Walgreens 2 liter bottles

I purchased Coca-Cola last night and found the soda to be flat, then purchase 2 more bottles again tonight and found these to be flat also, we have both been drinking Coca-Cola since we were kids and we are both in our sixties now . We love coke and don't want to start drinking Pepsi .
Is this the new formula now ? very little carbonation, almost flat .
Sincerely yours

Walgreens pharmacy service

Six days ago I submitted a Suboxon prescription to the Walgreen'S pharmacy on Ygnacio Valley Rd., Walnut Creek, CA.

I received an electronic message later that day stating the pharmacist was "reviewing" my prescription, thus causing a delay requiring no action on my part.

This morning, I picked up another prescription and inquired about the status of my Suboxon prescription.

I learned that the pharmacist actually did have a question but chose to sit on my scrip instead for multiple days. They then proceeded to ask questions they should have been answered by the scrip request I gave them.

The pharmacist told me they didn't have enough Suboxon to fill my prescription. I requested another Walgreen's be contacted to fill the scrip through a transfer.

After waiting over an hour and getting further redundant questions, I asked the pharmacy to fill another scrip I had waiting in the meantime.

They actually handed me the Suboxon they claimed they didn't have! They then proceeded to argue amongst themselves about whose fault this was. Not my problem.

More disturbing was the fact I could have walked out of there with an improperly processed narcotic prescription. I pointed out the error and waited some more while they tried to figure out their own mistake. I had to cancel an appointment to accommodate this.

I took my scrips home, only to get a call from Walgreen's telling me those very scrips in my hand were delayed. Clearly this was more erroneous information.

It really was very unprofessional on the part of that pharmacy. They obviously lack control over tightly monitored narcotics. I can only hope I never envounter such a mess again. If a pharmacist has questions, they should ask them in a timely manner rather than sitting on an issue until it becomes a customer emergency.

I understand mistakes happen, but this was ridiculous. I have used this pharmacy for over a decade and have noticed a service decline since they opened their new Ygnacio Valley Road store. Please check into this situation.

Walgreens employee, heather soto (photo department)

Sereyrod L. Chhin
10502 Walnut Glen Drive
Houston, Texas 77064
[protected]@yahoo.com

Regarding: Walgreens Store #5085
10965 Cypress Creek Pkwy
Houston, Texas 77070

On 11/27/2016 in the evening time hours at the above store I was there to print several photos. At the cashier I spoke to a female Clerk, Heather Soto who appeared not to be very friendly and seems to brush me off when ever I asked her questions about the printing. I was going to print sever hundreds photos and I was questioning her about the discount policies. I told her that I understand that I would get a discount if I would to print over 75 photos or more; however, I told her that I will make several order from my phone and CD disk which total to be over 200 hundreds photos. I asked her will I still get the discount even though my order are separately? And her replied to me was "that shouldn't be a problem." Because of what she told me, I decided to go a head and ordered the photos. The next day, I went back to pick up my prints and Heather Soto was also there. I confirmed with her about the discount and she told me that she will check with another employee, Patrick. After Patrick told her that there won't be a discount, she turn around and told me that she never told me so. She was rude and states "I know what I said and why are you flipping the scrip." With a bunch other customers at the lines, she was trying to embarrass me and states "I don't have to do it for you." I told her that I wouldn't ordered the print separately less than 75 separately if she told me otherwise. After being a Walgreens valued customer for over 20 years, I was shock that she told me to "leave". I was so outrageous and walked out as I told her to go ahead and shred those photos. As a regular Walgreens customer picking up my Cholesterol, high blood pressure and my diabetes medication monthly from Walgreens' Pharmacy and spending hundreds if not thousand of dollars yearly. I was so upset and told myself that I will not spend another penny in Walgreens again. It was really about a few pennies saving but of how I was treated like some kind of criminal by chasing me out of the store. If she would to be more professional about it and told me that she wasn't sure I would still pay for it anyway. I am not trying to get anything for free here, but she could have comes at me with a different approach. From now on I will never get my photos prints or my monthly medications from Walgreens again after the incident. With this e-mail I am suggesting an upper management to talk to Ms. Soto so Walgreens won't have to lose another value customer like me again.

