It was May 15, 2010 and my daughter was sitting on the end of the shopping cart on the underneath ledge, I was at the shelf choosen a food item, when I heard her screech I turned around to see her finger bleeding. She had rolled the shopping cart over her finger and ripped her fingernail down to the first knuckle. I went to the front immediately to take her...

Walmart I am too through with walmart pharmacy

I went into the Walmart pharmacy located on 5500 E. 22nd St. on the 8th of June, 2010 to fill a prescription. Unfortunately, I only received a partial fill, which I was then told to call back on the 10th and they would have it in stock. When I did, I was advised that the remaining amount owed was not in stock yet, and that it would not be until the 14th and to call back then. Now up until this point, I HAD enough meds to hold me over. But when I called again today, Monday June 14th, 2010, I was then AGAIN advised to call back tomorrow because the person who ordered it did it "after the cut off date". I am so livid with this pharmacy because now, I am officially out of the meds I need. And to make matters worse, the person whom I spoke with was so non-chalant and did not even apologize for their incompetantcy and ill-timing on ordering a prescription! I go back to my Dr. this wednesday and I am going to have him transfer pharmacies, as I am too through with Walmart pharmacy!

SandysPink: Who cares how cheap it is if they can't even get extremely important medicine to patients on time? My friend had the same problem, but his medication was to help with keeping his seizures in check. Fortunately, he changed pharmacies, but not everyone can afford to go a week waiting for their medication. (They really don't take it seriously.)

Walmart I don't trust walmart or letstalk.com anymore and don't recommend them to anybody

I've bought two LG enV3 phones from Walmart (Letstalk.com) and Walmart's web page showed them with a promotion of a 4GB micro SD memory card each. After I got the phones in the mail I noticed that there were no memory cards with the phones. I've called Letstalk.com customer service and got an associate who promised me that the cards will be mailed next business day. Three weeks later I called again and the associate that time told me that there were no promotions like that at all.

I don't trust Walmart or Letstalk.com anymore and don't recommend them to anybody.

Walmart barbara honn is sabotaging walmart's reputation

The manager at the Walmart Supercenter #1130 in Laurens, South Carolina is a piece of work. I have relataives who work there, and I am employed at a Walmart located in the Greenville area. My brother-in-law manages a Walmart in another state. We are all very aware of the actions of Barbara, the Laurens Walmart manager. Anyone who makes any type of complaint about walmart #1130 had better watch out! Barbara Honn copies their pictures from the security camera and sends them to walmarts all over the country, and to other businesses as well. She makes cruel accusations about the customers who made complaints, especially concerning returned items, and customers who complain about being treated badly by walmart associates. The manager of the walmart where I work is appalled by this. My brother-in-law says she is sabotaging Walmart's reputation, and risking legal actions to be taken aganist walmart.

I cannot speak for Barbara Honn. But as a former employee, I will say this...it is not company policy to photograph customers who file complaints...just based on the grounds they filed a complaint.

As a former employee, I think this is appalling to say the least. If a employee where I worked did this, here is what would happen. Since they are a manager, the district manager of the region would be notified. If they refuse to take action, any employee has the right to take their complaint up the ranks to home office...to the vice president of relations, etc. And if they are clearly violating company policy, appropriate action can be taken against them.

It is too bad some experiences with bad managers have left a sour taste in some customer's mouths. Wal-Mart as a whole, isn't a company who really wants to alienate customers by horrible customer service, accusing customers and worse, false advertising. I have worked for several Wal-marts and can say overall, Wal-mart as a company doesn't support harrassment of customers in any form.

Looks like it is time to fire Barbara Honn! I met Sam Walton when I was a kid back in Mo. He was so nice. I wish he could come up out of the grave and slap some of the people that run Wal-marts now.

