I have had poor service, dirty floors and tables, attitude problems from managers and employees, cold or barely heated egg sandwich, and no accomodation for special orders! In more than 10 dunkin donuts...I blame the main office that does nothing to help the consumer...It is unfortunate that they don't take the consumer seriously! Time will tell in this economy!
