my appointment. I flushed my last contact lense case down the toilet and had no choice but to throw the pair I was wearing out that night. So, Sunday I put my last pair in. I was spending the night at moms house to drive her to Ann Arbor for Cataracts surgery Monday morning. I had a problem with putting my contact in that morning and it ended up getting torn. So, after moms surgery I drove to Howell Walmart and told them everything. Like I said, I have been going here for eye care for years. I have other health issues, so for me it is important to have that doctor patient relationship. They know my history, they know that I suppress my immune system and that an eye infection would be a big problem for me. All I needed was for them to give or sell me a contact lense for my one eye to get me through for 3 days until my appointment. I even said that it could be the trial pair that you normally get after your eye exam. The lady said that it was against policy. She said because I did not have a valid prescription that they could not do it. I said that I had no glasses or contacts and had to drive mom back to the eye doctor the next morning to get her cataracts checked. All she kept telling me that a torn contact could scratch my eye. I said I know that Is why I am here. Apparently, they care more about their policy then the health of their patients.
When I showed up for my appointment 3 days later The manager was a condescending witch. She said that is was my fault for not having a second pair of glasses and I should always keep an active prescription. Who has the money for 2 pairs of glasses? When your script is expiring they actually call you to ask if you want to order and stock up before your script expires. So, I have plenty of contacts and am suppose to make an appointment for an exam just to keep an active script. Then let it sit unused until I need it and waist 4 out of my 12 months just so it's active. That is just stupid.
I make it a point to keep going to the same doctor so that if I have a problem they know me, my history, my problems. I go to them with an emergency and they leave me with nothing. I have to drive in a snow storm to get mom back to get checked the next morning with a torn contact lense. I understand policy, and rules. But when it comes to the health of your patient, someone who has been coming to you every year for well over 10 years and depending on her health care provider to help in an emergency there are reasons for exceptions. I was not a stranger off of the street. My prescription wasn't expired for a long time. I had an appointment already scheduled days later. I wasn't even asking for a pair of contacts. It was one contact so that I could see to deal with life for the next 3 days to get me to my appointment. I will not go back, they have lost my business. I will be telling everyone I know just how much Walmart cares for their patients.

I wasn't asking for a refill. I was asking for help from my doctor of more then 10 years in an emergency situation. 1 contact lense for one eye to help me be able to see to drive. My appointment was in 3 days. I was coming on a yearly basis to them for my appointments. When I showed for the appointment 3 days later the eye doctor was pissed! But it is Walmart and the doctors are not in charge, the Walmart optical manager was. Nothing was mentioned about being illegal. Big difference between medication and contact lenses. I already talked to U of M Kellogg eye clinic and they just shook their heads and said they should have taken care of me as an established patient.

Walmart automotive service center

Wal-Mart is now bullying its customers with another bait and switch tactic!
I went to my local Wal-Mart Automotive Service Center on 3/2/16 to purchase a new battery for my car. First I asked them to test my current battery and when it failed I said I would like to purchase one of their $50 ValuePower batteries.
The serviceman went inside then came back saying that he cannot sell me one of the ValuePower batteries because my car "requires" a more expensive battery at more than double the price. (going into some detail of their legal responsibilities and the $50 batteries do not meet the requirements for my car)
I had to go inside and purchase a VP-65 battery and install it myself and it fits and works perfectly!
You have to also understand that the car I was purchasing the battery for that had these punitive requirements was a 97 Ford T-Bird with a V8. (not a car with any extreme electrical requirements)
I called Ford to get the technical specifications and SURPRISE...
The VP-65 that I had to install myself met Ford's specifications precisely!
This kind of bait and switch garbage is intolerable and Wal-Mart is now off my list for anything having to do with their auto service center.

Walmart walmart accusations of theft that never occurred and keeping my merchandise