Walmart walmart in burleson texas is undergoing the dreaded transformation

So our walmart in Burleson Texas is undergoing the dreaded transformation...we were there tonight getting a few needed groceries becuase this is about the only time when you can get in and out of the store in a decent amount of time becuase it is so busy...that is another story for another day though. My companit is that they blocked off half the store and didn't even tell people. Hey let me know as I'm walking in the door that when I leave i'm going to have to use the door on the other end of the store at night! Better yet make an announcement over the speakers. Something. I havebeen waiting for another store to come into our town...Target came in but did not build a grocery store big mistake on their part. Now ther is an HEB comeing in town! I can't wait till it is open and I can say good bye to WalMart!

While shopping at Burleson Walmart, I picked.myself out a new lipstick. I get out to my truck & put some on. The color was very different once applied. So, I go back in Walmart & visit Customer Service to get a refund (with my receipt in hand) The 2 gals behind the counter were just chatting up a storm. That's all fine. But...my presence annoyed them because I interrupted their conversation. When I explained to the gal that I just wanted a refund because I didn't have time to go pick out another color, she gave me the dreaded eye roll. I've been shopping there for almost 10 years & kind of expect to be treated with respect by the employees of the company I am spending my hard earned money at! I guess I'll be spending more time shopping at HEB instead. Its a nicer store anyways.

Walmart I have had nothing but attitude from employees at walmart

I have had nothing but attitude from employees at walmart in Loveland on 34 and Denver. You ask for help and they roll their eyes or take a deep breath as if you've just ruined their entire day! Sherry is a nightmare! She works the cashier, she never smiles, she makes such smart remarks and she is the ONLY one that ever gives me a problem using our company credit card. For the past five years I have shopped at this walmart for our company spending 1000.00-3500.00 per month on our supplies. I will never spend one more dime in ANY walmart due to the way they have treated me. We have choices so keep being the big shots treating people rudely and target will have all your customers. They have me!

Yes I know that, however it can and must be done! Big start is to stay out of that Mart store and try the smaller stores

Here is link on how to read bar codes so that you know where your product is coming from.

http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/barcodes.asp

And another way to look at it,

One Light Bulb at a Time

A physics teacher in high school, once told the students that while one grasshopper on the railroad tracks wouldn't slow a train very much, a billion of them would.. With that thought in mind, read the following, obviously written by a good American ..

Good idea .. . one light bulb at a time . . . .

Check this out . I can verify this because I was in Lowes the other day for some reason and just for the heck of it I was looking at the hose attachments . They were all made in China . The next day I was in Ace Hardware and just for the heck of it I checked the hose
attachments there. They were made in USA . Start looking .

In our current economic situation, every little thing we buy or do affects

someone else - even their job . So, after reading this email, I think this lady is on the right track . Let's get behind her!

My grandson likes Hershey's candy . I noticed, though, that it is marked made in Mexico now.. I do not buy it any more.

My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico .. now I have switched to Crest. You have to read the labels on everything .

This past weekend I was at Kroger. I needed 60 W light bulbs and Bounce dryer sheets . I was in the light bulb aisle, and right next to the GE brand I normally buy was an off-brand labeled, "Everyday Value . " I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats -
they were the same except for the price ... The GE bulbs were more money than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me the most was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Value brand was made in - get

ready for this - the USA in
a company in Cleveland, Ohio .

So throw out the myth that you cannot find products you use every day that are made right here ..

So on to another aisle - Bounce Dryer Sheets . .. . yep, you guessed it, bounce cost more money and is made in Canada . The Everyday Value brand was less money and MADE IN THE USA ! I did laundry yesterday and the dryer sheets performed just like the Bounce Free I have been using
for years and at almost half the price!

My challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop for everyday things and see what you can find that is made in the USA - the job you save may be your own or your neighbors!

If you accept the challenge, pass this on to others in your address book so we can all start buying American, one light bulb at a time! Stop buying from overseas

companies!

(We should have awakened a decade ago .. . .. . . . )

Let's get with the program . . . .. help our fellow Americans keep their jobs and create more jobs here in the U . S . A ..

I Passed this on ... will you ?

So as an unemployed electrician in Minnesota for over two years now I beg of you to really think about this!

