I direct deposit my Veteran's Administration disability payments to Walmart (Visa) Money Card every month. On the 1st of the month, I withdrew the max allowed per day ($300) from the Wells Fargo ATM at the 7-11. The machine immediately sucked the money back into the machine, I .called the # on the machine, they showed the error, said I didn't take the cash fast enough, (20 sec), said I had to claim through my card, which I did. Three weeks later, I get a call, from Walmart, investigation complete, claim valid, returned my $ the next day, case closed.
The following month, walmart took $300, said Wells Fargo denied my claim, but would not give me contact info for the bank, would not let me talk to a supervisor.
I kept my receipts & transaction info, & found that walmart card sent claim info from another $300 transaction that was not related to my claim. This was all done after the claim process was investigated, approved money returned, case closed.
My rent is not paid, 2 months in a row, This costs $50 & $5 a day, (x2 so far).
Customer Service at Walmart Money Card still won't let me talk to a supervisor, & none have called me back, (twice)
If I didn't have the reference numbers, I think the customer service rep would put my $ in his pocket. I"ll bet I'm not the only one. I'm going to change my direct deposit & ask the Veteran's Admin. to investigate, & possibly not make direct deposits if found fraudulent.

Went to my local Walmart to cash my student disbrusement Check and saw on their walls they cash checks up to $5000 dollars; Went in and was told that the person running the money center had to get approval from his manager; Manager came and told me they can't cash checks over $1800; Can you say false advertising

There is a (dyed-blondewith glasses) cashier named sue @ walmart in Orange California that continually sues up. This morning I was in store @ 2:50p.m. on register 2 making a purchase. I handed her my EBT card but she said she couldn't help because she said "I don't know how to do it!" Then I handed her a Walmart giftcard and again she said ""I don't know how to do it!" Each time she leaned over the counter speaking softly to me. Why didn't she call for a manager? I finally had to get out my credit card. Why can't she handle things and why can't she call for a manager? Hey check the video camera to verify!

My wife Joan Wagar was hiding an affair with a Portland police officer named Eric Carlson, Eric Carlson was almost a twin to me and my wife and her daughters and her coworkers were calling him by the nickname "Doubleclick" because of his resemblance to me!

After I caught the two of them together my wife pretended to be sorry and she was poisoning my coffee cup and coffee pot afterwords!
Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar were not hiding there affair from other people and they were not hiding there motive for murder, after my wife started poisoning me my wife's coworkers and Eric Carlson himself started calling my wife by the nickname "Mrs Dash"!

I was a regular plasma donor at the time my wife Joan Wagar A, K, A, "Mrs Dash" was poisoning me!

To be poisoned is to be debilitated and immobile, I was bedridden because of the pain I was in, and I had to rely on "Mrs Dash" to take care of me, needless to say the poisoner kept me ill with continued poisonings!

In March 2006 Joan Wagar wrote a denial letter and she is openly lying in her denial letter, almost everything in Joan Wagar's denial letter is a lie including Eric Carlson and Shannon's appearance and true employment, there both cops!

In late 2006 I was so badly poisoned and at the complete mercy of "Mrs Dash" she was having fun writing signed confessions and throwing them at me knowing there was no one I could hand it to that cares!
My vision was so bad at the time I could not read it so I just put it in my pocket and forgot about it!

I opened my door to take my dog across the street to potty my dog, as I opened my door I noticed a man in a cap dive behind the van and trailer across the street, suspecting it might be my wife's lover I turned out my lights and grabbed my camcorder and sat down on my couch next to my dog and aimed my camcorder over at the trailer to try to see who it was!

The next thing I know my wife's lover Eric Carlson steps in front of my doorway and he was holding a camcorder and a gun in his right hand!

Eric Carlson was hiding on the stairs next to my doorway, and Eric Carlson walked over to the street and made a hand signal to his partner Shannon and then Eric Carlson walks down the center of the road to the right!

As Eric Carlson walks down the center of the road he uses his left hand to grab his gun which is next to his camcorder!

