On August 29, 2009 I made me a shopping list of items that I needed so I went to the local WalMart, Store # 0007 located at: 9053 Hwy 107, Sherwood, AR 72120. Through my shopping I looked at the filing cabinets, picked up one, the price on the shelf said $32.97. I finished my shopping and got to the check outs and had to wait 15 / 20 minutes in line to get checked out, the cashier rang up all my items($88) and then scanned the bar code for the filing cabinet; rang up $44.88. I called it to her attention so she called for a manager for assistance and the manager told me that $44.88 was the correct price and so I proceeded to tell him that the price on shelf said $32.97; he wouldn't let me have it for the price posted on the shelf, is the called false advertising? Can some one that knows give me some advice?