The Early Show yesterday said, that by this time next year China will be the #1 manufacturer in the world, ending our 110 year reign in that position. Is that what we really want for our great country? All to save a dime! They (China) don't have the pollution control, the safety standards, or employee protection that we have fought for years to get in this great country. That's why stuff from China and other 2nd and 3rd world countries can be had for cheap

We can win this battle from corporate Big Wigs who are only looking at the bottom line and their million dollar bonuses

Store 5 in Conway, AR is the same way. They are rude, product is mismarked(check your receipt before you leave) I asked for information about Smart Talk and the lady said just go read it off the box...I was trying to ask another young man with some kind of music playing in his ear and he kept saying huh? I said if you would take that ipod plug out of your ear you could hear me. He said if you could speak english I could hear you. What ever happened to that great customer service?

Walmart glasses

I purchased a pair of glasses, Transitional Lenses, November 24, 2009 and last month I discovered that the lens was cracked. I took them back to walmart vision center and they stated that the would replace the lens. They did that, but the lens that they replaced would turn darker than the other lens. They proceeded to tell me to place the glasses in the freezer for a few days. I did this and it didn't help. I took them back and they placed them in a freezer for a few days. When I got them back, they werethe same as before. They refused to do anything else with the lens. Manager was very rood and told me that they couldn't help me and that is the way it is, learn to live with them this way. Very rood people. I will never buy another pair of glasses from Walmart Vision Center.

Walmart they grabbed me and I was pregnant!

A friend and I take a trip to wal-mart to make a return, (with a recipt) and browse for some short time. we come up with a few items to purchase, but when were almost to the register i realize my husband has my credit card! there goes that. as were walking out, a big man comes up from behind, grabbing both of our arms. immediatly we freak out (he had no name tag or company outfit) and he tells us to come with him. we try to pry away from him and he pulls us into a small room hidden before the exit. mind you, I was seven months pregnant at the time. my friend yells at him, "let go of her she's pregnant!" and exclaims that he doesn't give a S%&t! he tells us to empty our bags, which we do and to his suprise there isn't anything but our wallets and some odds and ends, no walmart stuff as he expected. he starts yelling, wheres my merchandise!?!? and we tell him we don't know what he's talking about, and a women appears and tells him to get us out of there. they both take off, and we walk out, dazed and confused. as were heading to our car, we agree to go back in to get some answers. no one will give us the full name of the man who grabbed us, just the first name of david. no one wants to talk to us, and says there will be a manager there the next morning we can speak with if we want to call. the next day, as were looking at our bruised arms, we start making phone calls. We basically get nowhere, just transfered to different people and managers, and in the end were promised a call back we never got. this is the worst customer service expirence of my life! after some research, I found out (not suprisingly) that almost every aspect of what "David" did was completly ILLEGAL! My only regret is not suing them.

WOW! The same thing happened to me while leaving Wal Mart after purchasing my items. You should have called the police IMMEDIATELY to have a police report filed for assault then hired an attorney because DO YOU REALIZE that you could have sued them for over ONE MILLION dollars! I called the police after it happened and had that security associate arrested right there for assaulting me and accusing me of theft. I also hired an attorney...it took nearly one year to win my case but in the end I received $860, 000. Next time it happens MAKE WALLY MART PAY :)

zachary and his little friend kevin are bullies and thiefs.

If you have read the complaint that Kevin wrote you would know that Kevin is the boy who was caught stealing along with three OTHER friends and Zachary was in the store with his friends himself, and they witnessed Kevin and his friend getting caught. Zachary was in no way involved in that theft. Zachary is a good kid and stands up against Kevin when he is bullying younger children and disabled children. Don't get Zachary mixed up with Kevin. He is not involved in the theft or the bullying. He is the one standing up to those that are being bullied. Also he is much more mature than you, he does not go around calling people stupid just because his opinion is different from your and you as an adult should not be calling anyone stupid, much less an eleven year old child. There were times when I wanted to say some things to Kevin which were not pleasant but as an adult I kept them back.

Alkemy

Kevin is another poster on this site. In Zachary1998's class. He wrote a letter to walmart, where he was caught stealing, and he complained they took away his rights to using the fifth to defend himself.