Sincerely,

Sereyrod L. Chhin

Walgreens unfairness

Hi my name is Valerie Jean Arroyo and I've been working for Walgreens 3197 for a little over 2 lovely years. I love working for a company that allows me to shine and give the best customer service. My customers know the lengths that I will go to just to help them find that one item no matter how big or small it may be my customers applaud me everyday on what a great worker I am and how I run circles around my store just to keep us running smoothly. My management and crew also applaud my work ethics. Every review has been great and I always score high. I understand from my General Manager that since I am full time I must comply with the hours given to me even though I've communicated that I had issues with the new hours I've suggested if they needed to that I would take the hit lose the hours just so they could fill the space and give the day to another employee ( plenty employees willing to take the hours) the concern was not the coverage. My Manager Ms. B stood across from me and told me I was her greatest employee and in the same breath stated "well...I hate to see you go but. . .." This puzzled me and made no sense to me. I know very well what I offer to Walgreens my crew and my customers why would a company let someone like me go? It's not the company it's a person in my most honest opinion. I truly feel like my Manager Ms. B, and I state her name and her name only because " she rules the roost" even when she was out sick demanded her management crew to continue to set up the schedule and put me on for hours she knew I couldn't work so I may get written up till I'm fired. I feel it's a personal issue at this point because the crew does confide in me when they have questions or feel like they're being treated unfairly this highly upsets her and as she confides in other employees who have a hard time keeping a secret then the gossip spreads like wildfire. It's wrong cause she's the head of it all and sad because I even had a customer over hear her. I love keeping our store in harmony and it shows any customer could tell you how Valerie works I don't let petty gossip affect me. I've been wanting to have a sit down with my district manager to speak further about this matter but the right time never came as the company is going thru a ruff patch...but why let such a prize employee go? Ms B assured me that he was also on board with her decision on letting me go. I'm just finding it very hard to understand how a company could let go of such a great employee. Ms B kept drilling about policy & procedures and it still wasn't making sense to me if I had such a great employee I would not be letting them go so easily. I've been terminated today...it was extremely hard sitting in the office with Ms B and my Assistant Sam voicing to me how I'm being let go as he is fighting back tears to get the words out. So I feel it my moral duty to alert Walgreens that Ms B picks and chooses what policies and procedures she wants to follow all done in front of crew and customers and I truly feel like this is unfair to everyone not only me and as I was walking around the store saying my goodbyes to my crew nobody could understand why I was being let go yet on the other hand most knew she had it in for me...perhaps she felt like she lost some respect as a manager but that had nothing to do with me I have no say on how she decides to manage her store there was a time with a crew member being treated unfairly and I voiced my opinion to her and that's where I feel like it all started. I did not speak ill with
her although she was not happy I was standing up for a crew member. I thought hard before writing this letter this job has meant more to me then just work I've enjoyed every day working with everyone of my crew and that even includes Ms B and taking care of every single one of my customers whom I know most by name. My wish is not to have anyone fired but just become a better manager for both your job and community. Before this job Jersey City was foreign to me and although I've heard not so great stories on the location...I truly fell in love with this community this is a place that I will sincerely miss. As a manager it is your duty to keep your crew and customers safe and I know that Walgreens has procedures and policies to keep us safe when catching a shoplifter for example. My crew has been bitten, pushed, scratched, punched, spit on and even worse. So now that I'm gone I would like to make sure that my crew and my customers are safe and that the general manager Ms. B is complying with all policy and procedures everyday. I was terminated for all the wrong reasons and not the reasons that were put in paper. What I would like to happen? Even if I don't get my job back? is that there's a safer environment for both my crew and my customers and that starts with following those policies and procedures that Walgreens has set up.
I will miss this community of lovely souls that life made me a part of. Please take care of every single one.
It was a pleasure working for Walgreens...this location will always be more than family to me.