I would also like to complain on walmart and their horrible attitude towards costumers. I shop at walmart every single day. I slipped on a water puddle from a leaky roof that had no sighns I really hurt myself and still have back problems due to it but I did not sue because this was my favorite store. Well not any more.. I went thru self chevkout and the cashier (Who is my 3kids dads current girlfriend) I didn't think we had any issues but apparently we do. She was busy one machine didn't hav money in it so she was having to get someone some cgange and another machine scale was saying theur was something on it and nothing was. All the while I was in somewhat of a hurry but I only had two items and after scanning them to pay I become aware it is a card only machine. So I just ran into my bro in law while coming in so I call him tell him come swipe his card and ill just give him my cash. So she clearly sees us just standing their waiting for bro in law she sees him walk up but I guess about that time she doesnot actually see him swipe the card we are walking past her station as she is just returning looking hard in my basket well as we approach door a manager is walking out just getting off work we walk out along side him no probs, get to car, load stuff in car, and I go to put buggy up and another managercomes out looking around.. He approaches me and asks for my receiot says the cashier wanted to cgeck it but was busy she said I didnot pay.. Ok for one how does he know i'm the one she is talking about cuz they never went got her to identify. Unfortunately being in a hurry and holding up the line when bro in law swiped his card none of us remember grabbing the receipt so here we r looking like theives bcuz we don't have a receipt to show. They keep asking wat register did u pay at then I told them and I went back in to see if maybe receipr was still there but of course it was not. I told them a million times just go look at ur video and it will show that he come swiped his card. He even had text message on his phone from the purchase but they saud that proves nothing. Ha. By now there r 3managers out in the parkinglot calling me a liar well lets see ur receiot then, proove it with a receipt.. We have already gotten the two items out and they have possesion of them and the manager we walked out with insists their was a third item. There was no third item. I told them this is ridiculous just go look at video they simply refused and called cops saying they have a theft that just accured bs they simply knew I had no receipr to prove my purchase so I don't think they really cared that I actually paid or not they knew I had no proof. So ofcourse the way it was going I knew i'd go to jail bcuz yes wat walmart says is wat happened in the eyes of the laws. Bs I left with them shouting i'm going to jail for assault bcuz they would not move so I could get out but I never touched them wirh my car I slowly kepr backing up they would take a step back id back up a lil more they would take a step back did this until I had enuf room to pull forward and turn out the space. They kept my merchandise.. They stole from me straight up and want to call ne the theif.. I beleive that ex's new gfriend seen that we left receipt and trashed it and knew whar would happen if she told manager to check our receipr. If it was even me she was talking about. Bcuz she never was called to the office or anything was ever mentuined about it after that but she did tell my son I was in jail that same night when she got off work.. So y would she think I was in jail dhe knew I did not have receipr. She also told son that she thought she was going to get a bonus but she did not... Its blows my mind how they never once tried to verify my story by asking her or by video or something before calling cops.. Idk how many times I have left walmart with my teceiot or threw it away while walking out. How does simply leaving a receiot behond make me an assumed theif.

Walmart lack of customer support

Walmart has an extremely wide variety of products and really nice prices. When I found this website I was really amazed. So I decided to give it a try and ordered one item. I just wanted to try this site before making a huge order. Well, my items arrived broken and when I contacted their customer service and asked for help they ignored me. No one from the company ever contacted me and fixed my issue. I'm very disappointed and I will never order anything from them again. The lack of customer support is what disgusts me the most.

Walmart not a great place to shop

I've ordered several items from walmart about three weeks ago. My order arrived in reasonable time but when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed because few items were missing. Thing which I did receive were great, but I still i'm very disappointed. When I called customer service I got the run around and finally after about 10 calls was promised a refund. But unfortunately I never got my money back. Really bad. Never expected something like this from such a reputable company. I guess i'll never order anything from walmart again.

Walmart scam clowns!

Several days ago I went to the Walmart online store to buy myself something special. I found a lovely dress that I wanted to wear on my birthday party, so I ordered it. Few days after I ordered and paid I received an email from them saying my order was cancelled. I immediately contacted customer service and asked what was going on, I wanted some explanations. Their rep said that they never received the payment, so they had no other choice. Then I contacted my bank and was told that Walmart did receive my money. What a joke! These liars stole my money and I will never get my birthday dress! So extremely disappointed. Never again I will buy anything from these scam clowns!

Walmart disgusted with walmart!

I ordered few things from Walmart and will never make the same mistake again. Things I ordered never arrived and I have no idea where my order is. So I contacted them and demanded my money back. I had to keep calling Walmart customer service for the past three weeks and they still refused to refund me! These people owe me over $165! So recently I called them again and said that if they don't refund me I'm calling the police. And they finally answered and promised to refund me in few days. Horrible company!

My Walmart 'lost' my car battery while I was getting new tires and told me it was my fault because it took me more than a day to pick my car up. The person in charge of store security claimed she went through all the tapes and saw nothing, but I don't believe her! I used to work at this Walmart and it amazes me that they can catch someone stealing a bottle of 88 cent Ibuprofen but can't find a $120+ dollar car battery. They are a greedy company that cares more about profit than customer satisfaction! And they certainly don't care about employees! I know so many people that worked at the Walmart in my town that were let go for reasons that Walmart says they stand up for in their handbook, like physical or mental disabilities. I'm on disability for depression and I told them that at every interview I had that I could only make a certain amount of money and they said that was fine. But once I started working there, my manager seemed to forget that fact and would schedule me way over what I could work. I think that's one of the reasons they let me go. Good riddance to them!