Zachary is a good kid who stands up to Kevin and his gang when they are picking on younger and disabled children. Kevin is a child headed for trouble if he does not clean up his act. Both boys are eleven however Zachary excels not only in writing skills, but maturity as well.

Walmart hygein

this online survey to win $1000.00 is bunk. i went to it and all it kept doing is throwing me different places and i got so frustrated i just gave up.
my trip to mena, ar super center on 6/19/2010 is my concern. my check out time was 1:17. i went to pick up a cake for my inlaws 50 wedding anniversary and for the price it was dissappointing to say the least.
i went up to the deli to grab a snack while i waited on some paint and got totally disgusted. while i waited for my food to be bagged i glanced over and one of the deli ladies had the neck of her shirt pulled low and had her other hand inside her shirt either under her arm or scratching her breast. who knows, who cares it was GROSS.
she was right out in plain sight and didnt seem to care that i saw. made me wonder what had been touched by people who handled my food and God help i hope it wasnt her. i know things like this slip by but she was grungy looking to start with and after all the "cootie chasing" i didnt even want my food. it was just a dissappointing experience all together.
hope you can use this info on training or something. maybe tell people to go in private to scratch at least.
thanks

Walmart possible fraud/ holding a released hold

I have had a walmart money card for a while and have had so many complaints i wouldnt know where to begin. The main one is when a hold of funds is placed on your card. more than once they have held my money for much longer than i feel is legal(i cant seem to find the law and what is legal in this issue tho) my first example is i ordered a replacement phone through sprint at the time i thought i had to pay for it myself. sprint contacted me and said it was approved through insurance and had released the pending $365.88 on that day. i waited, and waited, and waited for the pending charge to return to my account 16 days later i contacted the customer service number and was advised and i quote " it can be held up to 15 days even though sprint released it" that does not include weekends and holidays. it took 7 phone calls and 28 days to get the money returned to my account after sprint released it as pending. i was advised to contact sprint and have them call the money card people and get the fax number the sprint can send a fax releasing the funds this was after 20 days. why should sprint have to do all that 20 days after they did what they are required to do? it is obvious that this pre paid card co has no intention of ever conducting them selves in a manner of respectable conduct towards its customers. i still use this card because it is a way to protect yourself from fraud and misuse by only having whats available on the card so if its not there it cant be taken when your traveling or using online so thats the only benefit, however the internal abuse by the company itself is a serious problem. perhaps someone out there has advice on possible class action against this company or some sort of recourse its card holders can take to curb this out of control and uncaring company. they seem to think that just because its customers are using prepaid services they are subhuman or unimportant members of society, this may sound strong however they have since day one shown they feel this way and have done nothing what so ever to correct any complaints.

They have placed a hold on my card because of the IRS depositing money that wasn't mine. I let a friend use my card. OK, it's a no-no, I found out the hard way. The Walmart company placed the hold and is giving me a real hard time about releasing it! I sent in everything they asked for, including notarized letters, now I have to contact IRS. How long is this going to take?

Walmart I have noticed they do not have to honor the posted price

What is the policy if a price is incorrect. Does Walmart hope the shopper does not see it and they make more money. I have noticed they do not have to honor the posted price. This week i purchased two different items that were incorrectly priced and I returned another item from a previous purchase that was priced wrong, , , , , yes all three were higher than they were suppose to be...one by $2, .98, and $1 per pound...why are all of the over priced and non underpriced...

The policy is... At the time of the purchase they have to honor the price posted for one the one item purchased. If youget 3 you only get the purchase (bad) price for only one. Then they better fix it! Or heads will roll (Ha! Ha!) This is the policy everywhere. Call Headquarters ... do complain about that store.
As far as Walmarts go in my opinion they use everyone don't do this to your child. If you work there GET OUT ! It is not to late...Really...

Been there -ain't doin that no more !

Depending on what state you are in they do not have to honor the price if they have price verifiers placed throughout the store that are in working condition and that if the price discrepancy is fixed before or at the time of purchase. They should honor it if it is priced wrong but unfortunately after looking up my states law they were still in the right. For the inconvenience they did give me ten percent off which I hear is the associate discount.