Walgreens pharmacy

i'm complaining about the walgreens in pawtucket, rhode island 02861. i fill my prescriptions there bi weekly now for over a year. first of all my doctor had to send in a rep from the drug company so they would order one of my medications, another one they flat out refuse to give me, order, carry altogether and said i have an unprofessional relationship with my doctor. i have had the same dr for 20 years. there is NOTHING unprofessional about our relationship. i just went into the pharmacy to pick up my medication which was supposed to be ready on the 22nd (it's now the 26th) and this pharmacist accused ME of calling in the script and said she had to speak to my dr before she filled it...that it was the LAW.by the end of my visit she flat out told me to take my prescriptions and shove them where the sun don't shine. i have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and i'm completely outraged. truth be told, i've already consulted with my lawyer who says i'm totally able to sue walgreens for discrimination against me. i've complained many times in the past but nothing ever changes. i'm sick of being treated as if i'm some kind of drug addict because of the medications i'm prescribed. i have a dibilitating disease called muscular dystrophy which is why im on them. i want this parmacy tech fired or i'm going ahead with this law suit.

Walgreens walgreen co. - uncaring with employees and unsupportive management

November 26, 2016
I shopped this morning at Walgreens store #09089 in Huntington Beach.
While purchasing my items at approx. 7:30am, I was greeted by Susie, a nice, friendly and extremely professional employee, who has worked for Walgreens for approx. 10 years. This morning was very cold and a bit windy. Susie was wearing her personal clean black sweater and expressed (as we all did in a brief chat) that it is "very cold this morning." She was working in the front register and every time a customer enters the store, a cold breeze comes into the store, so it made sense for her to wear her sweater. The appalling and troubling complaint is that this same morning, a manager, Mr. Tom Charala, entered the store and without saying 'hello' ... he singled for her to take off her sweater! The 4 customers and I that were in line to purchase our items and were appalled and troubled by his heartless action! How dare he (1) embarrass her like that in front of customers, and (2) make her take off her sweater with no regard if she was cold or not! As customers, we were all shocked and then felt very angry at the Walgreens manager, Mr. Chavala. Susie has been a super wonderful employee at Walgreens for 10 years...Walgreens should buy her that $35.00 Walgreens sweater, as she is very deserving of it! I cannot believe that you prefer to have your good employees become ill (cold season) because they cannot afford to purchase your company sweater...Walgreens is a multi-million or billion dollar company and how dare you not award your long time dedicated and hard working employees with your company sweater to keep them warm and happy! Shame on Walgreens and their unsupportive management!
What a disappointing Thanksgiving weekend to see the type of treatment Walgreens gives dedicated employees! Let me say that if Walgreens does not change this inhumane and no compassion policy... and continues to be cheap with dedicated employees, I will influence my friends and family members to change to shop at CVS instead!
From a long time loyal Walgreens customers for the past 20 years...but very angry at how I saw your manager treat one of your most dedicated employees just because she can't afford to purchase your company sweater!
Shame on Walgreens!

Susie does not know that I wrote this complaint. When the store Manager made her take off her sweater in front of the customers, she did not complain, but it was obvious she was embarrassed. Anyone would be! As a long time Walgreens customer, I felt compelled to send in this complaint of Nov. 26, 2016 in hopes that Walgreens does the ethical thing in purchasing a Walgreens sweater for Susie, at the Huntington Beach store (corner of Garfield and Brookhurst). thank you!

Walgreens train all your managers, specially the store managers to be sympathetic, have a good heart. And Not to be lazy and be slave drivers! Maybe you won't have sooooo much turn over. And train right all your employee, because those PPl videos really don't help. (Northern Colorado)

Walgreens has very unsupported management, what good does it do to call corporate if no one does anything about it! Walgreens is a slave driven company! Northern Colorado has the worst STORE MANAGER'S I've ever had to deal with, they're heartless. WALGREENS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Walgreens pharmacy department/flu shot

Date:11/21/2916
Location: 2630 pine lake rd, lincoln, ne [protected]
I was at the above location to get a flu shot and after going through the paper work I was told to wait for a few minutes and that the nurse would be with me. waited for 20 minutes with no response. after 20 min, inquired if everything was in order. then I was told to wait for a few more minutes. waited for a final total of 50 minutes, and during the time I was seated right in front of all the staff, but was completely ignored by the personnel. they were busy, but not very busy to have a steady stream of customers. at least I should have been told in the beginning that they were running busy. then I could have come another time. I understand that people can get busy, but at least inform to the fact. the pharmacy personnel at this location, completely derelict in their duty. I am very unhappy with the situation. I have been a loyal walgreens customer for a long time, and now I am seriously re-thinking this decision.