After a minute to my shock and horror another person was hiding on the stairs next to my door, I did not realize at the moment who it was I had to look at my own video later to see who it was, it was my wife Joan Wagar, and she was using her cellphone to record with and she had a gun as well hidden in a shirt in her left hand!

Joan Wagar walked at first wanting me to recognize her, and then she bolted in a run expecting me to get mad and chase after her, but I did not realize who she was at the moment this all happened, it all happened so fast!

After a minute or two later Eric Carlson's partner Shannon reveals himself and he don't even bother to hide his face from me or my camcorder and he was talking to a female officer that was to my right!

They are discussing what just happened and they did not care that I know they were going to ambush me, and as the female officer walks away Shannon walks to his car and then gives me a hint he wants me dead before he drives off!

A Sgt Walker of the Portland police is the one I emailed my wife's signed confessions to and these documents were emailed to me from the OHSU hospital and by the Portland police.

They already know my wife Joan Wagar is a poisoner and they know I was suffering from internal bleeding from being poisoned and they are just ignoring those facts!

A cop was having an affair with my wife and he referred to my wife Joan Wagar by the nickname "Mrs Dash" in love letters and here is proof the Portland police do not want me sending copy's of my wife's signed confessions to a hospital!

This is enough to know the Portland police want me dead!

The documents below are proof that when I call 911 I still cannot get help, I was poisoned the day these documents were made by the Portland Adventice hospital, I called 911, and to my surprise Eric Carlson and three other Portland police officer's responded to my 911 call, I did not realize it was him at first until I noticed his other buddy's grinning like Cheshire cats!

The police ignored everything I said they did not want information they did not allow me to explain my 911 call, and as the ambulance came I just went to the ambulance and stepped in asking to be taken to the hospital!

I tried to explain to the man in the ambulance that I was poisoned and he told me not to talk about it with him, he said I needed to talk to the police about it!

I told him I already tried they don't want my info, and the man ignored me, as we got to the Portland Adventice hospital the man in the ambulance lead me into the E, R, and lead me into my E, R, room, and as I stepped into it I noticed it was not a normal E, R, room at all it was a security room!

As I turned to ask the ambulance man what's going on I am met by four hospital security guards at the doorway!
I was being treated as a criminal at this moment, I demanded to know what the meaning of this was, they ignored me and ordered me to get undressed and to surrender my backpack to them!

I tried to hand them the cup that was poisoned telling them they need to test it for poison, they refused to take it!
I surrendered my backpack and my cloths and got into their hospital apron and then a female doctor came in, I tried to explain to her I was poisoned and I need them to do a toxicology test!

The female doctor smirked and said she wont be doing any toxicology test, and I asked her why, and she said "Because you are accusing a police officer of poisoning you!" and she left the room!

I was ordered by the security guard to lay down and I did, and after ten minutes went by I told the security guard I need to wash my mouth out I can still taste the poison in my mouth can I use the bathroom, and he gave me permission!

When I came back to my room the doctor came in along with a security guard and demanded that I put my arm out for a shot, I asked what it was for and she said they are taking a blood sample, I noticed right away that there was a yellow liquid in the syringe, she gave me the shot and did not take any blood at all, so she lied to me about the shot!

I waited in my E, R, room for another twenty minutes and then the female doctor came back and she demanded that I take a pill, I refused but she demanded anyway, so to shut her up I took it and just left it in my mouth until she left and I spit it out on the floor in disgust!

The cup that was poisoned was still in my E, R, room it is the only thing the security guards did not take from me!
After 45 minutes went by the doctor came in and told me I am free to go and handed me these paperwork, I did not have my glasses with me at the time and therefore could not read any of it!

I was released from the hospital, no one took my information, no one asked me what my 911 call was for, no one allowed me to say what is wrong, no one asked me what symptoms I was suffering, no one asked me if I was in pain, No examination was taken, they took no vital signs from me, and no toxicology test was taken!

My wife's lover the cop Eric Carlson and his buddy's responded to my 911 call, and the ambulance person just lead me to a security room at the hospital and I was denied emergency services because my wife was having an affair with a cop!