Walmart big failure

About 5 months ago I ordered a TV from Walmart.com. But all of a sudden, the TV stopped working! I unplugged it and waited a few seconds, when I plugged it up again, nothing happened.
I contacted Walmart customer service via their live chat option and explained the situation. Their rep was about to issue a refund, but suddenly he changed his mind and told me that it has been too long to give a refund! Then I told that I would like to speak to a manager and the answer was no. Horrible lack of customer support! Avoid these dishonest people!

Walmart vision center eyeglasses - lenses

I purchased lenses from walmart to put in frames that I purchased elsewhere. When I first brought the glasses home I was in love. That loved soon turned to hatred when the glasses suddenly acquired more scratches and stress fractures that I have ever seen before. Took then to walmart told it is my fault. So after only four months and 400 dollars, I am forced to get new glasses because I can't see out of these ones. Don't buy lenses from walmart. Spend the money elsewhere. Inferior quality and they don't stand behind their product.

Walmart tired of walmart!

I ordered a few items from Walmart.com. One item was fine, but the second one was nothing what I thought it would be. I contacted their customer service and they said I need to go to their store and someone would help me. I went to the nearest Walmart store, spent 30 minutes there only to be told that I have to go to another store. I took a bus and went to another store which was 25 minutes away. When I arrived I was told to contact Walmart customer care by phone. No words can describe how sick I am of Walmart.

Walmart automotive service

2/19/16 service order number 31227. I took my vehicle (2005 Ford Excursion) in for service. It was to have an oil change, air filter replaced and all fluids checked, and all fittings greased. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I paid the bill of $52.92 which was reasonable and returned to the parking lot to leave. When I started the truck and started to back up I found that I had no brakes. The pedal went to the floor and the brake light came on which was not the case when I brought the truck in for service. I went back inside the service department and asked about the problem, that's when I learned that the service I asked for was done, they check the fluids but if low they do not add or refill them. Why bother to even check them then. I paid to have someone tell me they are there. Luckily when I back up I knew enough to get it stopped with the emergency brake not to hit your building. If this would have been a very senior citizen what would have happened when they got out of the parking lot or onto a four lane highway. I was never informed there was a problem with the brakes when I picked up my vehicle. upon reading the technician comments on my bill it stated "breaks very sensitive". Not brakes not working. If this is your policy for service I will not let them service my vehicle again. I also spoke to the ###'t manager and he talked to the tech and it was okay when they brought it into the bay but stated that the brakes felt funny when they moved it to the parking area. This really needs to be addressed before they send someone else out into traffic only to be in an accident.

Walmart site to store pick up

I ordered an iPhone 6s online to be picked up at a store an hour away from home, when the website asked to list the pick up persons name, I listed my husbands name because I couldn't go there myself... My husband drove in bad weather conditions for an hour to pick it up for me, and they said "only she can pick it up"... seriously?! Why does the website ask for the pick up persons name if it has to be the person who ordered/paid for it?! By far the WORST experience with Walmart EVER! NEVER AGAIN, will I order anything online again from Walmart... I may just stop going there all together! I am VERY DISSATISFIED! :( Now I have to figure out how to have the phone shipped to me at home when I could have done that to begin with! :( My husband wasted 1 hour driving in bad weather, all the gas it took to go there, gets a "no" and has to come all the way back here for NOTHING!

Walmart withholding money

I made a return from an online purchase I made with the card, I returned item in store in person, walmart money card customer service told me that my card was blocked because they need proof I bought what was returned with said card which I did but was months ago and after the return I lost receipt so they're holding the amount of the return and everything else I have on there a few hundred dollars and won't unblock my card or give me an alternate way to get my money, they said the card is blocked that's it I can't have my money!walmart money card is a rip off you lose money continuously beware do not use this card

Walmart swim bottoms

i bought a bathing suit bottom piece from walmart and when i used it for the very first time in an indoor pool i realized something wasnt right when i was swimming and once in the shallow end i reached down to discover that i was hanging out of the front as the bottoms fell apart and i couldnt get out of the pool . i waited until there wasnt anyone nearby and made a dash for my towel to cover up . when i tried to take the bottoms back i was only told i could exchange them but no refund. they told me i should have bought a larger pair but they were a large.

Walmart customer service

Walmart Kirkland store sold me a wrong prepaid phone card of 100$ on Jan 13, 2016, I asked for a Bell pre-paid phone card and they sold me a Virgin mobile card, probably because they thought Bell and Virgin belong to the same company at that time. I noticed the problem when I tried to activate the card and Bell refused it. I went back to the store to return the card, but they told me they could not do the return for prepaid phone card even though they feel sorry for the mistake of their employee made but they could not do anything about it, they let me to solve it with Bell and Virgin Mobile by myself, they told me they could not hold the responsibility for the mistake of their employee made for this case. I called Bell again and they told me it's impossible for them to fix this issue as they are different company with Virgin Mobile, and let me to return the card to the store. Now I am stuck!