I believe these personnel should be trained in proper customer service etiquette. thank you.

Walgreens pharmacist being hateful refusing to give me zyrtech

On November 17, 2016 at 6:00 pm Just coming back from the doctor from being treated for my sever allergies we went to the pharmacy to get my prescription. the cough syrup was not a problem however I mentioned my Doctor also wanted me to have zyrtech for my sever allergies. she assumed like me it was over the counter. so when I asked about getting zyrtech the pharmacist was really rude and hateful both to me and my husband. refused to sell it to me. I went to the over the counter aisle to get me one. they made up a story about a supposed law that prohibits selling zyrtech to those like me and mu husband who are very rarely sick go to the doctor once every few years but if you fill prescription every few months you can have it. or if your a drug fein. we explained to the pharmacy I was being treated for sever allergies my doctor didn't think it was a problem since zyrtec was over the counter and is why she didn't write me a prescription for it. both the pharmacist and the consulant were mean and hateful.: Harrison, Arkansas wal greens 705 Hwy. 65 North.

The pharmacist at that location did the same thing to me in October 2018. I was in town for a funeral from another area of Arkansas. I had prescription history on file from my local Walgreens pharmacy, but she acted like her hands were tied. I was so aggravated. I will never understand why some pharmacists are like her. :-(
I hope you were able to get your Zyrtec-D at another pharmacy or got your doctor to call in a prescription for it.

Walgreens poor customer service

Poor Customer Service at Walgreens in Albany, Georgia, the store on the corner of Pine Ave. and Slappey Blvd, address 300 N. Slappey Blvd, Albany, Georgia 31701. I am a regular customer there. I shop during my lunch hours which is only 60 mins. In the photo department, I sat myself down at the self photo developing machine to have some Christmas cards done. Until to get the machine going. No one was attending the photo department. I called out for help. A Afro-American girl in her mid 30's appeared with no smile on her face. I knew then that I was in trouble. I told her my problem I was having and she told me I had to scan my photos in one by one. She placed my photo on the display and told me to hit scan. It was warming up and then it was done telling me I had to rescan photo because it was inserted in correctly. I called out to the girl again, and she with no smile on her face opened the scanner and said I had to move it around to get it right. Again, it had ask me to rescan. Again, I called out to her, this time she was behind the photo counter banging on something she was putting away. I called at her again, addressing her as " mam"...she ignores me. I have a loud voice so I know she can hear me. Finally after a few "mam's" she walked over and I told her again that the scanning is not working right. She insist on moving my photo back and forth on the glass scanner to tell me that I have to continue to play with it until it gets right. Now, I know and you know that anyone who understands what they are doing, this situation wouldn't have to go this far. I wasted 45 minutes of my lunch hour with this young girl whom did not know a thing about scanning photos on this machine. She wasn't a pleasant person at all. And I felt that she thought I was a stupid old woman wasting her time for my help. Her name is Denise. I did see that on her name tag. By the 5th time for rescanning my photo...when I called out at her again...she refused to listen to me when I was telling her that this way of scanning as she is telling me isn't working. She wanted to just move my photo again. At this time, I took my photo and I said I was leaving and acknowledged her name is Denise. She said yes. So I left and went back to my office with no Christmas photos. I have had Christmas photos developed at this Walgreens for many years. All the other male clerks that helped me in the past years knew what they were doing and I have been extremely satisfied. Today, this experience with Denise has soured me to no end. I refused to go back to this store if Denise works the photo counter, or for that matter, any counter. It's obvious she either wasn't trained properly, or she is just a horrible person. People like her puts a damper on the entire store. She either needs to be retained or dismissed. I am a regular customer at this Walgreens and I do not need this kind of poor service from an unhappy young black female. All I want are my Christmas cards...as simple as that.