When I got home I got my glasses and started to read the paperwork the doctor gave me and noticed they are pretending mental illness, there was no mention anywhere on there paperwork that I reported I was poisoned!

I was very pissed at this and the next day I went to the Portland Adventice hospital to file paperwork of my own to get actual signed documents from the doctor, and on the actual signed document by the doctor she admitted I reported I was poisoned,

My 911 emergency call was covered up, I was poisoned, my wife's lover and his buddy's responded to my 911 call! how in the hell am I supposed to get help when my wife's lover responds to my 911 calls!

In 2009 my wife Joan Wagar and her lover the cop Eric Carlson and his partners recorded a short audio death threat they put in my home, they are discussing me because they secretly had the apartment above mine and they wanted me to know they are recording me within my apartment and that they are there to kill me!

They are flat out admitting they are going to kill me if I don't do as they want, they are promising to kill me!
They are also using the Simpsons cartoon voices as a way of giving instructions on their death threat and they are admitting their cops by saying "Adam says freeze!" so they are bragging to the effect they are cops!

Apartment managers and landlords in Portland Oregon have been helping Eric Carlson and his partners in their murder conspiracy by renting apartments to them near my own apartment!
Eric Carlson brags on audio death threats so I know he uses his badge as a way of getting apartments around mine!
This has been going on for several years now and not once has a apartment manager or a landlord try warning me about this!
I always have to catch them in the act on my own and I catch them on video, and of course the apartment managers and landlords lips are sealed about this!

Apartment managers and landlords are helping cops get away with murder by hiding the fact they rent apartments around their targets, in this case renting apartments around me!

This has the effect of having a home feel like a war zone where bullets can fly any second!
Being at home feels like a nightmare, how would you like it if your spouses lovers and their buddy's in law enforcement were renting several apartments around you and they break into your home when your not their and they brag on audio death threats they leave in your home!

How safe would you feel? how will you sleep at nights knowing they could open your door in the middle of the night and start shooting!?
How would you feel knowing your own landlord/apartment manager is helping them and hiding it from you!?

How would you feel if your 911 calls are covered up and ignored by first responders!? how would you feel if your spouses lover is calling your spouse "Mrs Dash" in love letters!?

If this happened to you and you were treated this way by cops while your spouse is sleeping around with a cop, would you ever again care what a cop thinks ever again!?
Now you know why cops are so commonly referred to as Pigs!

I was shopping with my three year old yesterday and he wondered off. He apparently left the store with another couple who brought him. The greeter did nothing from stopping him from leaving with the other couple. It was them who brought him in the store and said that he was not with his parents. When I confronted the greeter about this she apologized and said she thought that my son was with the other couple that is why she did not stop him. It is a shame that they had to bring him in the store. She saw me come in the store with my son so why would she think that the child was theirs. I was so upset that I even yelled at the couple that brought in my son because they sided with the greeter and said that it was not her fault. I went to report her to the manager and he also said that it is not the greeter's job to watch children and that the store was too busy that she can't keep track of which child is with whom. So because the greeter is uncapable of doing her job my son could have walked out with two strangers and never have been seen again alive. Good thing the couple he followed outside were nice people. In a world with children being abducted, sexually abused and murdered this is unacceptable.

paid 80 dollars for a perm and a haircut beautician was unprofessional was on facebook entire time on her cellphone she would answer her phone and stop what she was doing on my hair and began talking loudly when asked about the pink waiver guide she stated that aint nonthin dont worry about it i asked when my hair was burning she said the longer it sit the straighter it woud get i asked her would my hair be damaged she said it was normal when she was rinseing my hair the pain was unbearable my head is sore my forehead is sore and red my head is full of large scabs and i am scared to comb it ive never had this done when i asked her would baseing it would have helped ishe said oops i forgot to it is the next day my forehead is ore i feel big scabs in my hair i am scared to comb it my hair is very soft i fear it is damaged

Dont waste your time being to upset with Walmart. As a former cashier, weve seen alot of pricing errors, wrong tags, merchandise in wrong spots on shelves, outdated tags, customers switching tags, mgrs not updating tags, etc.. It happens all the time. We used to do a ton of price checks, which was a pain. Believe me, working in retail is not easy. We have to deal with the pain in the butts, and its hard to have to smile all the time. So the next time you see a grouchy employee, think about it.

