Walmart - employee harassment, discrimination and illegal teemination

I was an employee of Walmart since February 2012, for the first 6 months of my employment in the dairy department I was receiving all positive evaluation from my supervisors. In November 2012 I injured my right arm on the job because A pallette full of gallons of milk was about to fall and I tried to stop it from falling however the load is quite heavy that cause my injury at work. I underwent physical therapy for few months and my arm did not return to its original strength. After my injury, I received coaching from supervisors and its all negatives they are trying to convince me that it was my fault that is why I suffered from injury. I did mot agree with their coaching because how can a person who got hurt because he is trying to do his job well is still at fault. I do not know the motivation of coaching, it's all blaming me. I have proven that instead of receiving support from management they just blamed me. I went to the general manager and told him the whole story I told him that I was discriminated. Since then I never received any positive feedback even I do not miss my job and just do my daily tasks. In May 2014, while I was working in the storage room, a group of personnel was pulling palette of goods and they hit the trash cart, the trash cart flew to the wall bounce back and hit me. I got hurt again because I fell on the floor back flat. The next day I received another coaching from my supervisor and its my fault again as usual. It seems that when someone is injured they always find fault, are afraid that the employee will file a lawsuit? Time passes and my supervisor Ronda Withee just watched like a ghost, she will find fault in everything that I do, she will force me to carry heavy stuff though my doctor submitted a recommendation to Walmart that I can only carry certain weight. My supervisor will take it against me if I do not follow. One tome she spoke to me and accused me of not doing my job because the shelves of eggs and milk are not full, How can you make them full in the middle of busy day wherein all customers when they go to Walmart they always get eggs and milk. I did not agree to her comments because I know for a fact that I worked hard and never stopping. At that time my supervisor told me "watch out" in an angry voice. I learned that when your supervisor does not like you will never be right no matter what. On July 4th there are so many customers, she assigned me to an empty shelf to fill out and she told me you have 30 minutes to fill that out, I tried. but how can you fill out a shelf when hundreds of customersrs are trying to grab the product. She came yo me about 5 times yo just find faupt and watch me work. Before the end of, y dutu she came bach and another superviof named Theresa and spoke to me and told me That i was terminated right there and then, When II tried to ask for the reason, they told me I am not doing my task, how can I last for 2 years if I did not do my job well. I told them I wpuld like to talk to the personnel manager, they told me she is not working at that they and she cannot do anything because the process is done. So I adked for the general manager tobtalk to hom and they said He is on leave for 10 days. I felt that everuthing was scripted and they terminate me during the time that Inhave no one to talk to and I was jot given a due process. I felt that Zi was discrinated and illegally terminated just because I am an Asian who is trying to explsin my side. I was not given a chance. They forced, r to dign the terminatin psper and Zi refised to sign. Zi am on the process of seeking justice and sought the help of the Department of labor.436