Walgreens sweepstakes

I am filing a complaint against Walgreens sweepstakes. I can't believe that I have bought things from their store now 3 times in one week and not one of those receipts even worked. It wasn't even 24 hours when I went to do the survey so that I can enter to win the $3, 000 dollar sweepstakes and each receipt I used to do the survey stated that it was to late that I had up to 3 days to do the survey, but I did each survey within 24 hours so I don't know how that could have even happened. I would like to have this complaint filed and have something done about the survey website because apparently there is something wrong with the site and now I lost 3 chances to win at the survey sweepstakes. If this is what you do so that people don't win then your good at what you do. Your company should be ashamed of its self.

Walgreens pharmacist - customer service-

I called the Walgreens pharmacy at 5950 Broadway Blvd, Garland TX [protected] to check to see what prescription was ready ( they left me a voicemail saying it was ready) but I needed to know the name of the prescription, as my daughters insurance was not accepted and it would need to be transferred to CVS. We have used Walgreens for about 5 years and always have had small issues. Long wait lines, rude employees etc... So no surprise really when I run into an issue with them. However what makes this issue different is how is a pharmacists going to tell me that she cant give me any information on the medication called in for my child? My daughter suffers from chronic asthma and her doctor is going to try a new medicine to see if we can get her issues under control. I gave her my childs name, date of birth, address, even offered to give her social, because evidently this pharmacist Mrs. Tina OHakwe ( pharmacist) tells me I could be anyone trying to get info on my child?! Excuse me?! FIrst of all I already have any and all info someone might be "trying to steal" second of all, is it not my right as my childs parent to research any and all medication that she will be taking? Not even for the research aspect, as much as I was wanting the name of the medication to make sure CVS has all the info they needed to transfer it.. I am livid with the way the pharmacists spoke and treated me! I was also hung up on twice because evidently I could not control the volume of my voice... Shes lucky that's all I could not control as I was trying my best not to use vulgar language ... So not that this will probably have any effect on the situation other than to vent my frustration... But maybe it can add to the list of reasons people should avoid this Walgreens at all cost...

Walgreens pharmacist - delay in filling scripts

I have had a prescription re-filled or new script for same med numerous years at Walgreens, Exeter, NH. This med is prescribed by my psychiatrist for my Severe PTSD. Two times in a row, pharmacist has told me will take 2 weeks to get. When hearing that I called the drug manufacturer and asked if med was on back order. Drug manufacturer told me that med was readily available. I then called pharmacist again, and told her med was available. Pharmacist told me to call vendor and provided phone number. Talking with vendor, vendor said he was NOT allowed to talk with me - only pharmacy. I then called my med insurance insurance company and complained. Med insurance company agreed with me and said "Should not take longer than 2 days and took notes!" I then called Corporate of Walgreens and she seemed concerned - stating that Walgreen's rep would call me back in 2-3 days. Twice now, rep has NEVER called me back. In addition, my dog is dx'ed with epilepsy. Per ER Vet Hospital where my dog ended up, needed an addt'l anti-seizure med. I took in script to Walgreens on a Tuesday and pharmacist promised me would be available on Thursday. No call on Thursday! My dog kept seizing without med. Finally I called on Friday - pharmacist not there and techs said, "we're just scanning it now and can pick up at 12:30 noon. How can this pharmacist be so VERY REMISS! Both very IMPORTANT meds! One for my PTSD, (and with delay triggered my PTSD) and one, an anticonvulsant, (seizures) for my dog just released from 2 day Hospital stay! Complained to techs, stating I had called Corporate about pharmacist being so very REMISS and one laughed in my face! Again, District rep was to call me back and NOTHING! (That's 3 times Rep has NEVER called me back! I am done with Walgreens and Very Angry - could care less about needs of meds!

Walgreens rude employees!

Recently went to one of these Walgreens stores. I asked the sales person did they had a bathroom in their store and he said yes. I was with my son who is only 5 years old and he really needed to go! So the Walgreens sales person showed us where the toilet was and then said that they'll open it for us only after we buy something! Are you kidding me? I told him I'll buy something later because my child really needs to go to the bathroom, but he claimed that these were the rules. So I had to buy something! Absolutely terrible service!