My husband works at the Walmart Distribution Center in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin..My husband was written up for not being able to make it to work 12/21/12 do to the blizzard we had between 12/19-12/21/12. We made every attempt to get to work that morning, leaving at 330AM, he has to be to work at 6AM and we live 10 miles away. We got stuck in the middle of the highway, not even a mile from our house..Roads where not plowed yet and cars where stuck in the middle of the road making it impassable. The Governor declared a state of emergency and told people to stay off the roads.Later we where told our roads surrounding our village where completely closed.Anyway, my husbands Manager told him 12/28 that he was being written up for not making it in, they then asked him to write a plan of correction for what he could have done, he wrote"I have no plan for this, there was truly nothing I could have done" at this time they told him he could be terminated for this comment.Really! Now my husband was written up a few months ago for staying home with me when I was very sick and almost died 3 times from an unknown virus.He brought this to their attention asking why they would do this..his Managers comment was " It's not our problem you have personal issues and it's not our problem you live so far away"..I work for the government and I have to say they have a heart, I was excused for being unable to make it to work that Friday and was able to make up my hours.I work in a 24 hour health care facility, he works in what is basically a factory.They terminated a lady for not being able to make it in on 12/21..To me this is harassment and a hostile work environment, plain and simple! Walmart works the staff in the Distribution Centers to death, they get injured they get written up, but if they don't report an injury they get fired..There is something seriously wrong with this picture.I have watched my husband be harrassed for the 5 years he has been there, treated unfairly and harrassed. The Walmart DC in Beaver Dam, Wi is a hostile work environment. We are jumping through hoops right now so I can have an organ transplant, does this mean that when I get a donor he will be fired because he is with me for this transplant so I can live longer.or will he be fired next week because we couldn't make it to work do to a blizzard.If he is fired, we will be seeking an attorney!

i went in tonight to make a return to your store and i was treated very poorly, i was almost refused to return my $14.00 item with out a receipt, im very aware walmart dose make returns with out receipt there fore unless it is a expensive item i rarely keep the receipt, i must spend at least $200-300 a week in this store and the item that i returned tonight i purchased a few days before from the assistant manager him self in till # 18, the other females their stated to the manager on duty tonight that i always make returns with out receipt, it should not matter if your store takes things back with out a receipt then it not my fault, its seems as though this store and the employees just plain don't like me personally the way they acted is as though i had stole the item i told her check the camera and i'l wait i said check it for tonight and 2 days before i bought it at till no.18 i guess she realized i wasn't guilty and and then said no she will return it this time but if i ever try to return anything in the future she will refuse well i'm ready to take action against this store for the way i was Treated customers should have every bit of respect for their customers and the people working their have only showed a lack of it today 12/14/12 just before 21:04:17 i also have had previous incidents where a bottle of nail polish broke in my hand while holding it and another when i had bought some food and when i came home the gallon of milk that was bagged had ripped and fell and exploded all over the interior of my car and when i called in to complain i was told that it was my fault that i did not ask the cashier to double bag the milk, i've been their and cashiers have throw the items in to the bag with unnecessary force therefore destroying the boxes and bread shaking up the 2 liter bottles since the store has open i have been shopping their and have had many incidents i find people their are very rude and have no knowledge
i have also been in the store and it is cluttered with boxes blocking every isle making it very big fire hazard and impossible to get around the store i have pictures to prove this from a trip i made over the summer i was just so stunned and amazed i had to get pictures i will be looking into getting a lawyer i am very very fed up with this store ...

why do i think it is something against me personally
i go to this store 2-3 times a week in most cases i spend between $100- $150 Each Time
I am a white 30 year old female mother of 2 well kept, always dressed up always have nice designer bags nails always done ( in line was getting complemented on my nails just prior to the incident and the females noticed ) my cloths are always put together i prefer to pay with cash so always have lots of money in my wallet and have seen the cashiers look at the amount of money i have when i pay and my husband as well, the people that work their know me and my husband and i am very friendly with everyone at the store my husband always parks up front so a lot of the employees have seen i have a luxury suv
these 3 females just plain do not like me because i am not in their shoes i do not apologize for my fortunet life and should not be treated like dirt because they hate theirs or me ...