Walmart chris

I recently went to Winchester Walmart with a friend to purchase a year planner, a filing case, and a DVD. All of my items totaled about $30.00. When I made my way to the exit, the receipt checker asked to see my receipt. I told them "No, thank you. I've payed for my merchandise" and continued heading for the door. The woman blocked my path and told me she wouldn't let me leave unless I showed my receipt.

I asked if she was accusing me of theft, to which she replied "Yes. You are a thief. I'm detaining you until my manager and the police arrive." I told her I would wait for her manager. At this point I was upset and wished to clear things up with someone who would understand my rights, being a manager and all. Unfortunately, when the manager met my friend and I, waiting just outside the doors, we were greeted By Chris accusations, reiterations of store policy, and a bold disregard for what I "claimed" were my rights.

I told the manager that he was welcome to conduct an investigation into the matter and that I would wait patiently, so long as that investigation did not involve searching my person without my consent. I tried to explain that my issue was not with their staff, but with the idea of being treated like a thief without any due cause. I went so far as to tell him exactly where I payed for my items and who he could speak to in order to verify that information.

Chris heatedly responded with "I don't care! You're a thief until you show me your receipt!", at which point he grabbed my DVD out of my hands and marched off into a locked office. I immediately protested the theft of my property and had my friend call the police, who were already on their way to investigate the two "shoplifters".

Shortly before the police arrived some ten minutes later, my belongings were returned with a half-hearted "We saw that you payed for these..." and nothing else delivered by a cashier. The police arrived and told me that if someone were to steal my property outside the store, it was theft. But if it were stolen by the store manager, it was him protecting his property, regardless of wether or not it was actually stolen. I inquired that, if the store policy were to punch each customer in the face, if it would still be considered assault. The police shrugged, told me again and again that there were no charges to be filed, and left. Long story short, I left humiliated and without so much as an apology from Chris.

I'm outraged that someone could treat a customer this way. Given the circumstances, I was very calm and polite in explaining why I would not show my receipt, how he could verify the merchandise was payed for, and that I would wait while he investigated. Instead Chris called me a thief in front of God and everyone, stole my property, and didn't even have the decency to apologize for the mistake.

Sorry, but I feel YOUR behaviour was in the wrong. Walmart checks receipts in order to lower theft - for which we pay. It's not that hard to show a receipt. I have done it many times. A bit of a pain, but I'd rather do that than pay for other thieves goods. Marina

Walmart stay far away from wal-mart

Walmart as been known to sell everything from food to clothes and beyond. That does not mean they are a good store. The other day I went in, hoping to buy a Sweeney Todd Soundtrack, the one with Johnny Depp, and the matching movie. I wanted these things because I love the music. When I went to get them, I couldn't find it. I asked an employee and he looked but they didn't have it. I asked a few people and they said it was because of strong language. SO WHY DON'T THEY CARRY IT? They sell movies with strong language, and they sell movies with nudity in it. So why do they not sell a soundtrack and DVD for the musical Sweeney Todd? The strong language thing is crap being that they sell stuff much worse then Sweeney Todd, and it has only a few words of bad language. The closest place I can get it is over thirty miles away, so I can not afford to go that far to go to Best Buy to get one CD.

Walmart injury/fall

On Feb. 10 of 2010, coming out of Walmart, with my husband, a snow covered area before entering the parking area, had been freshly scraped, but not salted, or treated by any substance. I went DOWN. Husband unaware that I was laying on the ground unconstious. They apparently saw on a moniter I had gone down, and by that time my husband had me sitting in the car. The employees insisted on getting me back inside, and put me through a series of questions to evaluate my condition, while from where I was sitting, We could see several others fall down. They wanted to call the ambulance, I insisted, I would go with my husband on my own to the ER. A CAT scan was done, arm and shoulder neck area, and the large abrased lump on my head examined. I was assured by the Arkansas office when they contacted me, that they would pay, anything I needed. The insurance Co. wants reimbursed, and walmarts incident rep. no longer answers or returns call, and it`s June. They tell the insurance Co. that I haven`t contacted them. They gave the plow Co. name and number. They don`t answer or return calls. So the attorney basically says he`s 165$ an hour. So I guess Walmart Gets out of any responsibility for there property? Upstanding Co. I will no longer shop there and will make sure everyone I know, hears my story, not that they will care. I`ll give my 200 a week to someone else, thats all I can do. Just glad I didn`t use the ambulance, that was a very exspensive shopping experiance at the Warren walmart.