Walgreens pharmacy workers in store in milton fla 32570

My mother( Wanda Smith) called up to the Pharmacy to check to make sure that she could get her prescription filled. Well she spoke to a real person 2 different times and both times they told her that it would be ready . Well I had to borrow a ride to go and when i get there the lady tells me that i had to wait til midnight . I replied that my mother called twice to verify and even though the lady behind the counter said oh she must have called the automated service but mom said she talked to live people twice cause she wanted to make sure not to make a wasted trip. So Jen finally came back over and I explained the problem and she said their was nothing they could do. Well they should have made sure to check to make sure cause that was the whole point of mom calling...twice! So it was 5 or6 hours away til midnight and I told jen that I would be back at midnight THEN miss Jen said I dont know if we will have it ready by then ? What ? You just told my mom twice that she could come that it would be ready in a hour... at 5:00. But after I complained that they just costed me 10 bucks in gas for nothing she says that it may not be ready by then ...well you have like 6 hours Jen and I told you that I was coming. Why is it not going to be ready when you have ample warning? This was very unprofessional and I feel that I should be reimbursed for my wasted gas and time.

Walgreens employee talking disrespectful to customer

On Sept. 5, 2016, I was in Walgreens #05922 at 108 28th St., Fort Worth, Tx. 76164 to make a purchase. I've been a long time customer at this Walgreens. A worker named, Paul, who would not give his last name, approached me and said "What you want bud?". After that I put the product back I was going to purchase and left. Later I returned to the store to get his name as I wanted to left someone know what had occurred. I asked him for his name and my wife stated, earlier you said to him "What you want bud?". Paul denied saying it. I stated I was going to report the incident. My name is Samuel Davis and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

Walgreens employee acted awful

8/21/16 Sunday, The day before school started my daughter & I went in to Walgreens in Miami store#7749 to buy some school supplies with the little bit of money I have until I get paid from a new job I started.. My family & I are having hard times right now.. So while we are looking for the supplies there are no prices on them.. I'm trying to calculate what I can buy with the little money I do have.. I turn to the two employees standing in the isle laughing and talking & I ask about the prices & the one employee responds with "No sorry we don't have the little thing to scan for the prices" and she proceeds with her conversation with the other employee laughing... I was like NO WAY! So I go up to the one employee who gave me that crazy answer & ask her "are you the manager?" and she keeps her head down walked away from me so now i'm looking at her back and respond with "yes" I was shocked! So I asked her what is you name she said "Jessica" I said what is your store number? She says "you can find it on your receipt" still no eye contact still looking at her back and very rude... Feeling bad already on this day because its my daughters birthday & I'm broke & started a new job & working with the little bit of money I do have to make things work for my daughter, going back to school stuff... I was embarrassed, frustrated & upset being treated like that... Normally we never have problems at Walgreens.. But you have a job & get paid for it then do your job.. I know lots of people who need to work who are struggling & you have someone who just don't care and has no understanding on how to just be human & respectful to others..

One, if you are that strapped for cash, why are shopping at the most expensive place for supplies? And two, take your item to a register where there is a scanner and ask how much it is. Why did you feel the need to be rude to someone working there? So what if they were talking? People really need to mind their own business.

The term NO PROBLEM connotes that buyer is a problem to their business and a royal pain in the neck. No kidding -- and I'm part of paying them to keep their doors open .and make them tons of monehy...

Walgreens $3000 monthly sweepstakes

On Aug 17, 2016 I received an invite on the back of my receipt to participate in Walgreen's $3000 monthly survey sweepstakes. It said to " just visit www.wagcares.com within 72 hours to take a short survey about this visit". I was to be entered in a sweepstakes for $3000. When I went to the site I was offered to join Spudart.com. And there was no survey or link to my desired survey anywhere. Upon further typing " Walgreens survey" into a search spot, up popped "crack cocaine" . This site is corrupted and there is no way to find the survey to enter the sweepstakes.