Last month someone hacked my walmart account and purchased a PC. I noticed via email that congrats me on my order. I logged into my account and saw a recent purchase for pick up in San Jacinta CA, when I live in Maryland. I got my bank on the phone and cancelled the order. No one has my account information nor do I use anyone else's PC so it has to be an inside job. Walmart seemed to not care and responded with they could not respond without a police report. I obtained a police report and their response was blah blah very formal (we take our security as priority) and only advised me to change my password.

I removed my stored card information and changed my password. I will not be shopping online at walmart any more and as for going in their store, no thanks.

I'm just pissed because of the inability of the fresh out of high school kid to admit she was wrong. She claI'med I don't look like my VALID id I'm guessing because i now have a beard. I pointed out several facial features and upon discussing it with another employee who was like, yeah its hI'm, and me taking off my hat to show my prominent widows peak. She had an attitude of all white people look alike to her and just couldn't admit her own stupidity. I'm baffled at who would think that someone grocery shopping with there 4 year old daughter on a Tuesday afternoon would risk producing a fake id for a 12pk of moose-head. Now i have to make another trip when my wife gets off work because i cant take my daughter into a liquor store. so thanks for costing me another 10 bucks in gas ###s.

I am and Have been a faithful customer of Walmart for many years, along with my husband and my now grown children we like many other families spend a small fortune at your store.And most always have a good experience there and also enjoy seeing everyone. But I went to the store as we call it on the hill ( Bonita # 0981) Sunday morning to by diapers for my granddaughter and while I was there decided to buy 2 more boxes for my boss lady that just had triplets I bought the parent choice diapers that are only sold by walmart! When I got to work Monday I asked her if they could wear them and she said they couldn't due to breaking out with them they have very sensitive skin. So I decided OK I'll just return them and get pampers, while I was in town we decided to go to Sam's for a minute and I bought some pampers there because I could get a larger box. Anyway I then went walmart to get my money back but since I had left the receipt at home I was just going gwt it put on my gift card for the gas pump instead same difference I thought, Until I was very RUDELY told I could only swap diapers for diapers needless to say that I did not understand this since they are they only one that sells this brand and they had not been opened. The young lady said that since I had just bought them the day before her supervisor would have to OK this and could pull the receipt.But that lady was standing there arguing with a customer about the return of some fish, she was very ugly to this lady about her fish and the problem she was having. She then came over to me and didn't really even give me a chance just said I would have to replace them with more diapers or take an INSTORE gift card that I didn't want I already had a walmart gift card I would rather be able to by gas with this or use it later if I wanted to in-store but I was going to the gas pumps that night to get gas so that's What I wanted besides I already had a gift card I didn't want another they are to hard to keep up with.She refused to listen to me I did not mind spending MY MONEY with walmart but I do expect to be treated with respect! I can't help she was having a bad day I never get ugly when I go into places and have a problem I always try to find a solution. I have worked with the public for over 30 my years and I know it can be hard sometimes and trying, But you do not treat people the way she was treating her customers and get away with it .If you do there's a problem somewhere.So I decided to write you this and hope someone will do something about this I had decided I would not go back to that store again when I left there because I deserve to be better.I will give it one more shot before I make that call but if I go back there and I am treated like that again I, nor any of my family will go back to that walmart there are many stores in our town that sell everything walmart does and they treat you with respect. I would like to hear back from you and know what will be done about this matter.Most of the employees there are very nice and considerate. Started work at walmart as overnight maintenance, in august 2011, until may 2012 to make a long story short I was harrassed for 9 months by and assistant manager named jermaine as well as tina and tahir but mostly jermaine. I never spoke up about it to upper management, because I felt that I came to work and try to do everything they ask me to do and fast and work hard they would eventually stop bothering me or harrassing me. However that did not stop them from doing that I always came to work broke a sweat did whatever they asked me to do and worked hard and complete my tasks and never bothered anyone would be working and moving the whole time I worked there. But yet they were truculent towards especially jermaine, even some of the employees use to ask me why did the managers always pick on me, and one believed jermaine had something personal against me. There was one employee who I happened to be friends with who I noticed everytime I was around him or spoke with him the managers would get even meaner or after I came from lunch. Im wondering if they since all the managers are gay or bisexual if they somehow new about my sexuality and if thats why they bothered me, and possibly liked me? If so being mean isnt the way to go about it and eventually I got fired for telling the manager Jermaine off am I really a bad guy for that? After being harrassed 9 months how much could a person put with or take, Im just posting this because I want everbody to know the kind of jerks youll deal with working in this store.

