I purchased 3 Walmart Money Cards on October 09, 2013 for $25.00 each and attempted to register one. When it asked for my social security number, I quit the registration process as I was giving these to people for their birthday gift. We were called out of town to work and these remained in my desk drawer until now and I am not able to use them or get my money back. When I went to customer service in local Wal Mart, they told me they could not refund my money and for me to call the 800 number on the card. It was only automated. I just want my $75.00 back.

On Tuesday Feb, 1 2011, My doctor fax my Rx in at 12:00PM, WHEN i got the store at 6:30, find out my rx never got put in the computer. So at the time they scan it in and told me it would be a hour wait. I waiting until 8:38 to get my RX. Only three people was in line from 8 until 8:38 and they had 2 Phram. tech. they never try to get our RX ready they just sit around and talk to each other. I've being dealing with Walmart Pharmary ever since they open and never seen this before. I' would like for Walmart manger to look at this register and camera to see what was going on at this time from 8 until 8:30 my TC: # is [protected] because when someone have been waiting for that long they should have tryed to get it out as fast as they could not SIT AROUND TALKING. A 2 HOUR WAIT
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