Walmart scam

Have a Walmart MoneyCard. While on vacation in Florida with brother and his family and another couple, we went to ATM to withdraw money. My brother, and other couple also use a Walmart MoneyCard. My brother went first and card was denied for insufficient funds. He called them and they said they would refund the money. We went to a different ATM (Completely different bank) and I tried my card. It was denied because of Insufficient Funds, I called and they said I would have to contact the bank because they were showing the money was there and the bank collected it. I called the bank, they said they couldn't do anything without Walmart submitting a dispute. After three days of contacting the bank (because Walmart said to) and contacting Walmart (because the bank said to) I finally got a supervisor at Walmart who agreed there appeared to be a problem and would submit a dispute. I was told yesterday by a Walmart Superviosr that money would be back on card by 12:00 p.m. today. If the bank didn't send them the money, they would still refund it. Guess what? No money at 12:00. After another phone call to Walmart and a conversation with a Walmart Manager (higher than supervisor). I am informed that it will 3-5 more business days because they had to wait for bank to refund the money. The bank is still saying they never took the money. I am leaning towards bank being correct because other people at same problem at different bank ATM's in same 1 hour period. I know 5 business days later, I am going to be told that they will have to do something else, because the bank hasn't refunded the money. People use these pre-paid credit cards because they are on fixed incomes. I can't afford to have $382.50 tied up for 3 weeks. That is a lot of money to me. Also I had to have mom go to Check into Cash and borrow $400.00 to wire me. That loan cost $60.00 and it cost $36.00 to wire money through Western Union. I am now going to have to get a week extension on Check into Cash and that will cost another $60.00. I just want to know who is benefiting from all this money just floating around?

Walmart unbelievable rudeness and unprofessional

I am complaining about the service that I received at the Walmart Super Center in Cushing Oklahoma, I just tried to return an item for an exchange and was denied, the clerk a girl named Connie took the item a couch cover, opened it up and then told me it was dirty and they would not take it back, this was impossible, she opened it.

The clerk then stuffs it back into the container and tells me she can not help me, the only one who would have made the item "dirty" would have been the clerk by removing the item from its packaging and dragging it across a lint covered counter as would be shown in the store videos.

Because I have a slight learning difficulty and did not know why this clerk Connie had treated me in this manor, I had my assistant call the store manager and complain, he spoke to a person who identified herself as Terri, she took the report of mis conduct and said she would contact me back, a couple of hours passed so Walmart in Cushing was again called and this time I had my assistant speak with another Walmart employe who identified herself as [censored], this person offered to defuse the situation and allow the return although she knew the item had to be dirty " as if she could tell with out being there", the clerk [censored] made this statement several times on the phone, even suggested that I shake it off!, now remember she has not personally seen this item.
I still have the item and have witnesses that will say it is not used nor dirty.

Although the money is important it is nothing when compared to the rude, unprofessional conduct and complete disregard other human beings and lack of human kindness that the management of this store has shown is un believable, There attitudes did change when they found out that they were being reported to the corporate office and complaints filed with organizations for disabilities.

We have stopped shopping at walmart, we took our car into walmart to get the works done, tire rotation, oil change all fluids checked and filled plus vachumed. what a joke there was no fluid in the wind shild wipe tank, the oil was over 1 quart low and the tires had not been rotated this was after waiting close to 5 hours for the car, I complained to the store manager we just had all this done see the reciept yet when my husband tried to use the windsheild wipers no fluid came out, plus the car was not even cleaned. We popped the hood to check the other fluids with the manager found the oil was over 1 quart low and thats when I noticed the front tire on my side still had the same mark on it I pointed all this out to him he said no your adding to things, I got his name and home office called to compain my phone call was returned only to get a very very rude person who told me she spoke to the manager after hearing my complaint and he asured her everything was done and I was lying.
To this day we do not nor will we ever shop there again. This was not the first time we had things not done that we paid for and in the past we always gave them a shadow of dobt maybe they were to busy to clean the car, But when there was no fluid, low oil and tires not rotate... We tell all of our friends family and others we know do not shop at walmart it is a rip off.