I purchased a battery from Walmart in 12/11, it says 2 yr replacement warrany on it. On Friday, the battey was dead, we charged it over the weekend and still it will not hold a charge. My son, works at Walmart, so I ran him into work. Thinking I could exchange the battery while in town. On the way to Walmart we have a flat tire. I change the tire and make it to Walmart. I headed to the Tire repair, to fix a tire and get a battery. I select a battery and wait for 45 minutes to be told they cant fix the tire, so I proceed to exchange the battery. I couldnt do that because they have to test it first. Which takes about an hour or so. They cant test it tonight because they have three batteries in front of me to be tested for tomarrow pick up. I explained that we all ready tried charging it and that it was for an employees truck. The assistant manager said I dont care who it is for, you will have to do it tomarrow. Thats our policy. I said for one where is the policy at and two thats messed up if you dont care about your employees and customers. He walked away. End results no battery purchased. So what does a person to do when It is stated on the battery its self free 2 year replacement warranty if the company that sells it doesnt abbid by it//

I went shopping at wal-mart in ft. Wright ky. Last night and found that I did have a sasvings of about 25 dollars with the same exact items that I usually buy at my store kroger. Now I don't like changing the stores I usually shop at but I thought I would go see if there was a savings and like I said I did save. But it seems like each time I go into a wal-mart for misc. Items they only have 4or5 lines open no matter what time of day it is and super slow cashiers and it also seems that they always put old slow women as the cashier in the speedy line so it isn't so speedy. I also wonder why if they have so many lanes why is so many of them always closed? I would think that they would want all their lines open so the customer wouldnt get pissed off and just leave like I have witnessed before as those people just abondon their items and say screw this lets go to target. Well any way I dont think I want to go back and do any more grocery shopping there. I think that I would rather not save that 25 dollars and get throuh the line quicker. The krogers I usually go to has a great set up and I am never in line waiting endlessly like at the wal-mart. Well that is my gripe and that is all I want to say about that.

I have been working at the above mentioned Walmart for 1 year and during that time I have been harassed, belittled, treated like a child and been blamed for other peoples mistakes. I suffered from I brown recluse spider bite that turned into a staph infection and was told not to be at work do to the staph. I told my employer that and they treated me like I was a pansy and said either I take a leave of absence or they will hold the days missed against me. I took the LOA but the days I had missed before hand were counted against me and I got a coaching (Sit you down like a 2 year old and belittle you) for missing those days. Months later I was working on the sales floor when the assistant manager came up to me and yelled at me on the floor because she said I gave another associate the wrong stuff that needed to be stocked. Which I didn't, she never looked to see what was on there. I customer saw the whole thing and started to tell here off. Saying that wasn't called for, and she had no right treating anyone like that especially an employee. All the managers gripe at us, belittle us, point and laugh at us, so know we do not work as hard as we used to. There is no point. We decided, screw them. I don't understand how our managers can get away with treating us this way, They quote Walmart policy, but change it to suit there needs. I don't know what to do. I can not just quit, but they are pushing me near the edge. Thanks for listening.
