Walmart - assaulted by the door greeter

On September 27, 2015 at approximately 1538 I had just been checked out and paid for all my items and proceeded to the exit. I went through the sensors and continued to the outside exit when the door greeter ran up to me and said "do you have your receipt?" I said yes and held it up and continued on my way, were almost outside when he abruptly grabbed the side of my basket pulling me back and yelled at me that I was no one special and I had to follow the rules just like everyone else and he needed to see the mirrors on my receipt. I was startled and scared with my 12 year old daughter right next to me, we just wanted to leave by this time, he had crossed the line grabbing my cart and yelling at me. We were frightened and offended, scared and upset. I tried to push my basket out the door and he fought back holding us at the door. I again held up my receipt and said I have my receipt right here, let us out your scaring my daughter. By now he is at the end of my basket and I said you need to leave us alone, we have done nothing wrong. I did not set the sensors off and I said I want a manager. He said NO! I continued to try to leave, I ended up prying his fingers off my cart. He finally yelled I need a manager and I said yes please, someone get a manager this man holding us here. He then let go. He made the comment of what a terrible parent I was and he walked away. Just like that he walked away.
I finally made my way to my car. I unloaded my cart, shoved my receipt in one of the bags with my groceries and closed the hatch. I put my basket away and made my way back to my vehicle. I had already told my daughter to get in the car as soon as we made it to there. I then was approached by a lady in black with a walkie talkie. She did not identify herself she just said that I had failed to produce my receipt to the "Door Greeter" and I needed to produce it at that time. I looked at her and said that was not true I showed him my receipt and I was not going to go thru each bag to find my receipt for her. She said that she was not there when it happened and I had to show it to her right then. I was outside the store at this time, my daughter is frightened and I am getting very, very angry. I decided to get in my vehicle and leave. So I did, I will not be back.
I do not appreciate being made to feel like I did something wrong. I did not set off the sensors. I paid for everything in my cart. Everytime I leave this store I am held up by door greeters going thru everyones bags. Why? What did we do wrong. I am no theif. The more and more I think of this the more and more I get angry.
I got home and looked at my receipt. What would this man of seen on there to prove I paid for my mirrors? They are described as MS OPP White How would he know those were the 3 mirrors I purchased for $3.41 the sku [protected]. I can't even believe that I have to compliant on the door greeter. I sure did not feel greeted nor did my daughter. I understand if I would have set the door off to be treated like a criminal, but for no reason other than he wanted to show me I was going to do whatever he said. And guess what, I will not. I did not realize that in order to leave Wal-Mart I have to show my receipt and everything in my bags. He is not the police, security or any type of authority to grab us like this and make us feel insecure of our well being. Shame on the Dumas, TX Wal-Mart for treating people like criminals. Shame on them. I hate to have to get the law involved but this is what it has come to. This will not be a returning customer. I hope they all loss their jobs. I have never been so offended in all my life. Shame shame on them.