Walmart child was screaming for more then 10 minutes

I have a complaint about what I saw at the walmart store today. As I was shopping, I kept hearing this baby crying, as I neared the jewlery counter, I saw a women holding her child that was about 1 1/2 years old behind the counter. As it turned out, they were trying to have the babies ears pierced! The child was in so much distress and screming her little head off. I saw the mother holding the baby, and two other adult females standing their with the mother, as well as the walmart employee trying to hold the child still so that they can pierce the ears! Baby screaming, people walking by shaking their heads in anger. No one stopped it.

I walked around for about 10 min. And returned to the area, and baby is still screming. About that time the mother says "just do it" hurry do the other ear! And the employee does as she says! That poor little child just screaming.

I said, from the end of the counter"to the employee, you should be ashamed of your self, you should not have done that to that baby. Well, the women holding the child went off on me, calling me all kinds of names, and then the other two wwomen with her started saying"we'll kick your — , mind your own f — king busniess. To be truthful, I was frighten for my own safty at that point.

I moved on to another part of the store to get way, waitted for them to leave the store. At the check out I ask for the manager to talk to me. He listen to my complait and said that he was not sure of the store ploicy, but he would look into it, I ask him to walk me to my car, and he did.

I do not think the walmart should allow thier employees to pierce the ears of children, that are screaming in fear as someone holds them down! This is not what I expect of walmart. They should not be a part of this. I realize that parents get to make this dission about thier own children, but this is child abuse and walmart should not allow it to happen in thier stores. I know that it hurts to get pierced, but this child was in distress long before the employee touched her with the gun, theirfor I feel like the walmart policy should be that they will not pierce a child if they are crying in fear and have to be restrined. Please tell me that you have a policy in place and that it was not followed in this case!

That was very kind of that Assistant manager to walk you to your car. Unfortunately they can pierce a babies ears that are three months or older most places I have gone they wont do it unless they are six months or older. I do agree that if the associate did not feel comfortable with the situation she should have said no that she can not do the other ear unless the baby is calm or have them come back at a later time. Or she could have not done it at all. However I would also look at it in that associate eyes she could have been as afraid as the baby, she is trying to do customer service and do what her customer is asking of her. There are always different ways to look at this situation and from many different view points. If someone is put in a situation you never know how they will handle it.

Walmart the assistant pharmacist was rude and insulting

On March 31, 2010 I went to the Wal-mart Pharmacy on Kietzke Lane in Reno, NV to get a prescription filled. I gave the assistant pharmacist my insurance card. He went to the computer then came back and told me the card expired in January 2009. I thought this odd since I had just received the card in the mail.

I asked to talk to the head pharmacist. The assistant pharmacist became rude and insulting. The head pharmacist came over. I told him that I had just gotten the card in the mail and asked him to run the card again. He refused.

The head pharmacist went on to tell me, "This is my business and I'll do whatever I want. I'm doing you a favor by even helping you."

I replied, "I'm the one doing you a favor by shopping here."

I then went to get an assistant store manager and explained the situation to him. We returned to the pharmacy where the pharmacy manager, Steven, proceeded to insult me and tell me how he was doing me a favor." The assistant store manager stood silently by while the pharmacist, Steven, berated and insulted me.

When I returned home I called the insurance company and was told that the insurance card was indeed valid.

Not only will I not return to this pharmacy, but also I will not shop at any Wal-mart. What this store's management doesn't realize is that I have many choices. I will not shop at Wal-mart. There's K-mart and Target and Walgreens's, and Sears and lots of other stores.

Up until this time I had been spending about 75 dollars a month on prescriptions and an additional six hundred dollars a month on groceries and sundry items. Now I will not even enter a Wal-mart.

You have lost a customer for life.
